PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi/ geothermal di Indonesia. PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) dalam rencana jangka panjang perusahaan memiliki rencana strategis untuk melakukan transformasi perusahaan melalui digitalisasi dan juga meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Sejalan dengan rencana strategis tersebut dibutuhkan dukungan TI yang dapat memfasilitasi hal tersebut, sedangkan sesuai asessmen yang dilakukan terhadap tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI perusahaan nilai yang didapat masih cukup rendah dan tidak sesuai target BUMN. Salah satu kekurangan dari tata kelola TI PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) merupakan tidak memiliki enterprise architecture yang sesuai. Dampak dari tidak adanya Enterprise Architecture TI yaitu perusahaan dapat mengalami opportunity loss karena ketidaksesuaian solusi TI dan lambatnya dukungan TI. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab harapan tersebut dengan menghasilkan rancangan Enterprise Architecture yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupapkan penelitian studi kasus descriptive dengan metode kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari data primer yang merupakan hasil wawancara dan data sekunder dari tinjauan literatur, dokumen perusahaan dan dokumen lain yang terkait. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analisa tematik. Kemudian kerangka kerja yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rancangan Enterprise Architecture yang merupakan keluaran tiap fase pada TOGAF ADM yang menggambarkan arsitektur saat ini, arsitektur yang dinginkan serta analisis kesenjangan yang meliputi arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi dan arsitektur teknologi. PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in the field of geothermal power plants in Indonesia. PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in its long term plan has a strategic plan to transform the company through digitalization and also increase organizational effectiveness. In line with this strategic plan, IT support is needed to facilitate this, while according to the assessment conducted on the maturity level of IT governance, the company value obtained is still quite low and does not meet the target of SOEs. One of the drawbacks of PT Geo Dipa Energi's (Persero) IT governance is not having an appropriate enterprise architecture. The impact of the absence of an IT Enterprise Architecture is that companies may experience opportunity loss due to incompatibility of IT solutions and slow IT support. This research was conducted to answer these expectations by producing an Enterprise Architecture design that is aligned with the company's business strategy objectives. This research is a descriptive case study research with qualitative methods. The data in this study were obtained from primary data which is the result of interviews and secondary data from purification of literature, company documents and other related documents. Data processing is done by thematic analysis method. Then the framework used in this study is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). The results of this study obtain the Enterprise Architecture design which is the output of each phase in TOGAF ADM which describes the current architecture, desired architecture and tension analysis which includes business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture. |
