Abstract
Rumah sakit menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan depo farmasi rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan instalasi gawat darurat. Pemerintah menyelenggarakan program jaminan sosial yang menjamin seluruh masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidup yang layak seperti BPJS Kesehatan. Pelayanan obat bagi peserta jaminan kesehatan pada fasilitas kesehatan mengikuti pedoman pada Formularium Nasional yang memiliki keterbatasan terkait indikasi, kontraindikasi, jumlah, dan lama pemakaian obat untuk tiap kasusnya. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian peresepan BPJS depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUI dengan Formularium Nasional pada bulan Mei 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berupa data peresepan BPJS depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUI pada bulan Mei 2023. Hasil jumlah peresepan BPJS depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUI pada bulan Mei 2023 sebesar 10.462 resep dengan jumlah peresepan obat yang sesuai Formularium Nasional sebanyak 7.992 resep (76,39%), dan jumlah peresepan obat yang tidak sesuai Formularium Nasional sebanyak 2.470 resep (23,61%). Hasil peresepan total obat BPJS depo farmasi rawat jalan pada bulan Mei 2023 di RSUI sebesar 188.522 unit dengan total obat yang sesuai Formularium Nasional sebanyak 165.996 unit (88,05%), dan total obat yang tidak sesuai Formularium Nasional sebanyak 22.526 unit (11,95%). Kesimpulan hasil evaluasi data peresepan BPJS depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUI pada bulan Mei 2023, diperoleh bahwa peresepan masih belum mencapai 100% sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional.

The hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency pharmacy health services. The government organizes a social security program that ensures that all people can meet the basic needs of a decent life, such as BPJS Health. Drug services for health insurance participants at health facilities are based on the guidelines in the National Formularium, which have limitations regarding indications, contraindications, quantity, and duration of drug use for each case. The purpose of this assignment is to determine the compability of BPJS prescriptions for RSUI outpatient pharmacies with the National Formulary in May 2023. This research method used a sample in the form of data on BPJS prescriptions for RSUI outpatient pharmacy in May 2023. The results of the number of BPJS prescriptions for outpatient pharmacy RSUI in May 2023 amounted to 10,462 prescriptions, with the number of prescriptions for drugs that were in accordance with the National Formulary being 7,992 prescriptions (76.39%), and the number of prescriptions for drugs that were not in accordance with the National Formularium being 2,470 prescriptions (23.61%). The total prescription results for BPJS outpatient pharmacy drugs in May 2023 at RSUI were 188,522 units, with a total of 165,996 units (88.05%) of drugs that were in accordance with the National Formularium and 22,526 units (11.95%) of drugs that were not in accordance with the National Formularium. The conclusion of the evaluation of BPJS prescribing data at the RSUI outpatient pharmacy in May 2023 was that prescribing still had not reached 100% in accordance with the National Formularium.
