Abstract
Produk rantai dingin harus disimpan dalam rentang suhu yang telah ditetapkan contohnya seperti produk vaksin, produk biologis, perawatan onkologi, dan beberapa jenis insulin. Kondisi suhu yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi produk rantai dingin dapat menyebabkan produk rusak dan terjadi penurunan efek terapeutik pada pengobatan. Pentingnya aspek suhu pada penyimpanan produk rantai dingin menyebabkan peralatan seperti freezer perlu dikualifikasi pada awal penggunaan atau dalam hal terjadi perubahan kondisi sesuai dengan spesifikasinya. Up Right Medical Freezer LF-600 adalah salah satu alat yang akan digunakan untuk menyimpan produk rantai dingin di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading DC1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa Up Right Medical Freezer LF-600 menunjukkan kinerja yang sesuai dengan pengoperasian alat yang konsisten. Kualifikasi kinerja Up Right Medical Freezer dilakukan dengan pemetaan suhu menggunakan sembilan titik pemantauan data logger yang dilakukan selama 3 x 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualifikasi kinerja Up Right Medical Freezer memenuhi kriteria penerimaan dengan adanya justifikasi untuk penyimpanan produk sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dipersyaratkan.

Cold chain products must be stored within a predetermined temperature range, for example, vaccines, biological products, oncology treatments, and some types of insulin. Temperature conditions that do not comply with cold chain product specifications can cause product damage and a decrease in the therapeutic effect of treatment. The importance of the temperature aspect in cold chain product storage means that equipment such as freezers needs to be qualified at the start of use or in the event of changes in conditions according to specifications. Up Right Medical Freezer LF-600 is one of the tools that will be used to store cold chain products at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading DC1 Jakarta. This study aims to ensure that the Up Right Medical Freezer LF-600 shows appropriate performance with consistent equipment operation. Up Right Medical Freezer performance qualification was carried out by temperature mapping using nine data logger monitoring points carried out for 3 x 24 hours. The research results show that the performance qualifications of the Up Right Medical Freezer meet the acceptance criteria with justification for product storage by the required specifications.
