"[ABSTRAKPerseteruan antara KPK dan POLRI merupakan salah satu kejadian yang menimbulkan gejolak politik dan sosial karena menyangkut komitmen dan dukungan terhadap upaya pemberantasan korupsi sehingga keberhasilan penyelesaiannya sangat berpengaruh pada image dan dukungan publik pada pemerintah. Dengan menggunakan teori dramatisme, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan aspek dramatik dalam retorika Presiden Jokowi dan Presiden SBY dalam menyelesaikan konflik KPK – POLRI. Dalam dramatisme, retorika dianalisis berdasarkan lima elemen dramatistik (dramatisic pentad) yaitu scene, act, agent, agency dan purpose sehingga dapat diketahui konteks (guilt) dan menilai motif (motives) yang mendasari retorika tersebut serta elemen apa yang menjadi kunci persuasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola retorika tidak ajeg, tetapi mengikuti guilt yang dialami. Ketidakajegan tersebut dapat dilihat dari bagaimana Presiden menentukan kelima unsur dramatistic pentad dalam retorikanya serta unsur-unsur mana yang ditonjolkan sebagai kunci persuasi.

ABSTRACTThe enmity of KPK and POLRI is one of the most intensious political and social event because of its importance for struggling of corruption erradiction. Its solution will have great impact on government image and public support. By using dramatism theory, this research describes the dramatic aspects of rhetoric of President SBY and President Jokowi in resolve the conflict. The rhetoric was analyzed using dramatistic pentad that contains five elements of drama: act, scene, agent, agency, and purpose in order to determine kind of guilt and motives underlied the rhetoric and to determine the key element for persuasion. The results shows that there is no persistency in rhetorical pattern but based on guilt. "ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi wacana pidato Presiden SusiloBambang Yudhoyono tentang kebijakan penaikan harga BBM. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough yang terdiriatas deskripsi teks, interpretasi teks, dan eksplanasi teks. Deskripsi teksmendeskripsikan makrostruktur dan suprastruktur wacana. Hasil deskripsi teksmenjadi dasar untuk interpretasi teks. Eksplanasi teks membahas ideologi yangtersirat dalam pidato Presiden SBY. Strategi wacana yang digunakan PresidenSBY adalah penggunaan wacana argumentasi dengan topik fiskal dan APBN,kesejahteraan rakyat dan infrastruktur, serta subsidi dan harga BBM dalammenyampaikan kebijakannya. Presiden SBY juga menggunakan kuasa danideologinya ketika menyampaikan kebijakan tersebut.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe the discourse strategy of PresidentSusilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s speech due to the policy of raising fuel price. Thisresearch uses a critical discourse analysis method by Fairclough that consists oftext description, interpretation, and explanation. The text description describes themacrostructure and superstructure of the discourse. The result of text descriptionbecomes the base of text interpretation. The text explanation explains the implicitideology in the speech. The discourse strategy of the speech uses anargumentative discourse about fiscal, APBN, public prosperity, infrastructure, fuelsubsidy and fuel price. Besides that, President SBY uses his power and ideologyin his speech."

"Indonesia sejak diproklamirkan kemerdekaannya hingga saat ini telah mempertahankan posisinya yang terus mendukung kemerdekaan Palestina dan mengutuk kolonialisme yang dilakukan Israel. Hal ini sesuai dengan Pembukaan UUD RI 1945, yang menegaskan prinsip Indonesia untuk terus memerangi segala bentuk imperialisme dan kolonialisme. Namun seiring dengan memasukinya Era Reformasi, dukungan yang diberikan terlihat tidak terlalu signifikan, terutama pada masa transisi. Dukungan baru mulai terlihat secara signifikan pada masa Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). Dalam artikel ini penulis meneliti berbagai bentuk dukungan yang diberikan Pemerintahan Presiden SBY dan berharap dapat melihat signifikansinya terhadap perjuangan kemerdekaan Palestina. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan ditulis menggunakan metode sejarah. Pengumpulan sumber data berupa surat kabar, buku, serta jurnal yang diperoleh dari koleksi pribadi, koleksi Perpustakaan UI, Perpustakaan Nasional, Litbang Kompas, langganan surat kabar dan juga yang diperoleh secara daring. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi dari dukungan dan bantuan yang diberikan memang mengalami peningkatan pada masa Presiden SBY. Namun signifikansi tersebut belum cukup memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap perjuangan kemerdekaan Palestina.

Indonesia, since its independence was declared until now, has maintained its position of continuing to support Palestinian independence and condemning colonialism carried out by Israel. This is in accordance with the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which emphasizes Indonesia's principle of continuing to fight all forms of imperialism and colonialism. However, as we entered the Reformation Era, the support provided did not appear to be very significant, especially during the transition period. Support only started to appear significantly during the time of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). In this article the author examines the various forms of support provided by President SBY's government and hopes to see their significance in the struggle for Palestinian independence. This type of research is qualitative research and is written using historical methods. Collecting data sources in the form of newspapers, books and journals obtained from personal collections, UI Library collections, National Library, Kompas Research and Development, newspaper subscriptions and also those obtained online. The results of this research show that the significance of the support and assistance provided has indeed progressed during the time of President SBY. However, this significance is not enough to have a big impact on the struggle for Palestinian independence."
