PT XYZ sebagai salah satu perusahaan taksi di Indonesia pada laporan keuangan tahun 2017 – 2020 memperlihatkan penurunan pendapatan yang disebabkan oleh kehadiran layanan taksi daring yang beroperasi terutama di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Pada operasional taksi perusahaan, PT XYZ memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan Mobile Data Terminal 2G (MDT 2G) untuk menerima pesanan yang dikirim oleh kantor pusat dan juga menyediakan aplikasi pemesanan daring untuk pelanggannya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara diperoleh faktor-faktor yang membuat perusahaan tidak dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor yaitu kurangnya promosi aplikasi pemesanan daring yang dimiliki oleh PT XYZ, cara penyebaran pemesanan yang masih dilakukan secara acak dan bukan yang terdekat dengan lokasi penumpang, serta lambatnya kecepatan pengiriman data pada MDT 2G untuk mendukung layanan pemesanan daring. Pembaruan MDT 2G dengan IoT 4G yang telah dilakukan akhir tahun 2019 pada armada taksi PT XYZ bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemesanan taksi secara daring dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penggunaan IoT 4G perlu dianalisis untuk melihat apakah sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan apakah terdapat potensi manfaat lain. Untuk menganalisis manfaat bisnis yang dapat diperoleh oleh perusahaan digunakan tabel manfaat bisnis SI/TI generik, dan untuk melihat hubungan antara tujuan awal investasi, manfaat bisnis, dan perubahan bisnis proses apa yang diperlukan akan digunakan diagram Benefit Dependency Network (BDN). Manfaat yang diperoleh dianalisis lebih lanjut untuk melihat potensi risiko tidak tercapainya manfaat menggunakan COSO ERM – integrated framework yang merupakan metode manajemen risiko berbasis proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan IoT 4G berhasil memudahkan pemesanan taksi secara daring sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Hal ini terlihat dari 4 manfaat yang dapat diperoleh, yaitu peningkatan produktivitas dengan meningkatnya kepuasan karyawan (IPR-04), peningkatan layanan eksternal dengan berkurangnya pembatalan pesanan (IES-01), peningkatan pendapatan dengan meningkatnya kapasitas bisnis (IRE-01), dan menghindari biaya pemeliharaan (ACO-02). Selain itu terdapat 4 potensi risiko yang harus diperhatikan agar 4 manfaat yang disebutkan sebelumnya dapat diperoleh, yaitu pengemudi tidak dapat menggunakan sistem IoT 4G dan aplikasi pengemudi, pengemudi tidak menjemput penumpang melalui pemesanan daring, informasi yang tidak akurat, dan kesalahan deteksi kerusakan.
PT XYZ as one of the taxi companies in Indonesia in its financial statements for 2017 - 2020 shows a decrease in revenue caused by the presence of online taxi services operating mainly in the areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). In the company's taxi operations, PT XYZ utilizes information technology, namely the use of Mobile Data Terminal 2G (MDT 2G) to receive orders sent by the head office and also provides an online ordering application for its customers. Based on the results of the interviews, the factors that made the company unable to compete with competitors were obtained, namely the lack of promotion of the online ordering application owned by PT XYZ, the method of distributing orders which were still carried out randomly and not the closest to the passenger's location, and the slow speed of sending data on MDT 2G to support online ordering services. The 2G MDT update with 4G IoT which was carried out at the end of 2019 for PT XYZ's taxi fleet aims to make it easier to order taxis online in the hope of increasing company profits. The benefits derived from the use of 4G IoT need to be analyzed to see whether they are as expected and whether there are other potential benefits. To analyze the business benefits that can be obtained by a company, a generic IS/IT table of business benefits is used, and to see the relationship between the initial investment objectives, business benefits, and what business process changes are needed, Benefit Dependency Network (BDN) diagrams are used. The benefits obtained are further analyzed to see potential risks of not achieving benefits using COSO ERM – integrated framework which is a project-based risk management method. The results of the study show that 4G IoT has succeeded in facilitating ordering taxis online so that it can increase company profits. This can be seen from the 4 benefits that can be obtained, namely increased productivity by increasing employee satisfaction (IPR-04), improving external services by reducing order cancellations (IES-01), increasing revenue by increasing business capacity (IRE-01), and avoiding maintenance costs (ACO-02). In addition, there are 4 potential risks that must be considered so that the 4 benefits mentioned earlier can be obtained, namely the driver cannot use the 4G IoT system and the driver application, the driver does not pick up passengers through online ordering, inaccurate information, and fault detection of damage. |
