"Tesis ini membicarakan mengenai Analisis Kinerja Rumah Sakit Pluit menggunakan Malcolm Baldridge for Perfomance Excellence sebagai alat ukur.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja rumah sakit Pluit dari sisi kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, pelanggan, tenaga kerja, pengukuran kinerja dan teknologi, operasional dan hasilnya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan operasional dengan fokus analisis problem dan analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan Consensus Making Group. Evaluasi berdasarkan Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige yang mempunyai dua dimensi yaitu : proses dan hasil. Hasil evaluasi dari Rumah Sakit Pluit menggunakan Malcolm Baldrige memperlihatkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Pluit sekarang ini berada dalam masa stagnasi. Harus ada tindakan-tindakan yang diambil agar Rumah Sakit Pluit dapat memperbaiki kinerjanya.

This thesis discuss about performance analysis in Pluit Hospital using Malcolm Baldridge for Performance Excellence as the tool. The purpose of this study is to analyze Pluit hospital performance from leadership, strategic planning, focus on customer, performance measurement and technology, focus on workforce, focus on operational and the results. This study using operational research approach focusing on problem analysis and descriptive analysis using in-depth interview and Concensus Decision Making Group. The evaluation based on Malcolm Baldridge Criteria scoring system which have two (2) dimension : process and result. The evaluation result for Pluit Hospital using Malcolm Baldridge shows that Pluit Hospital is in the time of stagnancy. There are several measures that has to be taken so Pluit Hospital can improve its performance."

"Cakupan imunisasi dasar kepada bayi Di Kabupaten Tangerang tiga tahun terakhir tahun 2014-2016 naik 2 % - 7 % setiap tahunya hal ini memberikan informasi bahwa cakupan imunisasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang selalu mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun serta cakupan imunisasi secara nasional melampau target nasional 90 % menjadi 93,83 %. Hal ini berbeda dengan kejadian difteri Kabupaten Tangerang. Sehingga bupati Kabupaten Tangerang menyatakan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) difteri. Penyelenggaraan program imunisasi memberikan peran penting dalam (KLB) pemberian vaksin oleh tenaga kesehatan dapat mematurasi persepsi masyarakat sehubungan dengan reaksi yang tidak diinginkan akibat vaksinasi sehingga menyebabkan munculnya kembali penyakit dalam bentuk (KLB). Kejadian ini juga dapat terjadi karena vaksin yang telah rusak tidak dapat diperbaiki lagi dan tidak dapat menimbulkan kekebalan Akibatnya wabah penyakit yang dapat dicegah imunisasi akan terus terjadi sehingga penelitian ini akan mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan kinerja pengelola program berdasarkan Malcolm Baldrige. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil kinerja pengelola imunisasi berdasarkan Malcolm Baldrige di peroleh bahwa perencanaan strategis memiliki hasil yang paling tinggi sebesar 85,02. Variabel yang paling rendah adalah fokus pada tim dengan nilai 78,02. Pada hasil multivariate menunjukkan bahwa Korelasi Hasil Kinerja memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan variabel Kepemimpinan Perencanaan Strategis, Fokus pada Pelanggan, Pengukuran, Analisis dan Manajemen Pengetahuan, Fokus pada Tim dan Fokus pada Proses dengan Nilai koefisien determinan (R2=0,793) dimana variabel yang paling tinggi memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil dengan niai Standardized Coefficients (B) = 0,429 atau 42,9 % sedangkan variabel fokus pada tim adalah variabel yang paling kecil memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients (B) = 0,003 atau 0,3 %. Sehingga semakin baik pengukuran, analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, perencanaan strategis, fokus pada pelanggan, kepemimpinan, fokus pada proses dan fokus pada tim akan meningkatkan hasil kinerja pengelola program puskesmas.

The implementation of an immunization program provides an important role in the outbreak of vaccines by health workers who can preserve people`s perceptions regarding unwanted reactions due to vaccination, causing re-emergence of diseases in the form (KLB). This event can also occur because a damaged vaccine cannot be repaired and cannot cause immunity. As a result, outbreaks of immunization-preventable diseases will continue to occur so that this study will know the description and relationship of program management performance based on Malcolm Baldrige. The method used is quantitative and qualitative methods using questionnaires and in-depth interviews.

The results of theperformance of immunization managers based on Malcolm Baldrige were obtained that strategic planning had the highest yield of 85.02. The lowest variable is to focus on the team with a value of 78.02. This research observes a model in many dimensions, such as: Renewal, Reframe, Restructure, and Revitalize (Gouillart & Kelly:1995). The transformation process will affect in the service quality given by a corporate. The indicators being used to measure the standard of a quality service are Tangible, Reliablity, Reponsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy (Zaithaml, Parasuraman & Berry:1990).Based on its purpose, this research is called Explanatory, since there are causal factors as the independent variable and effects arose as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, based on the technique of data collecting, this research can be classified as quantitative survey. The data tabulation is carried out with SEM method. SEM or Structural Equation Modeling is a method to observe the relation between the indicator and its variable (measurement model), as well as among other variables (structural model) using a software called LISREL 8.3.The research result shows a significant relation only in several dimensions of the transformation with the service quality; and there is a symmetrical positive relation (correlation) among those dimensions. The suggestion given as a result of mis research is the need for PT.HlN to perform the incremental and sustainable transformation process."

"ABSTRAKPanel pintu Toyota Kijang diproduksi pada Stamping Plant TAM. Produksi rata-rata perbulan = 28765 buah. Mengingat jumlah produksi yang besar tersebut, maka diperlukan sistem pengendalian mutu yang baik sebagai alat untuk menjamin kualitas produk.Berdasarkan data produksi pintu antara bulan Oktober 1995 sapai bulan November 1996 terlihat jumlah produk cacat pada pintu bagian luar masih tinggi. Jenis cacat yang paling banyak terjadi adalah cacat atribut, sedangkan untuk cacat dimensi tidak terdapat masalah.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut telah dibuat peta kendali p sehingga diketahui proses-proses yang berada diluar batas kendali. Dengan mengunakan Diagram Pareto dapat diketahui bahwa cacat dad (timbulnya lubang pada plat) memiliki persentase terlinggi sebesar 75,35%. Oleh karena itu cacat dad menjadi prioritas untuk di atasi. Kemudian dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat dapat diketahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya dad. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah debu dari lingkungan pabrik, kurangnya perawatan dies, gosokan oil stone yang tidak merata, kekurang telitian operator dalam melihat cacat yang timbul serta motivasi operator yang rendah."
