Skripsi ini membahas mengenai gambaran utilisasi pelayanan rawat inap 10 diagnosis penyakit terbanyak peserta Askes Sosial di RSAL Dr Mintohardjo tahun 2011 berdasarkan variabel umur, jenis kelamin, lama hari rawat, kelas perawatan serta menggambarkan total biaya pelayanan rawat inap. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan ditunjang dengan penelitian kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini adalah utilisasi pelayanan rawat inap di RSAL Dr Mintohardjo bersifat fluktuatif, peserta Askes yang dirawat mayoritas berusia > 56 tahun, dengan diagnosa Diabetes Mellitus, didominasi oleh peserta Askes Sosial dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan di rawat di ruang perawatan I.Penulis menyarankan sebaiknya Askes Center melakukan perbaikan jaringan komputer dan segera merealisasikan Askes Center sesuai standard dan RSAL Dr Mintohardjo sebaiknya meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada pegawai RSAL tentang kesepakatan dan kebijakan kedua belah pihak dan membentuk tim edukasi Diabetes Mellitus.

This study is about the description of inpatient care utilization to the most suffered of ten diagnosis of diseases of social Askes participants in RSAL Dr Mintohardjo 2011, based on age variable, sex , length of stay, class of treatment, and description of the total fee calculation of the inpatient service. This study use the quantitative research that has descriptive characteristic, and its supported by qualitative research which has cross sectional design experiment.

The result of this research is the inpatient care utilization has a fluctuation identifying, and majority of Askes member patients who being treated are above fifty ? six years old, they?re also dominated by social Askes participants with a kind of male sex, therefore they will be treated in a room care I.

The writer has suggestion that Askes Center should fix the computer network and immediately have to make realization of the Askes Center standarisation, and RSAL dr Mintohardjo should increase the socialization of agreement and obligation that has been made between Askes Center and RSAL dr Mintohardjo to the whole RSAL employees and should make the education team of Diabetes Mellitus.
