"Penelitian ini membahas persepsi perawat terhadap pengkajian resiko luka tekan Metode Braden dan Waterlow di Unit perawatan bedah Rumah Sakit Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek Propinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen postest only design dengan responden 30 perawat. Responden diberikan pelatihan pengkajian resiko luka tekan dengan menggunakan Metode Braden dan Waterlow, kemudian diberikan kuisioner tentang persepsi perawat terhadap kedua metode tersebut. Deskripsi kategori dan skor kategori Metode Braden yang dipersepsikan sulit adalah persepsi sensori dan kelembaban, Deskripsi kategori dan skor kategori Metode Waterlow adalah perbandingan berat badan terhadap tinggi badan, deficit neurologis, obat-obatan, jenis kulit dan daerah resiko yang terlihat. Hasil uji statistik dengan Chi Square diperoleh nilai p value = 0,201 dengan α = 0,05 dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan persepsi perawat terhadap Metode Braden dan Waterlow, kedua metode samasama dipersepsikan mudah.

The focus of this study how the nurses perception in assessment risk of the pressure ulcers Braden and Waterlow Method at surgery care unit Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Lampung Province.This research uses pre-experiment postest only design with 30 nurses. They have been given training about study of the pressure ulcers risks using Braden and Waterlow Method, before answered the questionnaire. Perception base on the Braden Method that is perceived difficult are sensory perception and humidity, while perception according to Waterlow Method description and category score are ratio weight to high, neurogical deficit, drugs, skin type, and risk area which is seen. The statistical test result by Chi square show p value = 0.201 with α = 0.05, therefore it can be concluded that there is no differentiation in the nurses perceptions base on Braden and Waterlow Methods. Both are perceived as easy."

"Metode penelitian kualitatif secara luas telah digunakan dalam berbagai penelitian sosial termasuk sosiologi. Terdapat
beberapa kesimpangsiuran dalam memahami metode kualitatif yang seringkali dianggap sebagai pelengkap dari metode
kuantitatif. Penelitian pustaka ini ingin mendiskusikan beragam isu terkait dengan kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam
metode penelitian kualitatif. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa metode kualitatif secara potensial dapat berguna dalam
menyumbangkan pembangunan teori-teori ilmu sosial serta metodologi dalam konteks ke-Indonesiaan. Lebih dari itu,
penggunaan metode penelitian kualitatif dapat membawa ilmu sosial khususnya sosiologi di Indonesia berada dalam
posisi setara dalam dialog peradaban dengan sesama komunitas akademik di Barat.
Qualitative method has been widely be adopted in research practices in Indonesian tradition of social sciences including
sociology. However, it seems there is misunderstanding on the method that is seen as additional to the quantitative one.
This literature study intend to discuss related issues to the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative method. We do
conclude here, that the method has productive potential for fostering the develomment of social theories as well as
methodology in the context of Indonesian world. Hence, it is possible to bring Indonesian social sciences especially
sociology into equal position of future dialog with the counterparts from the Western communities."

"Perkembangan rumah sakit swasta di Kabupaten Purwakarta menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat antar rumah sakit, hal ini terlihat dari jumlah kunjungan pasien ke rumah sakit pemerintah semakin menurun sedangkan ke rumah sakit swasta semakin meningkat, hal ini disebabkan oleh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Bayu Asih dan RSU Amira Kabupaten Purwakarta. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dalam perusahaan jasa termasuk rumah sakit, metode SERVQUAL banyak digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan. Metode ini menggunakan 5 dimensi yaitu ketampakan fisik, reliabilitas, responsivitas, kepastian, dan perlakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara harapan dan persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Bayu Asih dan RSU Amira dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan kesenjangan di RSUD Bayu Asih lebih besar dari pada di RSU Amira. Kesenjangan yang paling tinggi yaitu pada dimensi respodsiveness, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya waktu tunggu yang lama baik di bagian pendaftaran, pemeriksaan maupun di apotek. Sedangkan dimensi empathy RSU Amira sudah bisa memberikan pelayanan yang melebihi harapan pasien, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil pengujian berdasarkan perbedaan rata ? rata antara harapan dan persepsi terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh pasien.

The development of private hospitalsin Purwakarta region pose stiff competition between hospitals, it is seen from the number of patients visited to government hospitals is decreasing, while the number of patients visited private hospitals is increasing. This is due to the quality of services provided hospital. This study aims to analyze the gaps between perception and expectation outpatient of the quality services in Bayu Asih Hospital and Amira Hospital Purwakarta. Quality of service is essential to increase the number of customers in service based companies, including hospitals.SERVQUAL method widely used to measure the quality of service. This method usedfive dimensions namely tanggibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy and compare between expectations and patientsperceptions to services provided by hospitals. The research was conducted in RSUD Bayu Asih and RSU Amira the number of samples as much as 400 respondents.
The results showed gaps in RSUD Bayu Asih greater than RSU Amira. The highest gap i.e the dimension of responsiveness, this is because the existence of long waiting times either in the registration, examination or in pharmacies. While RSU Amira dimensions of empathy been able to provide services which can meet the expectations of patients. this is indicated by results based on testing the mean differences between expectations and perception to quality of service patients? perceived.

"[ABSTRAK
Penurunan kualitas lingkungan terjadi karena kelalaian, ketidaktahuan dan tiadanya etika serta moral terhadap lingkungan. PLH penting diajarkan pada murid SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis metode yang digunakan di Sekolah Jepang dan Sekolah Adiwiyata dalam mengajarkan PLH; dan (2) menganalisis metode yang efektif dalam mengajarkan PLH. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di
Sekolah Jepang Jakarta dan Bandung; dan sekolah penerima Adiwiyata di DKI Jakarta yaitu SDN Klender 22, SDN Benhil 12, SDN Menteng 02, dan SDN Sungai Bambu 05 serta SDN Sungailiat 05. Responden berjumlah 72 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan oleh guru Sekolah Jepang dan Sekolah Adiwiyata dalam mengajarkan PLH adalah metode ceramah, metode pengalaman langsung dan metode diskusi. Pemilihan metode mempertimbangkan tujuan pembelajaran, situasi dan kesiapan pengajar sendiri. Metode yang efektif digunakan untuk mengajarkan PLH di sekolah dasar Adiwiyata dan sekolah Jepang adalah metode pengalaman langsung, metode diskusi dan metode ceramah.
