Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas proses produksi PT Tebeindo Sunshine Technica Mandiri. Fokus utama adalah mengukur dan menganalisis Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai indikator kinerja utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian evaluatif. Metode evaluatif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja operasional, dengan OEE sebagai kriteria utama. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui analisis data historis, observasi langsung, dan peninjauan pustaka terkait konsep-konsep Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas proses produksi PT Tebeindo Sunshine Technica Mandiri sudah mencapai tingkat yang baik dengan nilai OEE sebesar 92.68%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah melebihi standar world class oleh JIPM yang ditetapkan sebesar 85%. Meskipun demikian, terdapat potensi peningkatan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mencapai target OEE yang lebih tinggi, terutama dalam meningkatkan availability ratio hingga mencapai nilai 95% dan mencegah cacat produk. Analisis terhadap permasalahan dilakukan dengan metode Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebabnya. Analisis lebih lanjut dilakukan terhadap akar permasalahan yang dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip TPM yaitu Autonomous Maintenance, Training and Education, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance dan Safety, Health and Environment. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan didasarkan pada pilar-pilar TPM yang dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja produksi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kondisi operasional perusahaan dan menyediakan dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses produksi di masa mendatang. This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the production process at PT Tebeindo Sunshine Technica Mandiri. The primary focus was on measuring and analyzing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a key performance indicator in improving the company's productivity and operational efficiency. The type of research used in this study is evaluative research. Evaluative methods were employed to identify and assess operational performance, with OEE as the main criterion. This research was carried out through the analysis of historical data, direct observations, and a review of literature related to the concepts of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the production process at PT Tebeindo Sunshine Technica Mandiri has reached a commendable level, with an OEE value of 92.68%. This demonstrates that the company has exceeded the established world-class standard by JIPM of 85%. Nevertheless, there is potential for improvement that can be applied to achieve a higher OEE target, especially in enhancing the availability ratio to the value of 95% and preventing product defects. Analysis of the problems is conducted using the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) method to identify the root causes. Further analysis is conducted on the root of the problems based on the TPM principles, namely Autonomous Maintenance, Training and Education, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Safety, Health, and Environment. Recommendations for improvement are based on the TPM pillars that can significantly contribute to increasing efficiency and production performance. This research provides in-depth insights into the operational conditions of the company and serves as a foundation for strategic decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of the production process in the future. |
