"Tesis ini membahas mengenai bagaimana iklan calon presiden dapat mempengaruhi proses pembentukan brand attitude dan intention to vote pada calon presiden menggunakan cognitive respond model. Penelitian ini mengangkat mengenai efektivitas dari iklan politik yang saat ini mulai gencar dilakukan oleh partai ataupun tokoh politik sebagai bagian dari media kampanye mereka.Berdasarkan 151 sampel responden, peneliti menemukan bahwa pada iklan Rizal Mallarangeng, pesan dan sumber informasi pada iklan tidak efektif dalam mempengaruhi pembentukan brand attitude. Sementara pada iklan Prabowo Subianto ditemukan bahwa pesan tidak berpengaruh dan hanya source yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan brand attitude. Faktor familiarity responden terhadap tokoh berpengaruh secara signifikan sehingga ditemukan perbedaan hubungan antar variabel pada kedua objek penelitian.

This thesis studied on how president candidate advertisement can affects the audience brand attitude and intention to vote toward the candidates, using the cognitive respond model. This research is brought up by questioning the political advertisement effectiveness, that has been used extensively by political parties or figures as a part of their main campaign media.Based on 151 respondents, researcher has found that on Rizal Mallaranggeng advertisement, the message and source of the advertisement are not effectively affecting the process. Meanwhile, the source factors on Prabowo Subianto advertisement has been found effectively affecting the brand attitude, even though the message is not. Familiarity to the figures has been found to be factors that difference the relationship model between the two research object."

Sistem ini terbukti berhasil mengatasi krisis ekonomi yang terjadi sejak runtuhnya Uni Soviet.Democratic centralism has been used at the first time in Russia as the basic of governance in the Lenin era. This system has been choosen because it?s contains "freedom in discussion and unity in action" that Lenin considered most appropriate as a basic for state government. Democratic centralism becomes such as official doctrine for Soviet leaders after Lenin. This system doesn?t exist during the Nikita Khruschev era but during the Leonid Brezhnev era, it?s listed in 1977 Soviet Constitution. At Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris Yeltsin era, this system is completely doesn?t exist and replaced by the Liberal Democratic system. This system once again used in the Vladimir Putin era. In fact, this system has been success to fix economic crisis after the fall of Soviet Union."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang dinamika lembaga kemahasiswaan di kampus Universitas Indonesia (UI) sepanjang tahun 1986 - 1992. Sebagian besar penelitian ini menguraikan penyikapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan pemerintah yaitu Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Fuad Hasan, No.0457/1990 (SK.0457), tentang Panduan Umum Organisasi Kemahasiswaan. SK ini bermaksud antara lain untuk menghidupkan kembali organisasi kemahasiswaan di tingkat universitas, yaitu dengan konsep Senat Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi (SMPT). Namun dalam penerapannya, kebijakan SK. 0457 (SMPT) ini mendapat penolakan dari mahasiswa melalui Forum Komunikasi Mahasiswa UI (Forkom UI) karena SK tersebut dianggap tidak memenuhi aspirasi mahasiswa. Forkom UI sendiri merupakan wadah informal yang dibentuk pada tahun 1986 dengan beranggotakan para ketua SM dan BPM fakultas. Skripsi ini juga menguraikan tentang perubahan sikap Forkom dari penolakan menjadi penerimaan SK.0457. Dari telaah sumber diketahui bahwa perubahan sikap Forkom UI ini disebabkan adanya proses negosiasi dan sejumlah pertemuan antara Forkom UI dengan pimpinan UI untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang kemudian dituangkan dalam ?Memorandum SMUI. Dengan dasar memorandum inilah, Forkom UI bersama pimpinan UI berperan penting dalam pembahasanpembahsan SK.0457 sampai dengan terbentuknya SMUI yang disahkan melalui SK Rektor No. 121/1992.

This study discusses the dynamics of institutions in the campus Student, University of Indonesia (UI) during the year 1986 - 1992. Most of this research penyikapan students construe the policy against the government decree from the Minister of Education and Culture, Fuad Hasan, No.0457/1990 (SK.0457), General Organization of the Student Guide. This policy means, among others, to revive the organization in the university level Affairs, the Student Senate with the concept of Universities (SMPT). But in its application, the policy SK. 0457 (SMPT) this rejection of the students get through the UI Student Communication Forum (Forkom UI) because the policy is not considered to meet the aspirations of students. Forkom UI itself is a vessel that was formed informally in 1986 with the chairman of the BC faculty and BPM. This study also decompose the change of attitude of rejection Forkom a reception SK.0457. Assessment of the source is known that changes attitudes Forkom UI is due to the negotiation process and a number of meetings between leaders Forkom UI with the UI to reach an agreement, which was then poured in the "Memorandum SMUI. With this basic morandum, together with leaders Forkom UI UI plays an important role in the discussion-pembahsan SK.0457 up with the SMUI that passed through the Rector's Decree no. 121/1992."
