ABSTRAKHasil pekerjaan pada pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstruksi sering tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang ditentukan. Untuk mengembalikan mutu hasil perkejaan sesuai ketentuan diperlukan tindakan korektif yang berakibat timbulnya biaya tambahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa risiko pada proyek JORR W1 paket 4 & 5 yang berpengaruh terhadap non conformance dan mencari nilai optimasi cost of quality. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode risiko dengan analisa statistik dan Analisa Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor risiko non conformance merata pada semua kelompok kriteria, yaitu metode kerja, owner, vendor, manajemen, dan sumberdaya manusia dengan optimasi cost of quality sebesar 0,19%.
ABSTRACT
The result of the works in the implementation of a construction project often do not meet quality conformance. As the result of corrective action for non conformance quality, the project results in the emergence of the additional cost. This research aims at analyzing the risk in the project of JORR W1 Project package 4 & 5 that is influential againsts non conformance and to find the optimum cost of quality. The research method used was the risk method with analysis of statistic and Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP). It was found that the non conformance risk factor prevalently influenced all the criterion groups, the work method, owner, vendor, management, and human resources with 0,19% of cost of quality.
