"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan, gambaran, dan sosialisasi emosi malu dan emosi bersalah pada generasi tua dan generasi muda di suku Batak. Emosi malu dan bersalah termasuk dalam kelompok moral emotions karena dianggap berperan dalam membina perilaku bermoral dan mencegah terjadinya perilaku yang salah (Tangney&Fischer, 1995). Tangney dan Fischer (1995) mengatakan bahwa ketika merasa malu, individu menilai diri mereka telah gagal dalam memenuhi standar lingkungan sosialnya. Sementara dalam emosi bersalah, individu menilai diri mereka bertanggung-jawab terhadap kesalahan yang mereka lakukan. Fokus evaluasi pada emosi malu adalah diri secara keseluruhan, sementara pada emosi bersalah adalah pada suatu tindakan yang telah dilakukan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah gabungan dari penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method). Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis null bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada emosi malu dan emosi bersalah antara 50 partisipan generasi tua dan 50 partisipan generasi muda suku Batak. Emosi malu dan emosi bersalah diukur dengan menggunakan Test of Self-Conscious Affect 3 (TOSCA-3) (Tangney, Dearing, Wagner, & Gramzow, 2000). Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengolah data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan 6 partisipan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Independent Samples T-Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada emosi malu antara generasi tua dan generasi muda suku Batak. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada emosi bersalah antara generasi tua dan generasi muda suku Batak. Dari analisis hasil wawancara diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan kesamaan antara generasi tua dan muda dalam situasi dan ekspresi emosi bersalah. Sementara untuk situasi dan ekspresi emosi malu terdapat perbedaan. Sosialisasi emosi malu dan emosi bersalah pada kedua generasi diperoleh dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, teman dan ajaran di gereja sejak usia Sekolah Dasar.

This research was conducted in order to see the difference, portrayal, and the socialization of shame and guilt in the old and younger generation of Batak tribe. The emotions of shame and guilt belongs to a group of moral emotions, because their role are considered in fostering moral behavior and preventing wrong behavior (Tangney & Fischer, 1995). Tangney dan Fischer (1995) says that in shame, people evaluate themselves that they have failed to meet the standards of the social environment. While guilt, makes people evaluate themselves to be responsible of the wrongdoing they has done. The focus of evaluation in shame is the self as a whole, while in guilt the focus is on the action that the self has done. The type of this research is a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative analysis was conducted to test the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference in the emotions of shame and guilt among the 50 participants of older generation and 50 younger participants of Batak tribe. The emotions of shame and guilt were measured using the Test of Self-Conscious Affect 3 (TOSCA-3) (Tangney, Dearing, Wagner, & Gramzow, 2000). Qualitative analysis performed by processing data obtained from interviews with 6 participants. The results using statistical techniques of Independent Samples T-Test showed a significant difference in the emotion of shame between the older generation and the younger generation of Batak tribe. There was no significant difference in the emotion of guilt between the two generation. The analysis results of data obtained from interviews show similarities between the old and younger generation in situation that can elicited guilt feeling and in emotional expression of guilt. As for the emotion of shame, there were differences in situation that can elicited the feeling and also in emotional expression of shame. The socialization of shame and guilt in both generation were mostly obtained from family, especially from parents since they are in elementary school age. Although, there are other agents such as school, friends, and church teachings."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program workshop seperti apa yang sesuai untuk mensosialisasikan kompetensi inti di PT X dan apakah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman karyawan mengenai kompetensi setelah dilakukan intervensi tersebut. penilitian ini pada awalnya dilakukan terhadap 34 orang responden, namun karena kondisi perusahaan yang ada, maka responden yang mengikuti intervensi ini yaitu 10 orang karyawan.

This study aims to find out what kind of workshop program is suitable for socializing core competencies in PT X and whether there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of employees regarding competency after the intervention. This research was initially carried out on 34 respondents, but because of the condition of the existing company, the respondents who followed this intervention were 10 employees."

"[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan emosi malu dan bersalah antara generasi tua dan muda pada suku Bugis. Tidak hanya melihat perbedaan, penelitian ini melihat lebih jauh bagaimana proses sosialisasi nilai terkait emosi malu dan bersalah pada suku Bugis. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mixed methods, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui pengukuran emosi malu dan bersalah menggunakan TOSCA 3 yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Pendekatan ini dilakukan pada 45 orang generasi tua dengan umur minimal 65 tahun dan 45 orang generasi muda dengan kisaran umur 18 – 20 tahun dan pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi terhadap dua orang generasi tua dan dua orang generasi muda. Partisipan penelitian merupakan suku Bugis di Kabupaten Barru dan Bone, dengan kriteria memiliki orangtua yang juga berasal dari suku Bugis dan selama hidupnya tinggal di Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada emosi malu (p = 0,00, LoS 0,05) dan pada emosi bersalah (p = 0,00, LoS 0,05) antar generasi pada suku Bugis. Adapun berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa orangtua, sekolah dan komunitas merupakan agen sosialisasi yang penting dalam menanamkan nilai budaya terkait emosi malu dan emosi bersalah pada suku Bugis.
, This research was conducted to investigate differences in shame and guilt between old generation and young generation in Buginese. Beside that, this research aims to find cultural values related shame and guilt socialization process. This research used mixed methods, which used both quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative approach was measured shame and guilt using TOSCA 3 that has been adapted to Indonesia. This approach was conducted to 45 old generation minimum 65 years and 45 young generation from 18 to 20 years. Qualitative approach was using interview and observation to both 2 person representing old and young generation. Sample of this research was Buginese in Barru and Bone with qualification such as has Buginese parents and stay in South Sulawesi as they live. The findings show that there are significant differences in shame (p = 0,00, LoS 0,05) and guilt (p = 0,00, LoS 0,05) intergeneration on Buginese. Moreover, findings shows that parents, school and community as important agent of socialization in implant cultural values related shame and guilt in Buginese

"Proses demokrasi di Indonesia mencapai puncaknya melalui pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden sebagai sebuah babak baru bagi bangsa Indonesia. Pesta demokrasi ini tidak dapat dirasakan secara maksimal apabila tidak adanya dukungan dari partisipasi seluruh warga Indonesia. Pada kenyataannya, para pemilih kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam mengingat banyaknya partai-partai politik, program-program yang ditawarkan, ataupun kandidat politik yang didukung oleh partai politik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh para kandidat politik untuk mencapai target suaranya dan dikenal oleh para pemilih. Langkah-langkah tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dengan strategi, termasuk menerapkan pemasaran politik, yaitu sebuah cara atau metode pemasaran untuk membantu membangun hubungan antara kandidat politik dan masyarakat. Jumlah pemilih muda di Indonesia cukup besar, sehingga posisi strategi kelompok pemilih muda beserta faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi perilaku pemilih muda menjadi celah yang dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa kepentingan politik untuk mencapai suara lebih dalam memenangkan pemilu. Fokus penelitian ini ialah meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih muda melalui isu-isu dan kebijakan politik, citra kandidat, peristiwa muktahir, peristiwa personal, citra sosial, keyakinan agama, pengaruh teman dan keluarga, serta media sosial.

The democratic process in Indonesia had reached its peak through the general election of President and Vice President as a new chapter for the people of Indonesia. This democratic party could not be perceived to the fullest when there was a lack of support from all Indonesian people. In reality, the voters did not have the sufficient knowledge in political parties, programs offered, or the political candidates who was supported by the political party. Therefore, there are several stages needed to be done by the political candidates in order to achieve its vote target and to be known by the voters. Those stages shall be done with the following strategies, including the political marketing, in which can be defined as a marketing method in order to develop the relationship between the political candidate and society. The amount of young voters in Indonesia are relatively large, therefore the strategic position of the young voters as well as several factors which underlying the behavior of young voters are used by several political interests in order to achieve its vote and win the general election. The focus of this research is to examine factors which influence the behavior of young voters through issues and political policies, image of a candidate, current event, personal events, social image, religious beliefs, friends and family influence, as well as social media.
