Abstract
Tesis ini membahas mengenai potensi perencanaan LEZ di KSPN Borobudur sebagai Dekarbonisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mix Method secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil perhitungan dari Mix Method tersebut selanjutnya menghitung efektivitas berdasarkan scenario planning untuk melihat potensi yang paling efektif. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa LEZ menjadi scenario planning dengan efektivitas baik untuk mereduksi emisi karbon. Penelitian merekomendasikan perlunya harmonisasi antar kebijakan agar perencanaan LEZ dapat diimplementasikan secara matang.
......This thesis discusses the potential of LEZ planning in KSPN Borobudur as Decarbonization. This study uses the Mix Method qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the calculation of the Mix Method then calculate the effectiveness based on scenario planning to see the most effective potential. The results of the study say that LEZ is a scenario planning with good effectiveness in reducing carbon emissions. The research recommends the need for harmonization between policies so that LEZ planning can be implemented maturely.
