The growing importance of the meaning of land to human life is now causing the ever increasing potential for conflicts or land disputes. The organized and neat law and land administration is required to prevent or avoid conflict dispute. Therefore, transfer of rights over land must be evidenced by the Notary / PPAT deed of sale and purchase to be registered. As an authentic deed, deed of Notary / PPAT must fulfill the procedures of manufacture, as determined by the laws and other regulations. A Notary/PPAT who don't see the original document/letter in the making of the deed of sale and purchase may pose a risk for both the certificate itself and the Notary/PPAT. This study is using the normative juridical method with the method of data analysis and the qualitative approach. The result of this study stated that the creation of the deed of sale and purchase without seeing the original document can end with the cancellation of the deed and the compensation claim for the Notary / PPAT who have done so."

Notary Ethic Codes is the moral essence in which it will also be the guidance in running Notary position. Notary ethic code scope applies for all members in the Indonesian Notary Organization (INI). The organization plays an important part in implementing the Notary Ethic Codes, through the Board of Honors who has the duty of watching the implementations of the Codes. The Notary Ethic Codes is always connected with the Laws of Notary Position since they're both a unison in which they will be the guidelines for all Notary in running their duties. Notary who has violated against the Ethic Codes and the Laws of Notary Position will be sanctioned according to the rules in which has been stated. One of the common violations that a Notary tends to do is in going to a leave. Where someone tend to ask for a leave, have to be rules that apply. Rules that is meant to be, depends on Laws of Notary Position and Ethic Codes. That type of violation can be seen in Violation cases of Ethic Codes and Laws of Notary Position, that leaves the district authority position without having Leave Certificate and doesn't ask leave permission towards The Council Decision Investigator, more than 7 (seven) days of work, which is done by the Notary BH, SH, which is located in North Jakarta, which is violated by the Notary BH,SH, will be sanction according with the rules in Notary Ethic Codes and Laws of Notary Position. As noted in The Council Decision Investigator Notary's Center dated 30th of November 2010 Number 05/B/Mj.PPN/XI/2010. Although the writer opinion for the sanction that is given by The Council Decision Investigator Notary's Center is not leveled. Because the writer opinion with the sanction that is given by The Council Decision Investigator Notary's Center did not give a tough lesson to the other Notaries in Indonesia. Supposedly The Council Decision Investigator Notary's Center should give sanction which is more tough and personal, and motivation, so that the same thing will not be repeated, which will lead to scorching/temporary stopping to the Notary BH, SH, with rules that apply in side Laws of Notary Position, which will make the other Notaries more alert and will not doing the same violation."

Ethnic foods are cultural representations, and the business of ethnic-theme restaurants shows a rapid development worldwide. In Prague, a main tourist destination in Central Europe, nine Thai restaurants are operating in the city center, while only one Indonesian restaurant is in business. Many studies have been done to examine the effects of service quality to the loyalty among restaurant goers, but the importance and effects of authenticity in ethnic restaurants are not completely understood. Recent studies on ethnic restaurants in the U.S. revealed that the perceived authenticity of food and atmospherics affected customer loyalty through different mediating variables. This thesis studied the importance and effects of perceived authenticity among the customers of the Indonesian restaurant in Prague, compared to those of a Thai restaurant in the same region. Conveniently sampled 45 respondents from each restaurant allowed the research to survey the customer?s opinion immediately after the dining experience. The data was analyzed using SPSS for examining the importance of authenticity, and Smart PLS for evaluating the structural model. Eight hypotheses were verified, four of which were accepted. The importance of both food and atmospheric authenticities in the Indonesian restaurant customers was found to be higher than that of Thai restaurant. The effects of authenticity also differ between the two restaurants. In the Indonesian restaurant, food authenticity positively affects behavioral intentions through positive emotion, while atmospheric authenticity does through perceived value. In the Thai restaurant on the other hand, only atmospheric authenticity affects positive emotion. The differences can be explained by the difference stages of existence between the two restaurants, ranging from exotic-narrow to expanding-mainstream. Therefore, the operator of a more exotic-narrow restaurant such as Indonesian should be more focused on authenticity of food (appearance, taste, ingredient materials) and atmospherics (exterior appearance, décor, interior design, music contribution), compared to more expanding-mainstream one such as Thai. Different from previous studies that only researched a single type of ethnic restaurants, this study has managed to compare two types of ethnic restaurants in Prague.

"This paper is a summary of methods used in teaching listening by utilizing listening strategies to promote the listening comprehension of Japanese students studying the Thai language. The subjects were 15 students who enrolled in the course Thai 14, Listening 2, semester 2, academic year 2018, Osaka University. The course met for 90 minutes once a week for 15 weeks per semester. The research objectives of the course were: 1) to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of listening instruction using teaching strategies for listening comprehension; and 2) to investigate the subjects' satisfaction with the teaching strategies used. Listening is a major component in language learning because it provides language input for the learner, so listening comprehension is considered to be an essential component of language learning. A number of scholars in language teaching have proposed different methods for teaching students how to learn to listen based on the three steps of listening : pre-, while- and post listening. Three models of learning for listening have been proposed: 1) a bottom-up process, 2) a top-down process and 3) an interactive process. The teaching model developed and used in this study focused on all three steps of listening and combined the above three models of the learning process. Original texts and authentic learning were also essential components in this study. Listening comprehension exercises are being implemented during all stages of learning, and the task observation forms of the instructor will be analyzed in order to assess the development of the students' listening skills. In the last week of semester 2, the students will complete a questionnaire and an interview. Research results will be reported in qualitative form."
