Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja perusahaan terhadap kinerja CSR yang dimoderasi oleh proporsi dewan komisaris independen pada perusahaan nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Dengan purposive sampling, didapatkan 1.940 sampel. Peneliti menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja CSR. Perusahaan memiliki tanggung jawab sosial terhadap masyarakat sehingga baik dan buruknya kinerja perusahaan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja CSR. Hasil juga menunjukkan proporsi dewan komisaris independen tidak dapat memperkuat pengaruh kinerja perusahaan terhadap kinerja CSR.
......This study aims to find out the effect between the company's performance and CSR performance in non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 to 2020. Using purposive sampling, 1,940 research samples were obtained. Researchers use regression panel data. The results showed the company's performance was not significantly related to CSR performance. Companies have a social responsibility to society that the good and bad performance of the company does not affect CSR performance. The results also showed the proportion of independent boards of commissioners could not strengthen the influence of company's performance on CSR.
