Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran modal sosial dalam sustainability pelaksanaan KUBE saluyu. Hasil deskripsi dan interpretasi data berupa penggambaran atau penuturan dalam bentuk kalimat menjelaskan bahwa unsur kepercayaan merupakan unsur yang sangat berpengaruh kuat dalam kekuatan modal sosial di KUBE Saluyu, tergambarkan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan di bidang ekonomi,lingkungan dan sosial yang mendukung tercapainya sustainability KUBE Saluyu.Unsur Jaringan yang tergambar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan di KUBE Saluyu terlihat dari kerjasama KUBE Saluyu dengan dinas-dinas terkait pengelolaan budidaya tanaman, ikan dan wirausaha berbasis kelompok. Selain itu KUBE Saluyu juga bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak swalayan setempat dalam hal pemasaran yang berpengaruh terhadap sustainability KUBE. Sedangkan unsur norma lebih lemah dibanding kedua unsur diatas, dikarenakan kepemilikan aturan sebagian besar hanya bersifat arahan dari ketua secara lisan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa peran modal sosial sangat berdampak bagi keberlanjutan (Sustanability) pelaksanaan UEP di KUBE Saluyu serta mempengaruhi keberhasilan kelompok, seluruh unsur modal sosial yang dimiliki dan diimplementasikan oleh anggota KUBE dipengaruhi oleh faktor dominan Ketua Kelompok, sehingga seluruh aturan dan arahan yang diucapkan oleh ketua diikuti dan dilaksanakan oleh seluruh anggota kelompok. This study aims to describe the role of social capital in the implementation of KUBE Saluyu sustainability. The description and interpretation of data in the form of imagery or narrative in the form of a sentence explaining that the element of trust is a more powerful element in the power of social capital in KUBE Saluyu, portrayed through activity-activity in the fields of economic, environmental and social sustainability that supports the achievement of KUBE Saluyu.Unsur network which is reflected in the implementation of activities in Saluyu KUBE KUBE Saluyu seen with the cooperation with related agencies managing the cultivation of plants, fish and group-based entrepreneurship, in addition KUBE Saluyu also cooparet with local supermarkets parties in terms of marketing that affect the sustainability KUBE. While elements is weaker than the norm of the two elements above, because of ownership rules largely merely a referral from the chairman orally. Based on the survey results revealed that the role of social capital severe consequences for the sustainability implementation of the UEP in KUBE Saluyu and influence the success of the group, all the elements of social capital that is owned and implemented by members of KUBE influenced by the cult of Chairman of the Group, so that all the rules and directives are spoken by chairman followed and implemented by all members of the group. |
