"Loading and unloading activity at port of Boom Baru in Palembang reached mean number 8264.892 ton each year. This caused happening of particulate contamination which can cause of the occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble. This study aim is to know PM10 exposure to occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble for loading and unloading worker at Port of Boom Baru in Palembang.
In this study, variables of temperature, dampness and wind velocity are studied and their effect for PMI0 concentration, while variables of PM10 concentration, age, work time, nutrition status, smoking habit and usage of self protective device (APD) are checked and their effect for the occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble. PM1o concentration is used for analyzing effect of particulate contamination for the occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble.
This study used a retrospective cohort study design for calculating Relative Risk (RR) to occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble as result of PM1o exposure and also another factors. Data analysis which has been done consisting of univariate analysis (descriptive), bivariate (kai square test and t-test) and multivariate (multiple linear regression and multiple logistic regression).
Data analysis result indicated the existence of PM,o concentration related to temperature variable (p = 0,022), dampness (p = 0,002) and wind velocity (p = 0,006). While data analysis for the occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble with PM16 concentration variable (p = 0,001), age (p = 0,011), work time (p = 0,044) and smoking habit (p = 0,000). From all factors which related significantly, smoking habit is a dominant factor which affecting for the occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble. Therefore, factors which affected for occurrence of non infection bronchi trouble must be lessened, especially for smoking habit."

"Aktivitas bongkar muat di pelabuhan Boom Baru Palembang yang mencapai rata-rata angka 3.264.892 ton/tahun, hal ini memungkinkan teejadinya pencemaran partikulat yang dapat menyebabkan kejadian gangguan saluran pemapaaan non inreksi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetabui pajanan PM10 terhadnp kejadian gangguan saluran pemapasan non infeksi padn tenaga kerja bongkar muat di pelabuhan Boom Baru Pelembang. Dalam penelitian ini variable suhu, kelembaban dan keeepatan angin diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap konsentrasi PM10, sedangkan variable konsentrasi PM10 umur, masa kerja,. status gizi, kebiasaan merokok dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap kejadian gangguan saluran pernapasan non infeksi. Konsentrasi PM1o digunakan untuk menganalisa efek pencemaran partikulat. Terhadap kejadian gangguan saluran pernapasan non infeksi. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan disain restrospective cohort study untuk menghitung Risiko Relatif (RR) pada kejadian gangguan saluran pernapasan non infeksi akibat pajanan PM 10 serta faktor-faktor lain. Analisa data yang dilakukan mencakup analisa univariat (deskriftif), bivariate (uji kai kuadrat dan t-test) dan multivariate (regresi linier ganda dan regresi logistik ganda). Hasil analisa data menunjukkan hubungan konsentrasi PM 10 dengan variabel suhu (p=0,022), kelembaban (p=0,022) dan kecepatan angina )p=0,006). Sedangkan analisa data kejadian gangguan saluran pernapasan non infeksi dengan variabel koosentmsi PM..(p 0,001), umur (p 0,011), masa kerja (p 0,044) dan kebiasaan merokok (p 0,000). Diantara faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikantersebut; kebiasaan merokok merupakan faktor dominan, yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian ganggnan saluran pernapasan non infeksi. Oleh karena itu faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian ganggnan saluran pernapasan non infeksi harus di kurangi, terutama terhadap kebiasaan merokok.

"PW10 adalah salah satu indikator pencemaran udara yang lazim digunakan saat ini. Pencemaran udara oleh PK° di luar ruangan terjadi akibat kegiatan industri, polusi kendaraan bermotor, pembukaan hutan dengan cara dibakar, letusan gunung berapi dan instalasi pembangkit tenaga listrik. Pabrik batako sebagai salah satu industri kecil, berpotensi menyumbang PM10 di lingkungan kerja, yang jika tidak diwaspadai dapat merugikan kesehatan pekerja, diantaranya gejala infeksi saluran penafasan akut (ISPA).
Desain study cross sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pajanan PM10 pabrik batako dengan gejala ISPA pada pekerja pabrik batako di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sebanyak 165 pekerja dari 30 pabrik batako menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran konsentrasi PM1o pabrik dan parameter lain, seperti kelembaban udara, kepadatan rumah, luas ventilasi, karakteristik responden, seperti umur, status gizi dan kebiasaan merokok serta gejala ISPA diukur dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bemakna antara PK10 dan gejala ISPA pekerja pabrik batako (p=000, OR=7,60). Juga ada hubungan bermakna antara kebiasaan merokok dengan gejala ISPA (p=0,002, 0R=4,42) dan kelembaban rumah dengan gejala ISPA (p=0,009, OR.=3,18). Pemerintah dan pihak terkait perlu melakukan pernantauan terhadap kualitas udara pabrik batako dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk mencegah atau meminimalkan darnpak kesehatan yang mungkin terjadi akibat pencemaran udara pada pabrik batako.

PM10 is air pollution indicator which often used for ambient particulate. Air pollution caused by PM10 in out of room is able to be caused by industry activities, vehicle pollution, forest for burning, mountains eruption and generator instalation. A brick factory has a great chance to contribute PIN/110 on its environment. It would have a bad health impact, among other thing is symptom of ARI (Accute Respiratory Infection).
Cross sectional study used in this research aims to know about relationship between PK° exposure of brick factory with ART symptom on its worker in Banyuasin Regency. 165 workers from 30 brick factory became respondent in this research. Besides, PMID concentration measuring of brick factory and others parameter was tested, such as air humidity, house density, large of ventilation, including respondent characteristic ( ages, nutrient status, smoking habit).
The result of this research indicates that Pivlio has strong relationship with ART symptom of brick factory workers (p=000, OR=7,60), then smoking habit variable (p=0,002, OR=4,42) and house humidity (p-- 1,009, OR=3,18). Brick factory workers with standard PMio concentration has a great chance to have ART symptom 7,6 times higher than a factory with low PK') concentration. Smoking habit of the workers will have chance 4,5 times higher to have ARI symptom than un-smoking workers. And for the workers who live in un-fulfill humidity area have a big chance to have ARI symptom 3 times higher than they who live in standard humidity house. In this research, hope the government and related instances are monitoring to the air quality of brick factory and giving much information to avoid and minimize bad health impact which might be caused by air pollution in brick factory.

"Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut ISPA pada balita masih menjadi masalah yang besar di Indonesia. ISPA balita menjadi penyebab kematian balita urutan kedua di Jawa Barat dan di kota Depok menempati urutan pertama dari 10 penyakit yang di rawat jalan di Puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh PM10 udara dalam rumah terhadap kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tapos Kota Depok tahun 2017.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 100 balita dengan metode cluster sampling yang diambil secara acak pada 2 kelurahan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ISPA pada balita tergolong tinggi 57,7 dan 66,7, Konsentrasi PM10 dalam rumah OR = 3,477; 1,077-11,229 , suhu ruangan OR = 2,333; 1,017-5,351, kelembaban ruangan OR = 1,119; 0,443-2,827, luas ventilasi ruangan OR = 1,233; 0,108-14,082, dan status imunisasi OR = 1,233; 0,108-14,082 menjadi faktor risiko penyebab kejadian ISPA balita.

Acute Respiratory Infection ARI rsquo s occurrence in infant remains a prominent problem in Indonesia. ARI are the second largest cause of death in West Java Province, and are the first cause of 10 diseases commonly occurred in patients coming to Community Health Clinic within Depok area. This research conducted aiming at observing PM10 factor in the air inside the house towards ARI rsquo s occurrence in infant within Tapos Community Health Clinic in Depok area in 2017.
This research conducted using quantitative methods with cross sectional design. The samples were randomly chosen in 2 districts using cluster sampling method, collected 100 infants in total. Chi square test applied to measure the statistical data.
The result suggests that ARI rsquo s occurrence in infant is utterly high 57,7 and 66,7, PM10 concentration OR 3,477 1,077 11,229 , temperature OR 2,333 1,017 5,351, humidity OR 1,119 0,443 2,827 , ventilation OR 1,233 0,108 14,082, and immunization status OR 1,233 0,108 14,082 be risk factors cause the ARI occurred in infant.

"Meningkatnya perkembangan Industri di Indonesia mengakibatkan terjadinya pencemaran Lingkungan di sekitamya. Adanya berita media massa tentang pencemaran lingkungan di sekitftr PT Pupuk Sriwijaya yang menycbabkan teijadinya penyakit infeksi saluran pemapasan pada penduduk di pemukiman sekitar industri tersebul.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mcngetahui hubungan pemajanan ammonia dan PM", serta faktor risiko yang mempengaruhinya dengan kejadian gejala pcnyakit saluran pemapasan pada bayi dan balita di pemukiman sekitar PT pupuk Sriwijaya palembang tahun 2001.
Subyek pcnelitian adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi dan baiita (0 bulan-59 bulan). Didapatkan sebanyak 125 keluarga yang mcmiliki bayi dan balita secara random sampling yang tersebax dalam 3 kclurahan. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif anaiitik dengan rancangan penelitian Cross-secrional.
Hasil penentuan kadar ammonia antara 246.75 pg/m3-1499 gym), sedangkan kadar P1\/110 antara 202.60 pg/m3-1281 ng/mi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p < 0.05) pemajanan ammonia dcngan kejadian gejala penyakit saluran pcmapasan pada bayi dan balita di pemukiman sekitar industri PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Ada hubungan dosis respons antara pemajanan ammonia dengan kejadian gejala penyakit saluran pemapasan pada bayi dan balita di pemukiman sckitar PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang
Pemajanan PM|o Yang tinggi pada bayi dan balita di pemukiman sekitar PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja akan meningkatkan risiko menderita gejala penyakit saluran pemapasan Dari model akhir didapat nilai OR = 1.1124 (95%CI=l.014-l.221), artinya setiap peningkatan 1 unit kadar PM 10 meningkatkan riaiko bayi dan balita rnenderita gejala penyakit saluran pemapasan sebcsar I 1.24%
Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa bayi dan balita yang terpajan dengan ammonia 2 652.50 pg/ma' mempunyai risiko menderita gcjala penyakit saluran pemapasan sebesar 9.508 kali dibandingkan dengan bayi dan balita yang terpajan ammonia < 652.50 pg,/ms setelah ciikontrol oleh variabcl variabel PMN, kepadatan hunian, perokok dalam rumah dan interaksi antara ammonia dengan PMN.
Saran kepada pihak PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja unmk tems memantad alat alat pengendaiian emisi gas maupun debu urea dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas alat alat pengendalinya, sehingga dapat mengurangi pencemaran di sekitar industri tersebut.

Due to increasing industry expansion in Indonesia it alfect the environmental pollution around the industry. There was mass media regarding environmental pollution around PUSRI which result of acute respiratory infection symptoms of the local community around that lndustry.
The purpose of -this study is to find out the relationship between expo: ure ammonia and PMN , as well as risk factor which influence with the condition acute respiratory infection symptoms at babies and children living around at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja in 2001.
Subyect of this study are mothers who has babies and children ranging from 0 to 59 months. We found out that around l25 families who has babies and children as sampling random from 3. The methode of this study is descriptive analytic with cross sectional study designed.
The result of concentrate ammonia between 246.75 ug/m3-1499 ug/m3. And actual PMN, consentrate between 202.60 ug/m3-128| pg/rn3.There is significant relationship (p<0_05) between exposure ammonia and PM", with condition acute respiratory infection symptoms at babies and children living around at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang There are linked dose respons between exposure ammonia with acute respiratory infection symptoms at babies and children living around at P'I` pupuk Sriwidjaja.
High exposure of PM", at the babies and children around PT Pusn area will raise from the risk acute respiratory infection symptoms. From the last model, it found out the value of OR equal to 1.1124 (95%CI = l.0l4-1221), meaning every raise per l unit PM10 will be raised the risk of babies and children for l 1.24 %.
Conclusion indicates that babies and children who has exposured with ammonia 2 652.50 ug/m3 has risk factor of the acute respiratory infection symptoms 9.5! times compare with babies and children exposured by ammonia < 652.50 ug/m3, after being adjusted by variables PM io, smoker inside the house, density of population and interact between ammonia and PM iq.
Suggestion to PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja to constantly measure all the control gas emission and dust urea equipment and to raise eiiiciency and effectiveness ofthe control equipment so that it could reduce pollution around the industry.

"Latar Belakang : Dermatitis kontak merupakan salah satu penyakit kulit akibat kerja yang disebabkanoleh reaksi simpang pada kulit epidermis dan dermis akibat pajanan bahan yang berhubungan dengan bahan kimia, faktor fisik (panes), dan faktor mekanik (gesekan, tekanan, trauma) dan faktor riwayat atopi juga merupakan penyebab tidak langsung. Salah satu bahan kimia yang berisiko terhadap dermatitis kontak adalah debu semen. Pekerja yang berisiko terhadap pajanan debu semen adalah tenaga keja bongkar muat sak semen di pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa Jakarta.
Metode : Penelitian dilakukan di Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa Jakarta pada September 2009. Desain penelitian ini cross sectional dengan analitik internal komparatif dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Populasi penelitian seluruh buruh tenaga kerja bongkar muat pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa Jakarta yang berjumlah 402 orang, dan jumlah sampel 140 responden. Cara pengumpulan data dengan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik dan observasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Analisis data dengan program SPSS versi 15, dengan interpretasi analisis univariat , analisis bivariat (Odds Ratio dan 95% Confidence Interval) dan analisis multivariat (metode Enter pada Binary Logistic Regression).
Hasil : Tenaga kezja bongkar muat Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa Jakarta sebanyak 24,3% mengalami dermatitis kontak. Hasil analisis multivariat terdapat hubtmgan bermakna antara tingkat pajanan debu semen tahunan (p=0,041 ; OR=2,35; 95%Cl=0,99»S,56) dengan dermatitis kontak. Umur pekeija, status gizi, pendidikan, iiwayat atopi dan higiene diri buruk tidak mempunyai hubungan statistic bcmiakna dengan dermatitis kontak. Suhu lingkungan dan kelembaban dengan alat ukur Hear Stress Monitor (WBGTO tertingi 29,1°C dan RH tertinggi 62%) diduga mernpunyai kontribusi nntuk terjadinya dermatitis kontak.
Kesimpulan dan saran : Prevalensi dermatitis kontak pada tenaga kerja bongkar muat Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa Jakarta sebanyak 24,3%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya dennatitis kontak adalah tingkat pajanan debu semen tahunan (p=0,04l;0Ra¢§ =2,35).Tingginya suhu lingktmgan dan kelembaban diduga merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya. dermatitis kontak. Pekerja perlu diajarkan pengetahuan akan bahaya debu semen, pentingnya alat pelindung diri dan menjaga kebersihan diri untuk mencegah teij adinya dermatitis kontak pada pekeija angkut semen.

Background: Contact dermatitis is the one of a skin disease due to work caused by adverse reaction in the epidermis and dennis of skin exposure related materials, chemical, physical factors (heat), and mechanical factors (friction, pressure, trauma) and history of atopy factor is also an indirect cause. One of the chemicals that are at risk for contact dermatitis is cement dust, Workers at risk of exposure to cement dust is labor cement loading and unloading bags of Sunda Kelapa Port in Jakarta.
Methods: This research was conducted at the port of Sunda Kelapa Jakarta in September 2009. The design was cross-sectional study with an intemal analytical comparative sample selection is done by simple random sampling. This study population is all the labor workers unloading port of Sunda Kelapa Jakarta totaling 402 people, based on the calculation of the number of samples of 140 respondents. Dara collection is done by filling status of research, which consisted of anarrmcsis, physical examination and observation of the implementation work. Data analysis using SPSS program version 15, with the interpretation of the univariate analysis (table distributions), bivariate analysis (calculating Odds Ratio 95% Confidence Interval) and multivariate analysis (enter method the binary logistic regression).
Results: Prevalence of contact dermatitis among labor loading and unloading at the port of Sunda Kelapa Jakarta is 24.3% . There is signiicant statistic relationship between the cement dust exposure rating (p = 0.041; OR = 2,35; 95% CI == 0,19-5,56) to contact dermatitis, The age, work duration, nutritional status, education, poor self-hygiene and history of atopy had no significant statistic relationship to contact dermatitis. Temperature and humidity environment with the Heat Stress Monitor (29.l° C highest WBGTo and the highest 62% RH) have contributed to the occurrence of contact dermatitis
Conclusions and sugestions: The prevalence of contact dermatitis in workers loading and imloading port of Sunda Kelapa Jakarta is 24.3%. The most related factors to the occmrence of contact dermatitis is cement dust exposure rating chronic (p = 0.04l; OR adj =2,3 5).The highly environmental temperature and humidity could be intiuence to contact dermatitis. Workers need to be taught to maintain personal hygiene and knowledge of the hazards of cement dust on the health of workers, including skin health.

"Respiration illness has some different symptoms basically is caused of
irritation, failure of transparent muccociliari, more rekresi lender and respiration
stricture. Children under tive years old at Primary Heath Care of Pangkalan Kerinci
in Pelalawan District risk of respiration problem and based on result of annual report
at Primary Health Care, respiration trouble illness is the tirst of ten illnesses at this
area. lt is because of most public spend 90 % their time in room (house). Therefore
research is pointed by the way of looking for relationship between PMN rate at
house, house physical environment factor and children under tive years old
characteristic which related to respiration problem occurrence becoming a reason.
WHO estimated that there were 400-500 millions people who faced air pollution
problem of variation room including headache, head cold, drought red lane, drought
coughs, eye irritation, skin irritation, influenza, breathless and tuberculosis.
This research purpose to know prevalence between respiration problem illness
among children under tive years old, relationship of PMN rate at house, house
physical environment factor (10 variables) and children under tive years old
characteristic (5 variables) with respiration problem illness occurrence among
children under tive years old, and looking for factor which is most dominance effect
of respiration problem illness among children under tive years old at Primary Health
Care of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan District in Riau Province, time period of Measurement appliance which is used to measure PM", rate at house consists of
Haz Dust Sampler, EPAM S000 model, temperature by thennometer, dampness by
hygrometer, illumination by luxmeter, and appliance which is used to get primary
data of children under tive years old characteristic by questionnaire and checklist.
'l`his research used a cross sectional design which participating population of
615 Head of Family (KK) by sample number of 261 children under five years old,
where data was collected at the same time of PMN, rate, house physic environment
and children under five years old characteristic and there were not respiration
problem illness occurrence among children under five years old.
Based on research result which has been done it was indicated that: l).
Prevalence of children under tive years old who faced of respiration problem illness
was 78,2 % _ 2). Children under five years old house with PMN rate which did not
fulfill requirement was 55,6 %, 3). There is no meaning ditference of PM", rate at
house (p value = 0,393) with respiration problem among children under tive years
old. 4). Habit of children under tive years old out of house has a meaning difference
of respiration problem illness occurrence among children under tive years old by p-
value = 0,007 and OR = 2,59 (95 % CI: 1,333-5,083). Children under ive years old
who are out of house have risk of respiration problem illness 2,59 times compared
with children under tive years old are out of house for long time. 5). Factor which is
most dominance influencing respiration problem iilness occurrence among children
under five years old are usage of fuel for cooking and children under tive years old
who are out of house. Children under tive years old who are out of house have risk of
respiration problem illness 2,59 times compared with children under five years old
who are at house for long time, and also usage of fuel for cooking which became
smoke has risk 2,32 times of reqriration problem illness compared with usage of Riel
for cooking which did not become smoke (gas and electricity). 6). Probability of
respiration problem illness occurrence among children under tive years old where
they used fuel which will become smoke at their house and children under five years
oId who have habit out of house 83,5 %. 7). Children under five years old who used
fuel for cooking which became smoke (wood, charcoal and kerosene) and many
activities of children under tive years old out of house have probabiiity of respiration
problem illness occurrence 1,5 times bigger than children under five years old which used fuel for cooking which did not become smoke (gas and electrics) and many
activities of children under five years old out of house."

"Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan penyakit yang masih sering ditemukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kasus ISPA terus meningkat dari 7,2 juta kasus pada tahun 2007 hingga lebih dari 18,79 juta kasus pada akhir tahun 2011. PM10 adalah salah satu penyebab gangguan ISPA. Partikel ini merupakan salah satu zat pencemar di udara yang dihasilkan oleh kendaraan bermotor.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pajanan debu PM10 dengan kejadian ISPA pada petugas dan pedagang kios terminal, serta karakteristik individu dan faktor iklim di Terminal Kampung Rambutan. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran PM10 secara langsung di 5 titik dengan menggunakan alat Haz Dust EPAM 5000 serta wawancara dengan kuesioner terkait ISPA.
Hasil analisis t-test menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara PM10 dengan kejadian ISPA di Terminal Kampung Rambutan dengan p=0,000. Kebijakan yang mengikat mengenai pengaturan mobilitas kendaraan serta penghijauan masih perlu ditegakkan di Terminal Kampung Rambutan.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a disease that is often found in people's lives. ARI continued to increase from 7.2 million cases in 2007 to more than 18.79 million cases by the end of 2011. PM10 is one of the causes of respiratory disorders. This particle is one of the contaminants in the air that produced by motor vehicles.
This study aimed to determine the incidence of PM10 for workers, as well as individual characteristics and climatic factors in Kampung Rambutan Terminal. The design of study is cross-sectional. Data collection was done by direct measurement of PM10 in 5 points using the tool Haz Dust EPAM 5000 and interview with questionnaires related ARI.
Analysis of t-test indicate that there is a significant relationship between PM10 and ARI incidence in Kampung Rambutan Terminal with p = 0.000. Policies about greening and mobility vehicles still need to be enforced in Kampung Rambutan Terminal.

"Infeksi saluran pernafasan akut didunia menjadi penyebab utama morbiditas dan
mortalitas pada anak usia dibawah lima tahun, dan polusi udara salah satu faktor yang
dapat mempengaruhi kejadian ISPA pada anak balita. Kabupaten Bekasi pola penyakit
Puskesmas diurutan pertama adalah penyakit ISPA yaitu 32.50%. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pajanan PM10 terhadap kejadian ISPA pada anak
balita, serta determinan yang mempengaruhinya seperti kondisi lingkungan (suhu,
kelembaban, kecepatan angin) dan jarak rumah dari industri, kualitas rumah (ventilasi,
kepadatan hunian, asap rokok), intake, dan Karakteristik individu (umur, jenis kelamin,
status gizi, riwayat imunisasi dan ASI eksklusif). Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96
anak balita yang tinggal di Desa Sukadanau Kecamatan Cikarang Barat Kabupaten
Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan melakukan analisis
data primer, data primer hasil dari wawancara dan pengukuran PM10, suhu, kelembaban,
dan kecepatan angin pada udara ambien pada 8 titik pengukuran dibagi dalam 3 zona.
Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran konsentrasi PM10 dari 8 titik memiliki median 173,50
μg/m3. Kejadian ISPA terbanyak adalah anak balita yang bertempat tinggal pada zona 2
yaitu 15 anak balita (46,9%). Dari 14 variabel yang diteliti yang memiliki hubungan
yang bermakna adalah ASI Eksklusif terhadap kejadian ISPA pada anak balita dengan
nilai p = 0.02, memiliki OR = 3.000 (1.264 – 7.120) yang mempunyai arti anak balita
yang tidak diberikan ASI eksklusif mempunyai peluang untuk mengalami kejadian
ISPA 3 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan anak balita yang diberikan ASI eksklusif.
Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan, konsentrasi PM10 yang sudah tidak sesuai dengan
yang disyaratkan, perlu dilakukan penanganan yang serius dan perlu adanya kerjasama
lintas sektor dari Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pemerintah Kabupaten
Bekasi

sectional design by analyzing primary data, primary data from interviews and
measurements of PM10, temperature, humidity, and wind speed in ambient air at 8
measurement points divided into 3 zones. Based on the measurement results, the PM10
concentration from 8 points has a median of 173.50 μg / m3. The highest incidence of
ARI is children under five who live in zone 2, namely 15 children under five (46.9%).
Of the 14 variables studied that had a significant relationship were exclusive
breastfeeding with the incidence of ARI in children under five with a value of p = 0.02,
had OR = 3,000 (1,264 - 7,120) which meant that children under five who were not
exclusively breastfed had the opportunity to experience ARI incidence. 3 times greater
than children under five who are exclusively breastfed. Based on this research, it is
suggested that PM10 concentrations are no longer in accordance with the requirements,
serious handling is needed and cross-sector cooperation is needed from the Health
Office, the Environment Agency and the Bekasi Regency Government

"Kepadatan kendaraan di jalan Raya Bogor, Kota Depok menyebabkan tingginya masalah polusi udara di jalan tersebut dan dapat mengganggu kesehatan. Penanaman pohon di pinggir jalan dipercayai dapat mengurangi kadar polutan di udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adanya vegetasi sebagai pembatas jalan terhadap konsentrasi PM10 dan gangguan kesehatan penduduk.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis risiko kesehatan lingkungan untuk mengestimasi pajanan PM10 pada jalan raya terhadap gangguan kesehatan penduduk setempat. Dipilih dua kawasan yang berbeda yaitu jalan raya yang terdapat vegetasai sebagai pembatas jalan dan jalan raya yang tidak bervegetasi. Dipilih 6 titik sampel dengan rincian 3 titik sampel di jalan raya bervegetasi dan 3 titik sampel di jalan raya yang tidak bervegetasi. Pada setiap titik sampel diukur pada titik 5 meter dan 50 meter dari jalan raya. Diambil juga data antropometri penduduk yang beraktivitas di sekitar lokasi sampling. Hasil pengukuran didapatkan nilai tingkat risiko (Risk Quotient) pada responden wilayah tidak bervegetasi lebih tinggi dari responden wilayah bervegetasi. Penghijauan di pinggir jalan raya perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi konsentrasi PM10 di jalan raya.

Density of vehicles on higway Bogor, Depok, resulting in high air pollution problems on the road and can damage the health of local residents. Planting trees on the roadside is believed can reduce the levels of pollutants in the air. This study aims to determine the effect of the vegetation as a roadblock to the concentration of PM10 and health problems of population.
This study used environmental health risk analysis methods for estimating the exposure of PM10 on highways with local health disorders. Selected two distinct areas that are highway with vegetation as a roadblock and were not vegetation. We selected 3 sampel points on the highway with vegetation and 3 sample points on a highway that is no vegetation. At each sample point chosen by a distance of 20 meters from the highway. Anthropometric data of residents are also taken on this study. The measurement results are analyzed to obtain the value of intake and risk quotient (RQ).
