Jumlah kunjungan rawat jalan di Poliklinik Anak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Bungo dalam 3 tahun terakhir terlihat menurun tajam, sedangkan jumlah kunjungan di Poliklinik lainnya konstan atau meningkat. Keadaan ini menjadi pertanyaan bagi pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Bungo bahwa terjadi ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan di Poliklinik Anak. Dengan melakukan suatu penelitian, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan ketidakpuasan pasien yang menyebabkan penurunan kunjungan rawat jalan di Poliklinik Anak tersebut. Dengan menganalisa variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dan dilakukan uji statistik dengan Chi-Square diharapkan diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Metodologi penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi deskriptif analisis bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara cross sectional. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner terhadap orang tua pasien Poliklinik Anak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Bungo.Dari hasil penelitian terlihat hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi responden tentang lamanya waktu tunggu dengan kepuasan pelanggan dimana tingkat kepuasan tertinggi didapat pada responden yang menyatakan waktu tunggu tidak lama. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ternyata waktu tunggu mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Poliklinik Anak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Bungo. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen agar membenahi faktor waktu tunggu menjadi lebih pendek sehingga citra Poliklinik Anak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Bungo menjadi lebih baik.

Analysis of Factors That Related with Outpatient Satisfaction at the Children's Clinical of the District General Hospital of Muara BungoThe amount of outpatient visited at the Children's Clinical of the District General Hospital of Muara Bungo during 3 last years show pointed decrease, whereas the amount of outpatient visited at the others clinical constant even increased. This condition causing question to management side of the District General Hospital of Muara Bungo that patient is not satisfy with the services of the Children's Clinical of The District General Hospital of Muara Bungo. By doing a research, that purposed to know any factors that related with patient unsatisfaction that causing the decreasing outpatient visited at the Children's Clinical. By analyzing dependent variables and independent variables and by doing statistic test with Chi-Square expected to know any factors that meaningly related with customer satisfaction. The methodology of this research to give a shape of one analysis descriptive study that have quantitative character with data gathering method sectional cross. The primer data gathered with give questioners to parents? patient of the Children's Clinical of the District General Hospital of Muara Bungo.

Result of this research shows the significant related between respondent perception about long waiting times with customer satisfaction with and the highest level of customer satisfaction comes from respondent that proving the short waiting time. The conclusion result of this research proved that waiting time increasing customer satisfaction of the Children's Clinical. Suggested to management hospital to tide up waiting time factor became shorted there for the Children`s Clinical of the District General Hospital of Muara Bungo became is better.
