"[ABSTRAK
Bentō sebagai salah satu teknik menyusun makanan dalam sebuah kotak makan yang berasal
dari Jepang telah mengalami banyak perkembangan seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Fokus
dari penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana bentō dapat menjadi ajang unjuk diri bagi
para ibu di Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data studi dokumen.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang pergeseran makna bentō dan ajang
unjuk diri para Ibu di Jepang. Analisa dimulai dengan sejarah sampai dengan dampak ajang
unjuk diri para Ibu di Jepang. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa adanya sisi lain dari
bentō yang awalnya sebagai bekal makanan yang dibuat para Ibu menjadi ajang unjuk diri
para Ibu di Jepang.;

of this work is to explain how the bentō itself can be an opportunity to show off among Japanese
mothers. This work is compiled using document study method. The purpose of this work is to
explain the origin of bentō to the changing of its meaning. This work finds that there is a trends
in Japan to make bentō as an opportunity to show off among Japanese mothers.

Analisis Situasi: Meningkatnya kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kandungan makanan yang dikonsumsi. Makanan Jepang adalah makanan terfavorit di dunia karena rasa dan kandungannya yang sehat, salah satunya ikan unagiMasyarakat Indonesia belum mengenal ikan unagi sebagai ikan yang memiliki manfaat paling tinggi dibandingkan ikan lainnya. Ken Japanese Restaurant menyediakan menu unagi terlengkap dan terjamin kualitasnya karena budidaya sendiri. Masyarakat belum banyak mengenal Ken Japanese Restaurant ini karena belum melakukan banyak kegiatan humas pemasaran secara konvensional maupun digital. Maka berdasarkan wawancara yang telah dilakukan dengan owner Ken Japanese Restaurant, ditemukanlah bahwa restoran ini membutuhkan program untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. Tujuan: Mampu meningkatkan brand awareness Ken Japanese Restaurant khususnya pada tingkatan level brand recall sehingga dapat menjadikan Ken Japanese Restaurant dikenal oleh masyarakat. Khalayak Sasaran: Demografis: Laki-laki dan perempuan. Keluarga dan anak muda 17 s.d. 60 tahun Ses A/B- PsikografisFamily person, healthy, modern, dinamis, praktis, dan suka nongkrong. Geografis Daerah Jakarta terutama Cibubur Sub-urban Jakarta Depok, Bekasi, dan Cileungsi.

ABSTRACT
Situation Analysis: People are more aware about the food they consumed. Japanese food is the most favorite food in the world because of its taste and also the healthy ingredient in the food, especially unagi. Indonesian people don`t realize unagi as a fish that has the highest advantages compared to the other fish. Ken Japanese Restaurant provides a complete unagi menu with a guaranteed quality because it has its own cultivation. People don`t know much about Ken Japanese Restaurant because it haven rsquo t done a lot of marketing public relations activities conventionally and digitally. Therefore, based on a private interview with the owner of Ken Japanese Restaurant, it is founded that Ken Japanese Restaurant needs a program to increase brand awareness of their restaurant. Goal: The goal of the program is able to increase the brand awareness of Ken Japanese Restaurant particularly at the level of brand recall levels so that Ken Japanese Restaurant will be known by the people around DKI Jakarta and sub urban Jakarta. Target Audience: Demographically Male and female. Family and youth ages 17 60 Ses A B PsychographicsFamily person, healthy, modern, dynamic, practical, dan like to hanging out. Geographically around Jakarta particularly in Cibubur Sub urban Jakarta Depok, Bekasi, dan Cileungsi."

"This paper is written based on the writer's experience as a psychologist who assists victims of sexual violence and discussions with the victims's companion. The writer reports that there are three problems. First, law enforcement dose not empathize with the survivors, making it ineffective. second the psychological impact on victims or survivors is not really understood by the public because the patriarchal culture is so entrenched. Third psychological intervention is necessary for strengthening the victims and human beings that should be responsible for their actions. In other words, sexual violence should not be the fault of the victims, but the fault and responsibility of the perpetrator. Helping subjects to reduce tension, minimizing the internalized guilt due to socialization of sexuality understanding that tends to marginalize women, and processing anger in a constructive manner is important. Sometimes the companion intends to give sympathy, but accidentally becomes angry and unable to calm down, adding to problems of the people she accompanies. Survivors then become increasingly angry, agitated, or unable to think straight. it is important to provide strength to victims to ensure be dine on all sides. Reworking the psychological side without ensuring availability and sustainability of fair legal system would cause the situation of women to be vulnerable. Psychological reinforcement should be done under any circumstances, especially if the legal system does not provide justice for the victims"

"Sebuah kata yang memiliki lebih dari satu makna dan memiliki pertautan antarmaknanya disebut polisemi. Dalam Bahasa Jepang terdapat kata bon’yari dari kelas kata adverbia yang memiliki lebih dari satu makna dan memiliki keterkaitan antarmaknanya. Hal ini dapat menjadi penghambat apabila penutur asing membaca bacaan Bahasa Jepang dan menemukan kata yang sama dengan makna yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan makna dan penggunaan adverbia bon’yari yang ditemukan dalam cerpen Bahasa Jepang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan identifikasi kata bon’yari secara morfologis, sintaksis dan semantik, yaitu menentukan kelas kata, unit sintaksis, serta relasi makna menggunakan teori analisis polisemi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan 28 data kalimat yang mengandung kata bon’yari Data tersebut dikelompokan menjadi empat kelompok yaitu, bon’yari yang mengungkapan keadaan tidak fokus, keadaan tidak bisa berpikir jernih, menjelaskan fenomena kasatmata yang samar, dan menjelaskan perihal yang tidak jelas. Selain itu diketahui bahwa bon’yari sebagai adverbia membuat kata tersebut tidak selalu berada tepat sebelum kata yang dijelaskan, dan bon’yari dapat diikuti partikel to maupun tidak, dapat diikuti kata shita saat berada tepat sebelum nomina, serta dapat diikuti kata shite saat berada tepat sebelum verba.

A word that has more than one meaning and has a link between its meanings is called polysemy. In Japanese there is a word bon'yari which has more than one meaning and has a relationship between its meanings. This can be an obstacle when foreign try to read Japanese texts and find the same word with different meanings. Therefore, this study aims to explain the meaning and usage of the adverb bon'yari in Japanese short story. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using syntax and morphology, as well as polysemy analysis theory in describing meaning. The results of this study were found 28 data containing the word bon'yari in it, from the data it can be grouped into four types, unfocused expressions, expressions of not being able to think clearly, explaining visible phenomena, and explaining things that are not clear. In addition, it is shown that the position of bon'yari as an adverb makes the word not always be right before the word that being explained, can also be followed by the particle to or not, can be followed by shita when it comes right before noun, and can be followed by shite after verb."
