Penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana proses penciptaan pengetahuan terjadi dalam proyek kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Kota Depok dengan Universitas Indonesia, ditinjau dari tiga proyek kolaborasi yang menginterpretasikan tiga rumpun keilmuan di Universitas Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan empat dimensi utama yang ada pada SECI Knowledge Creation model, yang diintegrasikan dengan empat elemen Ba ke setiap dimensi SECI yang berkaitan, untuk kemudian dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam konteks proyek kolaborasi, yaitu dimensi Socialization and Originating Ba, Externalization and Dialoguing Ba, Combination and Systematizing Ba, dan Internalization and Exercising Ba. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, dengan mewawancarai berbagai pihak dari setiap tim fakultas di tiga rumpun keilmuan Universitas Indonesia dan Pemerintah Kota Depok yang terlibat secara langsung dalam proyek kolaborasi antara Universitas Indonesia dengan Pemerintah Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penciptaan pengetahuan pada dua proyek kolaborasi yang menginterpretasikan Rumpun Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora, dan Rumpun Sains dan Teknologi di Universitas Indonesia tidak memfasilitasi perputaran penuh dari proses spiral SECI Knowledge Creation Model. Di mana proses penciptaan pengetahuan yang terjadi hanya dominan pada tiga kuadran pertama. Menariknya, terdapat perbedaan pola proses penciptaan pengetahuan pada proyek kolaborasi di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan, di mana terlihat adanya kesinambungan dan keberlanjutan dalam proses penciptaan pengetahuan yang ideal.
This research examines how far that the knowledge creation process occurs in collaborative projects between the Depok City Government and the Universitas Indonesia, in terms of three collaborative projects representing three scientific groups at Universitas Indonesia. Researchers use the four main dimensions in the SECI Knowledge Creation spiral model, which are integrated with the four Ba elements into each related SECI dimension, so that they can be implemented in the context of collaborative projects, namely the dimensions Socialization and Originating Ba, Externalization and Dialogueing Ba, Combination and Systematizing Ba, and Internalization and Excercising Ba. This research uses qualitative data collection techniques, by interviewing various parties from each faculty team in three scientific groups at the Universitas Indonesia and the Depok City Government who are directly involved in the collaborative project between the Universitas Indonesia and the Depok City Government. The research results show that the knowledge creation process in two collaborative projects interpreting the Social Sciences and Humanities Cluster, and the Science and Technology Cluster at the Universitas Indonesia does not provide the full spiral rotation of the SECI Knowledge Creation Model process. Where the knowledge creation process that occurs is only dominant in the first three quadrants. Interestingly, there are different patterns of knowledge creation process in collaborative projects at the Health Science Cluster, where the continuity can be seen in the ideal process of knowledge creation. |
