"ABSTRAKAplikasi perbankan merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung proses pada siklus transaksi E-Banking baik dalam pengaturan konten data transaksi, verifikasi dan validasi transaksi dari pengguna layanan hingga ke penerbit kartu. Aplikasi inilah yang menghubungkan instansi yang terkait pada proses transaksi berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, Pengelolaan keamanan aplikasi ini menjadi acuan dalam kelayakan perusahaan yang berperan sebagai dalam memenuhi regulasi aplikasi perbankan yang ada di Indonesia pada saat ini. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengambil implementasi yang terjadi pada salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa aplikasi perbankan. Keadaan pada perusahaan saat ini, dalam mengikuti dan bergabung dalam siklus transaksi hanya melakukan pemenuhan persyaratan dan beberapa regulasi. Untuk itu, penulis menawarkan salah satu framework untuk mengidentifikasi sudah sejauh mana kepatuhan dan pemenuhan compliance berdasarkan pengukuran tingkat kematangan maturity level terhadap kemanan data dan pemenuhan dari compliance. Untuk memenuhi objektif tersebut, model Maturity level keamanan digunakan ISO27001 dan EMV sebagai standar pengukuran karena dianggap paling sesuai dengan penelitian. Untuk memberikan gambaran implementasinya maka dilakukan penelitian pengukuran tingkat kematangan keamanan data perusahaan dengan menggunakan model maturitas SSE-CMM. Hasil wawancara yang didapatkan menjadi acuan ekspektasi perusahaan. ABSTRACTpplications are the important part of supporting the process in the E Banking transaction cycle in both data transaction, transaction verification and validation from service users to card issuers. This application connects the relevant agencies in the transaction process takes place. Therefore, the security management of this application becomes the reference in the feasibility of the company that acts as in fulfilling the regulation of banking application in Indonesia at this time. In this study, author take the implementation one of the providers in banking application services. The current state of the company, in following and joining the transaction cycle only fulfills the requirements and some regulations. To that end, author offers one of the framework to identify the extent of compliance and compliance based on the measurement of maturity level on data security and compliance. To meet these objectives, the Maturity level security model will be used ISO27001 and EMV as the measurement standard as it is considered to be most appropriate to the research. To provide an overview of the implementation of the research conducted measurement of the maturity level of corporate data security using SSE CMM maturity model. "Praktik Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah Peminatan Kardiovaskular di RS Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mempraktikan peran dan fungsi sebagai calon ners spesialis dalam melakukan pengelolaan pasien dengan gangguan sistem kardiovaskular menggunakan pendekatan model self-care Orem. Calon ners spesialis memiliki target mengelola 30 kasus resume dan 1 kasus sebagai laporan kelolaan utama pada pasien dengan mitral regurgitasi dan hipertensi pulmonal. Peran lain sebagai calon ners spesialis yaitu menerapkan intervensi keperawatan berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidance based practice) dengan memberikan aromatherapy dalam mengurangi gangguan atau kesulitan tidur selama dirawat dirumah sakit. Selain itu calon ners spesialis dituntut sebagai inovator yang memberikan ide dan gagasan untuk perubahan yang lebih baik yaitu dengan melakukan pengembangan model handover terstruktur metode MDS-ECHO (Minimum Data Set for Effective Clinical HandOver) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan informasi penting kepada shift selanjutnya. Hasil praktik residensi menunjukan model self-care Orem terbukti efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk pasien dengan gangguan kardiovaskular. Praktik evidance based practice tidak diaplikasikan dikarenkaan kondisi pandemik yang semakin menyebar sehingga praktik diganti sebagai relawan COVID-19 di RS Universitas Indonesia. Kegiatan inovasi mendapat respon positif dan terbukti dengan peningkatan kemampuan handover dan kepuasan setelah menerapkan metode MDS-ECHO.

Nurse specialist have a target of managing 30 resume cases and 1 case as the main management in this report patients with mitral regurgitation and pulmonary hypertension. Another role as a nurse specialist is implementing evidence-based practice by providing aromatherapy in reducing sleep disturbances during hospitalization. In addition, prospective nurse specialists as innovators provide ideas by developing a structured handover model using the MDS-ECHO (Minimum Data Set for Effective Clinical HandOver) method to improve the ability of nurses to provide important information to the next shift. The results of the residency practice show that Orem's self-care model is effective and can be used for patients with cardiovascular disorders. The practice of evidence-based practice was not applied due to the increasingly widespread pandemic conditions, so the practice was replaced as a COVID-19 volunteer at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan penerapan scrum di PT Kemana Teknologi Solusi, sebuah perusahaan TI yang mengembangkan B2B dan B2C e-commerce untuk kliennya. Selain itu juga disusun langkah peningkatan metodologi penerapan scrum sebagai usulan perbaikan yang diajukan kepada perusahaan. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pedoman berisi langkah-langkah yang lebih tepat dalam memperbaiki penerapan scrum di Kemana. Kematangan penerapan scrum diukur dengan menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM). Dengan data yang didapat dari instrumen berupa kuesioner, diisi oleh seluruh anggota tim pengembang TI yang ada di perusahaan. Sedangkan usulan perbaikan disusun dengan mengacu pada Scrum Body of Knowledge (SBoK) dan Scrum Guide. Hasilnya, diketahui tingkat kematangan penerapan Scrum berada pada level 1, tidak memenuhi harapan yang ditargetkan oleh manajemen perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya adalah tidak terpenuhinya penerapan 7 subgoals level 2 & 5 subgoals level 3. Maka dari itu peneliti memberikan 12 usulan yang perlu dilakukan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki proses pengembangan produk menggunakan metode Scrum.

An an IT services provider company that focuses on product (software) development, will surely pay attention to the applied software development process or method. By modifying existing platforms/products, it doesn't mean that everything goes easy. Companies must be observant in devising strategies to change them in order to meet client demands that are directly proportional to market needs. For this reason, the agility of the team regarding changing needs is very much needed. Scrum is an agile method that can accommodate this agility. This research was conducted to measure the maturity level of Scrum implementation at Kemana, an IT company that develops B2B and B2C e-commerce for its clients. In addition, steps are made to improve the methodology for implementing Scrum as recommendations submitted to the company. With the aim of providing guidelines containing more precise steps in improving the application of Scrum at Kemana. The maturity of the scrum application is measured using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM). With the data obtained from the instrument in the form of a questionnaire, all members of the IT development team in the company are filled in. Meanwhile, recommendations are prepared by referring to the Scrum Body of Knowledge (SBoK) and Scrum Guide. As a result, it is known that the maturity level of the application of Scrum is at level 1, not meeting the expectations according to company management. The factors that cause the implementation of 7 subgoals level 2 & 5 subgoals level 3 are not fulfilled. Therefore, the researcher provides 12 changes that the company needs to make to improve the product development process using the Scrum method."

"Praktek klinik lanjut selama praktek residensi keperawatan pada sistem imunologi dimaksudkan untuk mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan, menerapkan Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) serta mampu berperan sebagai inovator di ruang perawatan. Residen melakukan asuhan keperawatan dengan kasus kelolaan utama menggunakan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan 30 kasus resume menggunakan pendekatan teori Bandura. Dari hasil kasus kelolaan utama, diagnosa keperawatan utama yang muncul adalah defisit nutrisi sehingga intervensi utama keperawatan fokus pada manajemen nutrisi. Dari kasus resume masalah keperawatan yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu ketidakpatuhan pengobatan. Intervensi keperawatan dukungan kepatuhan program pengobatan ditujukkan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan. Selain itu, intervensi yang dilakukan adalah melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan berupa penerapan konseling pengobatan ART terstruktur dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri perawat serta kepatuhan pengobatan pasien. Evidence Based Nursing yang telag dilakukan residen adalah melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas PHQ-9 untuk skrining depresi yang menunjukkan bahwa PHQ-9 valid dan reliabel dalam mendeteksi depresi pada pasien dengan HIV.

Advanced clinical practice during nursing residency practice in the immunology system is intended to be able to provide nursing care, implement Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) and as an innovator. Resident conducts nursing care with main cases using Roy's adaptation theory approach and 30 cases resumes using Bandura theory approach. From the results of the main case, the main nursing diagnosis was nutritional deficit so nursing interventions focused on nutritional management. From the case of resume, the most common nursing problem found was non-adherence. Nursing interventions is adherence support are aimed to improve treatment adherence. A number of 179 mother singleton baby coupled with stunted frombirth and exclusive breastfed from birth to six months of age were completed tofollow up. Exclusive breasfeeding in Bandar Lampung city is still low 45.8 .Proportion of stunted infants with exclusive breasfeeding achieving normal lineargrowth 97.6 up to six months of age. Linier growth of exclusively breast-fedinfants is higher than those who are not exclusively breastfed either on normalgrowth or in infants who remain stunting at 6 months of age and girls grew betterthan boys. Growth faltering occurred during 4 ndash; 5 months of age in those infantswho were not breastfed exclusively while those who breastfed exclusively at 5 ndash; 6months of age. Growth pattern throughout 3 ndash; 6 months of age were analyzed bylogistic regression and plotted in curves compared to WHO standard. Exclusivelybreastfed infants had 3,58 times better in linier growth compared to formula fedinfants. While partial breastfed infants had 1,6 times to achieve normal linier growthcompared to infants who were fed by formula after controlling infectious diseaseexposure, minimal weight gain standar, materbal occupation, maternal height, andearly complementary feeding.
