"In the globalization era, the application of internet services in all business activities is a requirement that can not be abandoned. The application of internet services is useful in supporting export activities in developing countries including Indonesia. The application of the Internet service consists of 3 main functions: the function of providing and disseminating information, promotional functions, and facilitation function. In connection with the application of Internet services to support export activities, NAFED has been providing Internet service which aimed to improve the ability of Indonesian exporters, which in turn to increase Indonesia?s exports.
The purpose of this study are, the first is to see the influence of the application of internet services to the export performance of 31 developing countries including Indonesia using the cross section data : Internet users per country, imports of each country, and the population of each country. The second objective is to know what kinds of information and promotion is needed by the exporter Indonesia and its impact on their business performance. The third objective is to find out the perception of Indonesian exporters on NAFED websites.
The results of the study showed that the application of internet services have a positive effect on developing countries exports including Indonesia. Furthermore, a lot of information needed by the Indonesian exporters are information on : exchange rate, information on competitor, information on buyer, market taste, and information on trade show agenda. Promotion activities that often carried out are: promotion through the company website, email promotion, and promotions through the e-commerce website. This study also found that the level of user satisfaction on the websites provided by NAFED relatively still low.

Dalam era kemajuan globalisasi, penggunaan layanan internet dalam semua aktifitas bisnis merupakan suatu kebutuhan wajib. Penggunaan layanan internet mendukung aktifitas bisnis khususnya ekspor negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Penggunaan layanan internet terdiri dari 3 fungsi utama yaitu : fungsi penyediaan dan penyebaran informasi, fungsi promosi, dan fungsi fasilitasi. Sehubungan dengan pemanfaatan layanan internet untuk menunjang aktifitas ekspor, BPEN telah menyediakan layanan internet yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan eksportir Indonesia yang pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan ekspor Indonesia.
Tujuan dari study ini adalah yang pertama mencoba melihat pengaruh penggunaan layanan internet terhadap kinerja ekspor 31 negara berkembang termasuk di dalamnya Indonesia dengan menggunakan data : cross section pengguna internet tiap Negara, impor tiap Negara, dan populasi tiap negara. Tujuan kedua adalah mengetahui jenis informasi dan promosi yang dibutuhkan oleh exporter Indonesia serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja bisnis mereka. Sedangkan tujuan ketiga adalah mengetahui persepsi eksportir Indonesia terhadap layanan website BPEN.
Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa penggunaan layanan internet berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor Negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Selanjutnya, informasi banyak dibutuhkan oleh eksportir Indonesia adalah informasi mengenai : nilai tukar rupiah, informasi pesaing, informasi pembeli, informasi selera pasar, dan informasi pameran dagang. Promosi yang banyak dilakukan oleh eksportir Indonesia adalah : promosi melalui website perusahaan, promosi lewat email, dan promosi melalui layanan website ecommerce. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap website yang disediakan oleh BPEN relative masih kurang."

"ABSTRAK
Indonesia Basketball League IBL merupakan liga professional bola basket di Indonesia yang dikelola oleh operator event dengan pengawasan dan penunjukan dari persatuan bola basket Indonesia Perbasi . Dimulai pada tahun 2003, IBL mulai membuat rencana perubahan untuk memperbaiki sistem kompetisi mereka, seperti sistem draft pemain, audit finansial tim, upah minimum kerja dan batas gaji tim serta rencana lainnya.Akan tetapi, dengan keadaan ekosistem industry olahraga basket dan IBL sekarang, meliputi kondisi pemain, sponsor, keuangan , pengemar dan eksposur media. Menimbulkan pertanyaan yaitu ldquo;apakah struktur dan perencanaan IBL telah berada di jalan yang benar? rsquo; rsquo;.Di dalam Analisa ini, penulis akan membuat perbandingan dengan liga lainnya dan menganalisa celah di dalam IBL yang belum terpenuhi. Di akhir, penulis akan mengkorelasikan Analisa perbandingan dan celah di pembangunan yang mempengaruhi struktur dan rencana IBL kedepannya. Kata kunci: liga olahraga, bisnis olahraga, ekosistem industri olahraga, sponsor dan media, biaya gaji minimum atlit.

ABSTRACT
Indonesia Basketball League IBL is a professional basketball league in Indonesia managed by an event operator with a direct supervision and appointment of the Indonesian basketball association Perbasi . Started in 2003, IBL currently to encourage their performance, such as player draft systems, financial audits for teams, payment of minimum wages for their athletes and a salary cap. However, with the basketball sports itself and IBL industry sports ecosystem situation currently, that includes players, sponsors, finance, fans and media exposure. The question arises, Is the structure and planning of IBL already on the right path? . In this analysis, the author will make a comparison with other comparative leagues and analyze the gaps in IBL that have not been met. Lately, the author will make a correlation between the gap and the structure proposed and the effect that may occur for the IBL in the future. Keywords: sports leagues, sports, sports industry, sponsors and media, minimum salary costs for athletes."

"Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi jasa pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh KAP TRD terhadap penerapan PSAK 71 tentang gap analysis atas klasifikasi dan pengukuran aset keuangan pada PT Bank AI Tbk. Berdasarkan ketentuan PSAK 71, gap analysis dilakukan melalui 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu pengujian SPPI, Model Bisnis, dan Konsistensi Model Bisnis. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap jasa pendampingan yang dilakukan KAP TRD sesuai dengan kontrak kerjasama yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan evaluasi yaitu perencanaan dan identifikasi awal, pengujian dan analisis, serta finalisasi yang dilakukan pada masing-masing pengujian. Secara umum tahapan pekerjaan KAP TRD telah sesuai dengan kontrak kerjasama, namun terdapat faktor penghambat dari setiap tahapan pekerjaan dalam menentukan gap analysis yang berakibat.

This writing aims to evaluate the consultation services conducted by KAP TRD on the application of PSAK 71 regarding the gap analysis of classification and measurement of financial assets in PT Bank AI Tbk. Based on the requirement of PSAK 71, the gap analysis is carried out through 3 (three) stages of testing, consists of SPPI, Business Model, and Consistency of Business Models Testing. The evaluation consists of 3 (three) evaluation stages: planning and initial identification, testing and analysis, and finalization carried out on each test. In general, the stages of KAP TRD work are in accordance with the cooperation contract, but there are constraint factors from each stage of work in determining the gap analysis which could delay the work process of KAP TRD."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas laporan keuangan, kualitas
laporan akuntabilitas kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik dalam menunjang
keberhasilan reformasi birokrasi pada Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Tahun
2013. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain
penelitian studi kasus. Hasilnya, laporan keuangan Kementerian Hukum dan
HAM telah memenuhi karakteristik kualitatif laporan keuangan berdasarkan PP
Nomor 71 Tahun 2010; LAKIP disajikan sesuai SK LAN Nomor
239/IX/6/8/2003, kualitas pelayanan publik baik (survei IKM skor 73,57),
perolehan opini WTP dari BPK, kualitas laporan akuntabilitas kinerja (nilai
LAKIP “B”), dan kualitas pelayanan publik yang baik (survei IKM) telah
mendukung keberhasilan reformasi birokrasi di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM
Tahun 2013. Saran penelitian dalam mempertahankan opini WTP yang sudah
diperoleh harus terus melakukan pemantauan kinerja secara rutin, kendala harus
dijelaskan dan dicantumkan dalam laporan akuntabilitas kinerja, meningkatkan
kualitas SDM untuk mempercepat pelayanan dan membentuk tim pengawas
gratifikasi.

success of the bureaucracy reforms at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
2013. The methods used in this study are descriptive method and case study
analysis. The results are Ministry of Law and Human Rights financial report has
fulfilled the qualitative characteristics of financial statements under PP No. 71
2010, performance accountability report has been presented accordance with SK
LAN LAKIP No.239/IX/6/8/2003, quality of public services has been good with
Public Satisfaction Index 73.57, WTP opinion for financial report, value “B” for
LAKIP (presented good performance accountability), and Public Satisfaction
Index survey has supported the success of bureaucratic reform in the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights in 2013. Several recommendations resulted from this
research are to monitoring performance on regular basis to maintain WTP opinion
that already obtained, constraints should be described and included in the
performance accountability report, improve the quality of human resources by
speed up service and formed a team of supervisors gratification;This study aims to determine the quality of financial reporting, quality of

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penyusunan strategi Astra Agro Lestari (AALI). Dalam prosesnya, lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan terlebih dahulu diukur. Lingkungan eksternal perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan analisis PESTEL, sedangkan kondisi internal perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan benchmarking dan analisis VRIN. Hasil dari masing-masing analisis digunakan sebagai faktor dalam analisis SWOT, yang digunakan untuk membentuk dan menghasilkan strategi. Berita dan isu terkait industri sawit, serta laporan tahunan dan berkelanjutan untuk periode 2011-2015 dijadikan sebagai sumber data penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AALI memiliki 15 faktor lingkungan eksternal dan 18 faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Analisis menggunakan benchmarking berhasil menemukan 11 performance gap. Sedangkan uji VRIN, berhasil menemukan satu sumber daya AALI mendapatkan predikat sustainable competitive advantage, dan enam lainnya mendapatkan predikat temporary competitive advantage. Melalui faktor internal dan eksternal tersebut, maka langkah-langkah strategis yang dihasilkan dari analisis SWOT antara lain: peningkatan kapasitas pabrik kernel, pembangunan pabrik biodiesel, mengikuti proyek Genom, mendapatkan sertifikasi RSPO dan ISCC, dan membentuk sistem pencegahan kebakaran yang mumpuni.

This research is conducted to apply the strategic tools to establish strategic planning for Astra Agro Lestari (AALI). In the process of building the hypothesis, external and internal environment need to be measured first. External environment is measure by using PESTLE analysis, while internal environment using benchmarking and VRIN analysis. The results from both of those tools are then used in SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is important to create strategy. News and issues regarding to palm oil industry along with annual report and sustainability report from 2011-2015, is the source of data for this research. The result from this research shows that AALI has 15 external environment factors and 18 internal factors that can affect performances. Benchmarking analysis succeed in finding 11 performance gaps. While VRIN analysis show us that AALI has one resource that categorized as sustainable competitive advantage, and the other six was categorized as temporary a competitive advantage. Through those internal and external factors, strategic planning that is generate from SWOT analysis are: enhancing the kernel factory capacity, establishing biodiesel factory, attending Genome Project, acquiring RSPO and ISCC certification, and forming qualified fire prevention system."

"Web framework merupakan sebuah framework yang dirancang secara khusus untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Pemilihan web framework ini pula menjadi salah satu tahap paling penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi web. Terinspirasi dari web framework yang terus bertambah, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui perbandingan performa serta faktor pendukung yang dimiliki dari web framework yang ada. Aplikasi web dengan dua halaman dibentuk untuk setiap web framework untuk nantinya dilakukan pengujian performa menggunakan GTmetrix dan Lighthouse CI. Kedua halaman tersebut berupa halaman statis berisikan satu tabel dengan 300 baris data dan halaman interaktif yang bertemakan marketplace. Web framework yang dibandingkan berupa React, Svelte, Qwik, dan Fresh. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan web framework Fresh sebagai web framework dengan performa terbaik dibandingkan dengan web framework lain yang diuji diikuti oleh web framework Qwik. Meskipun memiliki performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan web framework React dan Svelte, Qwik dan Fresh masih tergolong kurang dalam komunitas ataupun dokumentasi yang ada karena umurnya yang jauh lebih muda dibandingkan React dan Svelte. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pertimbangan bagi para pengembang dalam memilih sebuah web framework.

A web framework is a framework specifically designed to support the development of web-based applications. The process of selecting what web framework to use could be considered one of the most important stages in web application development. Inspired by the ever-growing number of web frameworks, this research wants to compare the performance and supporting factors of existing web frameworks. Web applications with two pages are developed for each web framework and the performance would be tested using GTmetrix and Lighthouse CI. The two pages consist of a static page containing one table with 300 rows of data, and an interactive page with a marketplace theme. The web frameworks being compared are React, Svelte, Qwik, and Fresh. Based on the analysis carried out from the test results, the Fresh framework was chosen as the web framework with the best performance compared to other web frameworks tested followed by the Qwik framework. Even though they have better performance than the React and Svelte frameworks, Qwik and Fresh are still lacking in the community and documentation because of their early age compared to React and Svelte. This research hopes to provide additional consideration for developers in choosing a web framework."
