Abstrak
Pelayanan dan pengkajian resep merupakan salah satu pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Resep harus selalu ditulis dengan benar karena resep memiliki peran yang besar dalam terapi pengobatan dan kesehatan pasien. Sebagai penyakit yang termasuk ke dalam lima besar penyebab kematian di dunia dengan prevalensi 17,4%, obat asma banyak diresepkan kepada pasien sehingga dalam penulisan resepnya perlu diperhatikan untuk menghindari pemberian obat yang tidak rasional akibat dari kesalahan penulisan resep. Oleh karena itu, tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengkajian resep obat pada pasien asma agar dapat mengetahui kesesuaian dan kelengkapan resep serta mendeteksi adanya kesalahan pada peresepan seperti adanya interaksi obat. Tugas khusus ini disusun melalui pengkajian resep untuk pasien asma yang menggunakan layanan BPJS. Setiap resep yang diterima akan dilakukan skrining resep terkait dengan kelengkapan administrasinya. Setelahnya resep diserahkan kepada tim penyiapan resep untuk pengambilan obatnya dari rak, kemudian penulisan etiket, dan terakhir penulisan kelengkapan lainnya seperti copy resep (jika ada) dan Kartu Kendali untuk pasien BPJS. Setelahnya akan dilakukan pengkajian bagi resep yang mengandung obat-obatan asma sesuai persyaratan farmasetik dan klinisnya. Dua buah resep yang dikaji pada tugas khusus ini belum memenuhi seluruh aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis.
...... Prescription services and reviews are one of the clinical pharmacy services at the pharmacy. Recipes must always be written correctly because recipes play a big role in medical therapy and patient health. As a disease that is included in the top five causes of death in the world with a prevalence of 17.4%, asthma medication is widely prescribed to patients, so care needs to be taken when writing prescriptions to avoid irrational medication administration due to prescription errors. Therefore, this special task aims to assess drug prescriptions for asthma patients to determine the suitability and completeness of the prescription and detect errors in prescribing such as drug interactions. This special task is prepared by reviewing prescriptions for asthma patients who use BPJS services. Every prescription received will be screened regarding the completeness of its administration. After that, the prescription is handed over to the prescription preparation team to take the medicine from the shelf, then write the label, and finally write other equipment such as a copy of the prescription (if any) and a Control Card for BPJS patients. After that, a review will be carried out for prescriptions containing asthma medicines according to pharmaceutical and clinical requirements. The two prescriptions studied in this special assignment did not meet all administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects.
