"Laporan magang ini membahas evaluasi proses reviu strategi pemasaran yaitu promosi product bundling yang dilakukan PT XYZ selama Semester 2 (dua) tahun 2022. PT XYZ adalah perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), sehingga bentuk strategi pemasaran yang efektif dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar perusahaan. Evaluasi proses reviu dilakukan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi manajemen strategis perusahaan dari David & David (2023). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa langkah prosedur evaluasi yang tidak diimplementasikan oleh PT XYZ, namun objektif perusahaan telah tercapai. Proses reviu promosi product bundling PT XYZ dapat dikembangkan lebih baik dengan penggunaan komponen evaluasi kualitatif seperti persepsi konsumen pada brand dan membandingkan hasil dengan kompetitor. Selain itu, laporan magang ini juga membahas refleksi diri selama menjalani kegiatan magang di PT XYZ. Kesimpulan dari refleksi diri menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan magang memberikan banyak pembelajaran bagi penulis mengenai penerapan ilmu akuntansi. Terdapat beberapa komponen yang harus ditingkatkan seperti kemampuan mempresentasikan hasil, pemahaman industri dan kedisiplinan diri.

This internship report discusses the evaluation of the marketing strategy review process for product bundling promos carried out by PT XYZ during the second half of 2022. PT XYZ is a multinational company engaged in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), so an effective marketing strategy is needed to increase the company's market share. The review process is evaluated using the company's strategic management evaluation framework by David & David (2023). The evaluation results show that there are several steps that PT XYZ did not implement, however, the company's objectives have been achieved. PT XYZ's promo product bundling review process can be better developed using qualitative evaluation components such as consumer perceptions of the brand. In addition, this internship report also discusses self-reflection while undergoing internship activities at PT XYZ. The conclusion from self-reflection shows that the internship provides a lot of learning for the writer regarding applying accounting knowledge. Several components must be improved, such as delivering results, industry understanding, and self-discipline."

"Laporan magang ini berisi terkait evaluasi proses penyusunan strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan PT OJL, yang membantu perusahaan dalam menerapkan aspek environmental sustainability di aktivitas bisnis nya, terutama di kedua segmen bisnis utama perusahaan yaitu mobility dan delivery. Evaluasi dibuat berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan teori yang berkaitan dengan tahapan proses penyusunan strategi di dalam organisasi. Lingkup pembahasan mencakup evaluasi terhadap empat tahapan manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif dan efisien. Penulis melakukan evaluasi yang sudah dibuat dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi dari materi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Strategi dan Manajemen Kinerja Organisasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan praktik perencanaan strategi serta penyusunan isi konten dari dokumen strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan yang dilaksanakan oleh PT OJL, sudah sesuai dengan kerangka evaluasi yang dikemukakan oleh Simons (2014) terkait teori The 4 Ps Strategy serta cascade hierarchy di dalam teori Basics for Successful Strategy. Dalam kata lain, proses perencanaan strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan pada bisnis perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh PT OJL telah memenuhi persyaratan perumusan strategi yang tepat.

This internship report includes an assessment of how PT OJL developed its environmental sustainability strategy, which aids the business in implementing environmental sustainability elements in its business activities, particularly in its two primary business segments, namely mobility and delivery. Evaluation is based on adherence to theory regarding the organizational stages of the strategy formulation process. The discussion's scope includes an evaluation of the four steps taken by the company's management to create an effective and efficient strategy. The author conducts an evaluation of the course's learning materials for organizational performance management and strategy using an evaluation framework. Based on the evaluation that was done, the authors draw the conclusion that PT OJL's overall strategic planning process and the preparation of the environmental sustainability strategy document are in line with the evaluation framework Simons (2014) proposed for the theory of The 4 Ps Strategy and the cascade hierarchy in Basics for Successful Strategy theory. In other words, PT OJL's implementation of the environmental sustainability strategy planning process in the company's business has complied with the criteria for developing the appropriate strategy."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi sementara terhadap strategi media sosial Indorelawan dalam melakukan sosialisasi kegiatan relawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stufflebeam (1971) dimana evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan perencanaan awal Indorelawan terkait pemanfaatan media sosial mereka. Adapun media sosial yang diteliti pada penelitian ini terbatas pada Twitter, Facebook dan website Indorelawan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 30 responden yang terdiri atas mahasiswa dan fresh-graduate serta wawancara dengan pihak Indorelawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness target khalayak mengenai Indorelawan belum terlalu kuat sehingga, belum terlalu banyak khalayak yang mengetahui keberadaan media sosial Indorelawan. Hal tersebut tentu menghambat sosialisasi terkait kegiatan relawan melalui Indorelawan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan Indorelawan agar (1) menentukan KPI (key performance indicator) jangka pendek untuk media sosial mereka , (2) melakukan riset khalayak agar lebih mengetahui karakteristik target khalayak mereka, (3) bekerja sama dengan agensi untuk memperbaiki strategi media sosial Indorelawan.

This study is a preliminary evaluation of Indorelawan's social media strategy in
socializing volunteering activities. In evaluating the strategy, the researcher used
the CIPP model by Stufflebeam (1971) which evaluates the strategy based on the
initial plan, particularly for the social media strategy plan. The researcher foccuses
on three social media that Indorelawan has Twitter, Facebook and their website.
Through the questionnaires completed by 30 respondents that includes students
and fresh-graduates, and also through interviewing the co-founders and directors
of Indorelawan, this study shows that their brand awareness is not strong yet.
Therefore, not much audience have knowledge on Indorelawan?s social media
accounts. This of course hinders them in socializing volunteering activities. To
solve this problem, the researcher recommends Indorelawan to (1) determine a
short-term KPI (key performance indicator) for their media social goals , (2) do
the target audience research to get a better understanding about their target
audience?s characteristics, (3) work together with an agency to improve their
