"Organisasi merupakan sebuah unit sosial yang memiliki tujuan bersama dari individu yang tergabung didalamnya tentu akan terus dihadapkan dengan perubahan. Perubahan yang terjadi dalam sebuah organisasi tidak dapat dihindari karena lingkungan kehidupan manusia yang sangat dinamis sehingga organisasi harus terus beradaptasi. Hal penting dari keberhasilan sebuah program perubahan organisasi adalah kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena sebuah organisasi dapat berfungsi apabila individu didalamnya bersedia melakukan hal-hal yang dapat memajukan organisasi tersebut. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi kesiapan individu terhadap perubahan adalah proses komunikasi yang terjalin antara atasan dan bawahan, dimana tipe gaya komunikasi atasan memiliki peran dalam proses komunikasi tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat ukur kesiapan untuk berubah dan alat ukur tipe gaya komunikasi atasan. Responden penelitian sebanyak 90 orang yang merupakan karyawan Perusahan A dan B, dimana kedua perusahaan tersebut merupakan BUMN di Indonesia.Hasil analisis korelasi menggunakan Spearman Correlation menunjukkan bahwa dari keempat tipe gaya komunikasi yang ada, tipe gaya komunikasi afiliasi memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kesiapan individu terhadap perubahan. Lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan terakhir seorang individu berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan individu terhadap perubahan.

Organization is a social unit that has a common goal between its members who will be continuously faced with organizational changes. Changes that occur within an organization are inevitable because the environment of human life is very dynamic so the organization must continue to adapt. The most important thing from the success of an organizational change program is individuals? readiness in facing such changes. The reason is because an organization can function if the individuals in the organization are willing to do things that promote the organization. The communication style type of one's supervisor is one thing that affects an individual's readiness to change.This study uses a quantitative approach to measure readiness to change and communication style for leaders. Survey respondents were 90 people who are the employees of Company A and B, where both companies are state-owned enterprises in Indonesia.The result of correlation analysis using Spearman Correlation showed that out of the four types of communication styles that exist, the affiliationcommunication style has a significant negative relationship with the individual's readiness for change. Furthermore, it was found that the highest education level of an individual affects the individual's readiness to change."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang perubahan sikap Partai Gerindra dalam proses pengisian posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta pengganti Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno pada tahun 2018-2020. Perspektif teoritis yang digunakan adalah teori pilihan rasional dan teori office seeking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh dari proses wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perubahan sikap Partai Gerindra dalam proses pengisian posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta pengganti Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno tahun 2018-2020 disebabkan oleh dua hal. Pertama, adanya kecenderungan pilihan rasional dalam sikap Partai Gerindra dan PKS yang dilihat dari sikap Partai Gerindra yang menyetujui persyaratan yang diajukan oleh PKS mengenai posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta demi memperoleh rekomendasi dukungan untuk paslon Prabowo-Sandi di pilpres 2019. Di sisi lain, PKS mengajukan persyaratan agar posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang kosong dapat diisi oleh kadernya sebagai pengganti dari posisi cawapres dan sebagai timbal balik atas rekomendasi dukungan yang diberikan di pilpres 2019. Kedua, adanya kecenderungan office seeking dari kedua partai politik yang bersaing dalam memperebutkan posisi Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang kosong terutama yang ditunjukkan oleh Partai Gerindra yang berhasil menjadikan kadernya sebagai Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta terpilih hingga sisa masa jabatan periode 2017-2022 berakhir.

This research is explained about the change in the attitude of the Gerindra Party in the process of filling the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to replace Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno in 2018-2020. The theoretical perspectives used are rational choice theory and office seeking theory. This study uses qualitative methods with primary data collection techniques obtained from in-depth interviews. This study found that the change in the attitude of the Gerindra Party in the process of filling the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to replace Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno in 2018-2020 was caused by two things. First, there is a tendency of rational choice in the attitude of the Gerindra Party and PKS as seen from the attitude of the Gerindra Party which agreed to the conditions proposed by PKS regarding the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta in order to obtain a recommendation for support for the Prabowo-Sandi candidate in the 2019 presidential election. On the other hand, PKS proposed the requirements for the vacant position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to be filled by its cadres as a substitute for the position of cawapres and in return for the recommendations for support given in the 2019 presidential election. Second, there is a tendency for office seeking from both political parties to compete for the position of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta. vacancies, especially those shown by the Gerindra Party, which succeeded in making its cadres as Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta elected until the remaining term of office for the 2017-2022 period ended."

"This paper is analyzing the effectiveness of PT. Liga Indonesia Baru's PR Campaign on changing the attitude of Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung supporters. As quantitative research, this paper uses online surveys to gather data from the respondents. Using Jim Macnamara's (2005): pyramid model of PR research which incorporates awareness, attitude, and behavior elements to determine a campaign's effectiveness, the research has found that PT. LIB has distributed the campaign in a good way. However, the message that PT. LIB created in this campaign is not influential enough to change the attitude of Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung supporters. One recommendation for this paper is future researchers can also analyze this campaign in other supporter groups such as Bonek (Persebaya Surabaya supporters) and Aremania (Arema Malang supporters).

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang efektivitas kampanye hubungan masyarakat dari PT. Liga Indonesia Baru dalam

keefektifan suatu kampanye, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PT. LIB telah mendistribusikan kampanye mereka

dengan cukup baik. Akan tetapi, kampanye tersebut tidak cukup untuk mengubah sikap dan perilaku pendukung

Persija Jakarta dan Persib Bandung. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya adalah menganalisis efektivitas

kampanye terhadap kelompok suporter sepakbola lainnya untuk , seperti Bonek (pendukung Persebaya Surabaya)

dan Aremania (pendukung Arema Malang)."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan pada ilmu komputer dan niat mahasiswa teknik komputer untuk melamar pekerjaan di perusahaan game online menggunakan teori perilaku terencana yang terdiri dari tiga variabel (sikap, subjektif norma, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan). Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan game online tentang tren niat siswa untuk melamar pekerjaan di industri game online.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap siswa sains komputer dan teknik komputer dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat siswa untuk melamar kerja di perusahaan game online, maka faktor norma subyektif tidak memiliki dampak positif terhadap niat melamar kerja di perusahaan game online.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in computer science and the intention of computer engineering students to apply for jobs in online game companies using planned behavior theory consisting of three variables (attitudes, subjective norms, behavior control perceived). This research also provides insight into online game companies about trends in student intentions to apply for jobs in the online game industry.

This research uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the attitude of students of computer science and computer engineering and behavioral control perceived positive influence on student intentions to apply for work in online game companies, then the subjective norm factor does not have a positive impact on the intention to apply for work in online game companies."

"ABSTRAKTujuan: Mengetahui Awareness dan Sikap Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi di Indonesia terhadap Lansia beserta variabel yang berkontribusi. Metode: Studi cross-sectional berupa kuesioner pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi di Indonesia tingkat 3 s/d tingkat 6. Kuesioner terdiri dari 24 pertanyaan yang dirancang untuk mengetahui sikap dan awareness mahasiswa terhadap lansia. Hasil: Response rate penelitian ini adaah 21% (n=1288). Mayoritas mahasiswa (98,1%) sudah aware terhadap pentingnya ilmu kedokteran gigi geriatri. Mahasiswa perempuan lebih aware daripada mahasiswa laki-laki. Mayoritas mahasiswa (86,9%) sudah memiliki sikap positif terhadap lansia. Mahasiwa perempuan memiliki sikap yang lebih positif terhadap lansia daripada mahasiswa laki-laki. Mahasiwa yang memiliki kedekatan dengan lansia memiliki sikap yang lebih positif daripada mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki kedekatan dengan lansia. Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini, mahasiswa kedokteran gigi menunjukkan awareness dan sikap yang baik terhadap lansia. Awareness dan sikap merupakan basis utama untuk menggerakkan simpati, empati serta pelayanan terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut lansia.

ABSTRACT

Objective: This study aimed to asses the awareness and attitude of the dental student towards the elderly in Indonesia and the variable that contributes. Methods: The study design used is cross-sectional using questionnaire on a dental student in grade 3 until grade 6. This questionnaire consists of 24 questions to asses the awareness and attitude of the dental student towards the elderly. Results: The response rate of this study is 21% (n=1288). Most students (98,1%) were aware of the importance of the geriatrics in dentistry. Female students were more aware than male students. Most students (86,9%) had a positive attitude toward the elderly. Female students had a more favourable attitude towards the elderly than male students. Students with connection to the elderly had more favourable attitude than students who do not have a connection to the elderly. Conclusion: In this research, we found that dental student in Indonesia already has favourable awareness and attitude. Awareness and attitude are the main bases to encourage student sympathy, empathy and dental health service towards the elderly."
