"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kebijakan pengangkatan tenaga honorer menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Indonesia. Kebijakan pengangkatan tenaga honorer menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil diatur di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 56 Tahun 2012. Batasan penelitian ini mencakup tenaga honorer guru di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pelaksanaan kebijakan ini masih mengalami beberapa hambatan, diantaranya masalah keterbatasan anggaran belanja negara, masalah teknis pelaksanaan, manipulasi data dan tenaga honorer yang tidak memenuhi kriteria pengangkatan. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini ingin mencari tahu bagaimana seharusnya kebijakan yang baik dan tepat di masa yang akan datang.

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to know the implementation of the assignation of temporary employee to be the Candidate of State Civil Servant in Indonesia. The assignation policy of the temporary employee to be the Candidate of State Civil Servant is regulated in the Government Regulations Number 56 Year 2012. This research only take up the temporary teachers in DKI Jakarta Province. There are several obstacles in the implementation of this policy, among them are the state budget limitations, technical problems in implementation, data manipulations and temporary employees who does not fulfil the criteria of the assignation. Another goal of this research is to determine a good and better policy in the future."

"In order to achieve the vision and mission, every hospital must implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Its implementation aims to optimally improve performance of employees that will finally improve organizational performance. This study aimed to analyze the relation between principles of GCG and performance of civil servants of the Natuna Field Hospital in Anambas Islands District. This analytical descriptive study using cross sectional design involved 56 civil servants as samples. Data was collected in 2012 using a structured questionnaire. This study used chi square and logistic regression tests. Multivariate model was simplified by eliminating the confounding variables using backward stepwise method. This study found two variables significantly related to performance of civil servants, namely implementation of fairness and transperancy principles. Both were the most related variables to the performance of civil servants.

Dalam rangka mencapai visi dan misi, setiap rumah sakit harus menjalankan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG). Penerapan GCG sendiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara optimal, yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) Rumah Sakit Umum Lapangan Natuna Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang pada 56 PNS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2012 dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Digunakan analisis dengan uji kai kuadrat dan regresi logistik, dan untuk penyederhanaan model dilakukan eliminasi terhadap faktor perancu dengan menggunakan metode backward stepwise. Penelitian ini menemukan dua variabel yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja PNS, yaitu penerapan prinsip fairness dan penerapan prinsip transparancy. Keduanya merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil."

Di Indonesia juga sudah cukup banyak orang yang melek dengan teknologi, terutama internet.. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mencari tentang karakteristik dari aplikasi (mobile app) yang berbayar (purchase) dan gratis (Free), terhadap peluang usaha pada perusahaan baru (startup) di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengamatan pada big data dan big data analytics, dari hasil pengumpulan aplikasi dalam bentuk populasi pada Google Play dan Apple App Store Indonesia. Pengambilan data akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python 3.7 dan Anaconda sebagai IDE (Integrated Development Environment) sebagai basis visualisasi dari data dan program. Pengumpulan data dan penelitian akan berjalan dimulai dari Januari 2020.

According to the Ericsson Mobility Report (2018), the total number of cellular subscriptions is around 7.9 billion in Q3 2018, with 120 million new customers increasing in the quarter. In Indonesia, there are many people who are literate with technology, especially the internet. In this study, researchers want to find out about the characteristics of the application (mobile app) that is paid and free with in-app purchases, to business opportunities in new companies (startups) in Indonesia. In this study, observations will be made on big data and big data analytics, from the results of collecting applications in the form of population on Indonesia Google Play and Apple App Store. Data processing will use the Python 3.7 programming language, and Anaconda as an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) as the basis for visualization of data and programs. Data collection and research will run starting from January 2020."

"ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Sipil di SatuanPolisi Pamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat Tentang Pemberian TunjanganKinerja Daerah 2015. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana PersepsiPegawai Negeri Sipil di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta PusatTentang Pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja Daerah 2015. Pendekatan yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan tujuan penelitian deskriptif.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Equity Theory yang dikemukakanoleh Charles T. Schmidt (2006) dari The Unversity of Rhode Island. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Satuan PolisiPamong Praja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat adalah positif dan Equity berdasarkanlima dimensi yang dikemukakan oleh Schmidt, yaitu dimensi kontribusi pekerjaan,kontribusi kinerja, kontribusi individu, aturan distribusi, dan komparasi.

ABSTRACT This research aims to look at civil servant Perception in Civil Service Police Unit ofCentral Jakarta about Provision of Regional Performance Benefits 2015. Thequestions in this research is how Civil Servant perception in Civil Service Police Unitof Central Jakarta about Provision of Regional Performance Benefits 2015. Theapproach used in this research is quantitative research and descriptive researchpurpose. The theory used in this research is Equity Theory advanced by Charles T.Schmidt (2006) of The University of Rhode Island. The results of the study show thatCivil Servant perception in Civil Service Police Unit of Central Jakarta was Positiveand Equity based on five dimensions expressed by Schmidt, they are the dimension ofthe Job Contribution, Performance Contributions, Personal Contributions,Distribution Rules and Comparisons."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Learning pada Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee sebagai penyelenggara Asian Games2018 di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan yang bergabung dalam Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee atau INASGOC. Model penelitian menggunakan 4 hipotesis dan diuji dengan analis data menggunakan metodi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari gaya kepemimpinan ServantLeadership terhadap Organizational Performance dari INASGOC dengan peran full mediation dari Organizational Learning. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Organizational Learning memiliki peran yang signifikan untuk keberhasilan penyelenggaraan even Asian Games 2018.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership on organizational performance with organizational learning as mediator in Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee as the organizer Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia. Data were collected by using survey method with questionnaire distributed to 150 respondens employees who joined Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee or INASGOC. The model has 4 hypotheses and had tested using simple regression and multiple regression. The result shows that Servant Leadership has a positive impact on Organizational Performance wich is fully mediated by Organizational Learning. This study proves that Organizational Learning has a significant role to succefully held Asian Games 2018 event. "
