"Kebijakan luar negeri pada dasarnya merupakan interaksi antara sistem internasional dengan faktor domestik. Berbeda dari teori kebijakan luar negeri konvensional lainnya, seperti neorealisme dan liberalisme, neorealisme klasik neoclassical realism menawarkan pendekatan integratif yang melihat bahwa sistem internasional tidak langsung menghasilkan kebijakan luar negeri melainkan difilter oleh faktor domestik. Sebagai negara dengan letak geopolitik yang strategis, Ukraina melihat Rusia dan Uni Eropa dapat memberikan ancaman atau peluang dalam waktu bersamaan. Berbeda dari presiden sebelumnya yang cenderung mendekatkan diri dengan Rusia, Viktor Yushchenko justru menjalankan kebijakan luar negeri yang pro-Barat, yaitu terintegrasi dengan Uni Eropa dan NATO. Tulisan ini lebih lanjut berargumen bahwa terdapat tiga 3 faktor domestik yang membentuk kebijakan pro-Barat Ukraina tersebut, yaitu: 1 persepsi Yushchenko sebagai elite liberal dan reformis, 2 kebangkitan masyarakat pada Revolusi Oranye dan peran LSM negara Barat, dan 3 dukungan oligarki serta elite politik pro-Barat terhadap Yushchenko. Penemuan dari tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan luar negeri perlu mengindahkan analisis pada tingkat domestik.

Foreign policy is the result of interaction between international system and domestic factors. Unlike other conventional foreign policy theories, such as neorealism and liberalism, neoclassical realism offers an integrative approach in which international system does not directly produce foreign policy but is filtered through domestic factors. As a country with strategic geopolitical position, Ukraine sees both Russia and European Union as actors who can provide threats or opportunities at the same time. When the previous presidents tended to get closer to Russia, Yushchenko decided to pursue a Western foreign policy which aim to integrate Ukraine in European Union and NATO. This paper further argues that there are three 3 domestic factors that contribute to Ukraine rsquo s Western foreign policy 1 Yushchenko 39 s perception as a liberal and reformist elite, 2 the rise of civil society in Orange Revolution and the role of Western NGOs, and 3 the support of pro Western oligarchs and political elite during Yushchenko. The finding of this paper indicates that foreign policy needs to incriminate the analysis of domestic level."

"Prevalensi depresi pada lansia di Indonesia sebesar 30% (Komnas lansia, 2011). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh logoterapi lansia dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap penurunan depresi, harga diri rendah, ketidakberdayaan, keputusasaan, isolasi sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan memaknai hidup pada lansia di Kelurahan Katulampa Bogor Timur. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimental pre test-post test with control group. Sampel berjumlah 72 orang, 36 orang kelompok intervensi dan 36 orang kelompok kontrol.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lansia yang diberikan logoterapi lansia dan psikoedukasi keluarga mengalami penurunan lebih besar bermakna terhadap depresi, harga diri rendah, ketidakberdayaan, keputusasaan, isolasi sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan memaknai hidup dibandingkan dengan lansia yang hanya diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga (p value < α 0.05). Logoterapi lansia dan psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan pada lansia depresi dengan diagnosa keperawatan harga diri rendah, ketidakberdayaan, keputusasaan dan isolasi sosial.

Depression is a major problem for elderly, and the prevalence rate of depression among elderly in Indonesia is around 30% (Komnas Lansia, 2011). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of logotherapy and family psychoeducation on depression, low self-esteem, powerlessness, hopelessness, social isolation, and the ability to look upon the meaning of life among elderly in Katulampa village of East Bogor. The research design was quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group. The sample of this research are 72 respondents, 36 respondents in the intervention group and 36 respondents in the control group.

The results showed a significant decrease of depression, low self-esteem, powerlessness, hopelessness, social isolation, and an increase in meaning life ability among the elderly who receive logotherapy and family psychoeducation compared to the elderly only receive a family psychoeducation (p value < α 0.05). Therefore, the logotherapy and family psychoeducation are recommended for the elderly with depression who are diagnosed with low self-esteem, powerlessness, hopelessness and social isolation."

"Tujuan pada penelitian ini mendapatkan gambaran pengalaman remaja perempuan single parent menjalani peran baru sebagai ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 4 orang yang diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling. Teridentifikasi tujuh tema yang menggambarkan perasaan dan respon yang muncul selama menjadi ibu, adanya perubahan fisik dan psikologis, berbagai kendala yang dirasakan, dukungan yang diterima, dan pendidikan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan oleh remaja perempuan single parent. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran pada petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat maternitas bahwa tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang menjadikan alasan perlunya mengembangkan suatu program pendidikan kesehatan dan mengembangkan bentuk konseling khusus tentang perawatan bayi.

Coping with developmental tasks is exacerbated by a lack of parental support and adolescent developmental tasks that have not been fulfilled, especially for teenage single parent. The purpose of this study is to explore single parent's experience of adolescent girls in undergoing a new role as mother. Qualitative research design with phenomenology method is used four participants obtained through purposive sampling. Seven themes were derived from this study, which describe the feelings and responses occur during motherhood, physical and psychological changes, the perceived constraints, support received, and the need of health education of participants. The results provide a description on maternity health workers especially nurses regarding lack of knowledge in maternal role as a rationale in developing a health educational and counseling programe related to infant care."
