"Pemborosan inventory disebabkan karena tidak adanya koordinasi dalam sistem Supply Chain Management. Koordinasi antara vendor dan buyer dapat mengurangi biaya inventory dalam sistem. Dengan metode joint economic lot size akan ditentukan lot produksi dan lot order yang optimal bagi vendor dan buyer. Dalam penelitian ini juga diusulkan penerapan metode quantity discount. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai lot produksi dan lot order optimal serta nilai quantity discount. Selain itu, diperoleh juga perbandingan besarnya biaya inventory model independen dengan model koordinasi. Pengaruh perubahan parameter terhadap perilaku model diteliti dengan sensitivity analysis terhadap beberapa parameter kunci.

The problem of inventory loose is caused by non co¬ordination in the Supply Chain Management. Co¬ordination between vendor and buyer could minimize inventory cost in the system. Joint economic lot size method will determined the optimal lot production and lot order for vendor and buyer. This research also propose the quantity discount method. From this research, the joint economic lot size production and order and the value of the quantity discount are obtained. Also, the differences of inventory cost between independent model and co¬ordination model are obtained. Finally, A sensitivity analysis is performed to explore the effect of key parameters. "

"The classical inventory models usually consider deterioration rate and demand rate as constant quantities, but, in the practical situations, the deterioration rate and the demand rate are uncertain in nature. In this paper, a new two-warehouse inventory model with fuzzy deterioration rate and fuzzy demand rate under conditionally permissible delay in payment is developed. The deterioration rate and demand rate are considered as right-shaped fuzzy numbers. The objective was to obtain the optimum value of the fuzzy total cost. The numerical examples are also considered to compare the crisp model and its corresponding fuzzy model. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is carried out to get the sensitiveness of the tolerance of different input parameters."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyebab dari pengelolaan persediaan suku cadang PT XYZ yang kurang optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan bentuk identifikasi masalah (problem diagnose) dan pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui sesi wawancara. Data yang didapatkan dari wawancara dianalisis menggunakan five decision-making steps sebagai kerangka konseptual. Lima tahapan tersebut dipakai untuk mengarahkan manajer industri tentang cara menangani manajemen suku cadang secara nyata di perusahaannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum melakukan setiap tahapan secara maksimal sehingga pengelolaan persediaan masih belum optimal. Melalui identifikasi masalah tersebut, rekomendasi yang diberikan akan menyesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang ditemui pada setiap tahapannya sehingga relevan untuk diimplementasikan pada pengelolaan persediaan agar lebih optimal.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the causes behind PT XYZ's inadequate spare parts inventory management. This study used a case study with problem diagnosis approach as methodology. Interviews have been used to obtain research data. Five decision-making phases are used as a conceptual framework for the analysis of interview data. Industrial managers are guided by the five steps in managing actual spare parts in their organizations. The findings from this study reveal that the company has not fully optimized each stage, resulting in continued inefficiencies in inventory management. By identifying these issues, the suggestions made will be modified to the specific challenges faced at each stage and making them applicable for implementation in inventory management to achieve greater effectiveness"

"Biaya logistic menjadi parameter untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis, dengan menekan biaya logistic, pengeluaran dapat dialokasikan kepada bagian yang dapat meningkatkan performa industry baik dari segi social, maupun secara environmental. PT. IMARI dan Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau melakukan penyelenggaraan makanan terhadap pasien memiliki permasalahan biaya pengadaan bahan baku belum mendapatkan biaya yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan Dynamic Lot-Sizing, Biaya logistic PT. IMARI dapat berkurang sehingga dapat dialokasikan untuk pengolahan dan manajemen makanan sisa, Peramalan permintaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Winters Method karena data pasien dan permintaan mengikuti tren musiman di Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan Algorithma Wagner-Within, biaya logistic dapat berkurang hingga 18% dalam periode 12 hari.

Logistics costs are one of a parameter to improve business performance, by reducing logistics costs, budget spending can be allocated to sections that can improve industry performance both in terms of social and environmental aspects. PT. IMARI and Medika Permata Hijau Hospital conduct food distribution for patients having problems with the cost of procuring raw materials especially Perishable Product has not yet received optimal costs. By using Dynamic LotSizing, the logistic costs of PT. IMARI can be reduced so that it can be allocated for processing and remaining food management. Demand forecasting is done using the Winters Method because patient data and demand follow seasonal trends in Indonesia. The research implication is that by using the Wagner-Within Algorithms, logistics costs can be reduced by up to 18% in a 12 day period."

"Klinik Insani memiliki permasalahan mengenai pengelolaan obat yaitu kekosongan stok obat, stok obat yang berlebih, dan obat yang kedaluwarsa. Hal ini menyebabkan pengeluaran klinik untuk pembelian obat cito menjadi lebih tinggi. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan metode pengendalian persediaan obat di Klinik Insani dengan metode analisis matriks ABC-VEN, economic order quantity (EOQ), dan reorder point (ROP) untuk memastikan jumlah stok yang cukup dan menentukan prioritas pengawasan terhadap obat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dilakukan retrospektif diperoleh dari data pemakaian obat selama satu tahun dan data lainnya di Instalasi Farmasi Klinik Insani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 9 kelompok obat berdasarkan analisis nilai kritis dan nilai investasi (analisis matriks ABC -VEN) yaitu kelompok AV (3 item); kelompok BV (11 item); kelompok CV (43 item); kelompok AE (79 item); kelompok BE (73 item); kelompok CE (195 item); kelompok AN (12 item); kelompok BN (13 item); dan kelompok CN (46 item). Perhitungan EOQ pada penelitia memiliki nilai bervariasi, nilai EOQ terendah berada pada satuan pembelian 1 box/botol dan nilai EOQ tertinggi berada pada satuan pembelian 258 tube. Perhitungan ROP menghasilkan titik pemesanan kembali yang memiliki nilai bervariasi, titik terkecil ROP berada pada nilai 0 dari berbagai macam bentuk sediaan dan titik tertinggi ROP berada pada nilai 4216 tablet (43 box). Klinik Insani perlu menerapkan suatu sistem informasi manajemen dengan metode pengendalian analisis matriks ABC-VEN, EOQ dan ROP untuk prioritas pengawasan, menghindari terjadinya permasalahan seperti stockout dan overstock dengan biaya anggaran pengadaan yang minimal.

Insani Clinic has problems regarding drug management, the problem of drug stock vacancies, excess drug stocks, and expired drugs. This causes clinic expenses to purchase drugs by cito to be. For this reason, it is necessary to apply the method of controlling drug inventory at the Insani Clinic with the ABC-VEN matrix analysis method, economic order quantity (EOQ), and reorder point (ROP) ) to ensure sufficient stock quantities and determine drug control priorities. Data collection using secondary data was carried out retrospectively, obtained from data on drug use for one year and other data at the Insani Clinical Pharmacy Installation. The results showed that there were 9 groups of drugs based on critical value and investment value (ABC-VEN matrix analysis), namely AV group (3 items); BV group (11 items); CV group (43 items); AE group (79 items); BE group (73 items); CE group (195 items); group AN (12 items); BN group (13 items); and the CN group (46 items). The EOQ calculation in the study resulted in the number of economical orders that had varied values, the lowest EOQ value was in the purchase unit of 1 box/bottle and the highest EOQ value was in the purchase unit of 258 tubes. The reorder point (ROP) based on calculations has varying values, the smallest point of ROP is at a value of 0 from various dosage forms and the highest point of ROP is at a value of 4216 tablets (43 boxes). The Clinic needs to implement a management information system with the ABC-VEN, EOQ and ROP matrix analysis control methods for monitoring priorities, avoiding problems such as stockouts and overstocks with minimal procurement budget costs. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan optimum pada barang klasifikasi A di Toko Plastik Amanah yang merupakan UMKM yang menjual kebutuhan rumah tangga, restoran, dan perkantoran. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data historis pembelian dan penjualan Toko Plastik Amanah pada tahun 2021, dan secara spesifik analisis dilakukan pada barang yang masuk kedalam klasifikasi A. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kegiatan wawancara secara langsung datang ke lokasi, kemudian dari jurnal, buku, serta internet. Metode penelitian ini memanfaatkan analisis ABC untuk mengklasifikasikan barang sesuai dengan kepentingannya masing-masing. Setelah itu  penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan teknik peramalan kuantitatif deret waktu yaitu moving average, weighted moving average, dan exponential smoothing untuk mencari metode peramalan terbaik. Terakhir adalah metode EOQ untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan optimum dari barang klasifikasi A, semua metode tersebut digunakan untuk mendukung pengendalian persediaan barang pada Toko Plastik Amanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 barang yang masuk dalam klasifikasi A dengan persentase penyerapan dana sebesar 65,79%. Kemudian metode exponential smoothing ± = 0.3 merupakan metode peramalan terbaik karena memiliki nilai kesalahan terkecil pada 4 dari 5 barang klasifikasi A. Pengendalian persediaan kelima barang  dengan metode EOQ menghasilkan besarnya jumlah pemesanan optimum (Q*) dan frekuensi pemesanan pada masing – masing barang sebesar 42 karung dengan 13 kali pemesanan pada jenis barang pertama, 40 karung dengan 12 kali pemesanan pada jenis barang kedua, 58 kardus dengan 14 kali pemesanan pada jenis barang ketiga, 33 karung dengan 10 kali pemesanan pada jenis barang keempat, dan 42 karung dengan 9 kali pemesanan pada jenis barang kelima. Penelitian ini menemukan terdapat penghematan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 86.345.884,- atau 4,76%  ketika Toko Plastik Amanah menggunakan metode EOQ dalam mengendalikan persediaan barang dagangnya.

This study aims to determine the optimum number of orders for classification A goods at the Amanah Plastic Store which is an MSME that sells household, restaurant and office needs. The research data used in this study is historical data on the purchase and sale of Amanah Plastic Stores in 2021, and specifically the analysis is carried out on goods that are classified as A. Data of this study are obtained through various resources such as interviewing directly to the location, then from journals, books, and the internet. This research method utilizes ABC analysis to classify goods according to their respective interests. After that, this research also uses time series quantitative forecasting techniques, namely moving average, weighted moving average, and exponential smoothing to find the best forecasting method. The last is the EOQ method to find out the optimum number of orders for classification A goods, all of these methods are used to support inventory control at Amanah Plastic Stores. The results showed that there were 5 items that were included in classification A with a percentage of absorption of funds of 65.79%. Then the exponential smoothing method = 0.3 is the best forecasting method because it has the smallest error value in 4 of 5 items classified A. Inventory control of the five items with the EOQ method resulted in the optimum number of orders (Q*) and the frequency of ordering for each item of 42 sacks with 13 orders for the first type of goods, 40 sacks with 12 orders for the second type of goods, 58 boxes with 14 orders for the third type of goods, 33 sacks with 10 orders for the fourth type of goods, and 42 sacks with 9 orders for the fifth type of goods. This study found that there were savings in inventory costs of Rp. 86.345.884,- or 4.76% when Amanah Plastic Store uses the EOQ method in controlling its merchandise inventory."
