Rencana perawatan pasien adalah suatu rencana perawatan tunggal dan terintegrasi yang mengidentifikasi perkembangan terukur yang diharapkan oleh masing-masing disiplin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan dokter dalam mengisi formulir careplan pada pasien inap di RSUP Fatmawati tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan bantuan kuesioner sedangkan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan dokter dalam mengisi formulir care plan dapat berasal dari faktor individu dan faktor organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic chi square didapatkan nilai alpha p>0.05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, masa kerja, pengetahuan, sikap, ketersediaan sumber daya, tanggung jawab, pengadaaan sistem penghargaan, pemberian motivasi, evaluasi unit rekam medis, dan supervisi atasan terhadap kepatuhan dokter dalam mengisi formulir care plan, sedangkan faktor umur memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.

A coordinated care plan is a written or electronic plan created and maintained by the patient, his her family, the health care team, including physician consultants and community services when necessary, which identifies measurable progress expected by each discipline. It is designed to assist the patient with their daily health care requirements. It outlines the patient rsquo s short and long term needs, recovery goals, and coordination requirements. It also identifies who is responsible for each part of the plan e.g. the physician, care team, patient, etc. This research aims to determine the factors that affect the level of compliance in completing the form care plan by physician to hospitalized patients in Fatmawati Hospital 2016. This study used quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitative research using cross sectional study with the help of questionnaire while qualitative study using in depth interview and observation. The results of this study indicate that factors affecting adherence doctors in filling care plan can be derived from individual factors and organizational factors. Based on the results of statistical tests chi square , obtained the value of alpha p 0.05 means that there is no significant relationship between sex, length of service, knowledge, attitude, availability of resources, responsibility, providing award systems, motivation, evaluation units of record medical, and supervision of compliance supervisor doctor in completing the form care plan, while the age factor has a significant relationship.
