[Skripsi ini membahas penegakan serta kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat terkait Peraturan Daerah Kota Depok Nomor 6 Tahun 2008 tentang Pengawasan Dan Pengendalian Minuman Beralkohol di kota Depok yang dilakukan oleh para street level bureaucracy. Kebijakan yang dibuat oleh para street level bureaucracy kadangkala berbeda dengan apa yang diatur dalam peraturan dan hal tersebut dapat berdampak terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi socio-legal dengan mengumpulkan fakta-fakta yang terjadi di lapangan dengan mewawancarai informan-informan yang dapat dipercaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana cara kerja street level bureaucracy dalam penegakan peraturan kota Depok ini. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan pemerintah kota Depok untuk memberikan pendidikan dalam penegakan hukum kepada para street level bureaucracy serta sosialisasi peraturan yang menyeluruh agar penegakan dan pelaksanaan produk hukum dapat berjalan dengan apa yang diharapkan pada saat pembentukan peraturan tersebut. , This thesis discusses the enforcement and policies made by Depok City’s Local Ordinance No. 6/2008 The Monitoring And Control of Acoholic Beverages in Depok City conducted by street level bureaucracy. Policies made by the street-level bureaucracy is sometimes different from those mentioned in the rules and it can have an impact on the implementation of regulations. This research was conducted using socio-legal methodology by interviewing informants in the city. The purpose of this research is looking at how the workings of street level bureaucracy in the enforcement regulations of the city of Depok. The results of this study suggest that the government of Depok city should provide further education to law enforcement in the street-level bureaucracy and dissemination of comprehensive regulations that the enforcement and implementation of laws can run with the regulation stipulated in the Local Ordinance.]
