"Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan pendidikan dan partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan di Jawa Barat. Penulis menemukan bahwa pendidikan berdampak negatif dengan signifikansi 1% terhadap partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan di Jawa Barat. Hasil survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional Tahun 2018–2022 digunakan untuk metode kuantitatif yang menerapkan model Binary Logistic Regression. Selain itu, status pernikahan dan status KRT berdampak positif pada partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan di Jawa Barat. Penulis juga menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti jenis instansi dan gaji berdampak pada partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan. Untuk mendukung temuan kuantitatif, penulis menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang mencakup survei kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam.

This study analyses the relationship between education and female labour force participation in West Java. The author found that education has a negative impact with 1% significance on female labour force participation in West Java. The results of the 2018-2022 National Labour Force survey were used for the quantitative method that applied the Binary Logistic Regression model. In addition, marital status and household head status have a positive impact on female labour force participation in West Java. The authors also found that factors such as agency type and salary have an impact on female labour force participation. To support the quantitative findings, the authors used qualitative analysis that included a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews."

"ABSTRAKIndustri minyak dan gas bumi merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang padat modal, padat teknologi dan resiko yang tinggi. Cadangan migas di Indonesia saat ini semakin menipis, namun tidak menyurutkan perhatian investor asing untuk melaksanakan kegiatan migas di negara ini. Dengan kondisi modal, teknologi, dan tenaga kerja yang kurang memadai, pemerintah membuka peluang kepada perusahaan asing untuk mengeksplorasi wilayah migas di Indonesia, mengingat perusahaan asing memiliki kompetensi dan persiapan yang lebih baik. Setelah masuknya perusahaan asing migas ke Indonesia, harapan pemerintah yaitu adanya pelaksanaan alih teknologi dari tenaga kerja asing ke tenaga kerja lokal agar tenaga kerja warga negara Indonesia semakin berkualitas terutama di bidang industri minyak dan gas bumi. Namun terdapat kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga dibutuhkan pengawasan pemerintah terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja asing migas, serta dukungan pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia industri migas agar memiliki kompetensi, dan dapat bersaing secara profesional. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif, dengan dengan metode analisa deskriptif dari data sekunder yang diperoleh.

ABSTRACTOil and gas industry is one of the activities of the capital-intensive, technology-intensive and high risk. Indonesia's oil and gas reserves are running low currently, but it did not discourage the interest of foreign investors to conduct oil and gas activities in the country. With the condition of capital, technology, and inadequate manpower, the government opened up opportunities to foreign companies for the exploration of oil and gas in Indonesia, given the foreign company has the competence and better preparation. After the entry of foreign oil and gas companies in Indonesia, the government hopes that the implementation of technology transfer from foreign workers to local workers that labor more qualified citizens of Indonesia, especially in the oil and gas industry. But there are obstacles to implementation, requiring government oversight of foreign labor performance of oil and gas, as well as support the government in improving the quality of human resources in order to have the competence and gas industry, and to compete in a professional manner."

"Pemenuhan hak buruh yang sesuai dengan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan merupakan kewajiban perusahaan. Pemenuhan hak buruh oleh perusahaan belum sesuai harapan, sehingga perlu dibantu oleh peran serikat pekerja dan partisipasi pekerja dalam memperjuangkan haknya. Untuk memahami hal tersebut di tingkat empirik, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sample di salah satu serikat pekerja, Serbuk Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif membahas bagaimana peran serikat pekerja dan tingkat partisipasi pekerja dalam memperjuangkan haknya berdasarkan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini, semakin positif peran serikat pekerja dan partisipasi pekerja dalam memperjuangkan haknya semakin tinggi pemenuhan hak buruh. Semakin negatif peran serikat pekerja dan partisipasi pekerja dalam memperjuangkan haknya semakin rendah pemenuhan hak buruh.

Fulfillment of workers rights in accordance with the labor law is an obligation of the company. Fulfillment of labor rights by the company does not meet the expectations that need to be assisted by the role of trade unions and workers' participation in the fight for their rights. To understand the empirical level, the study was conducted by taking sample in one union, Serbuk Karawang. This study use a quantitative method, where the study discusses how the relationship between the role of labor union and the level of participation of workers in the fight for their rights under the labor laws.

In this study, the more positive the role of trade unions and workers' participation in the fight for their rights, the higher the fulfillment of labor rights. The more negative the role of trade unions and workers' participation in the fight for their rights as well the lower the fulfillment of the rights of workers."
