"Kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan Indonesia tidak hanya terjadi pada perempuan dewasa dalam tingkat rumah tangga, melainkan telah marak terjadi pada remaja perempuan dalam tingkat hubungan pranikah atau pacaran. Kasus kekerasan dalam hubungan pacaran merupakan fenomena gunung es, di mana tidak semua tindak kekerasan yang terjadi dicatat dan dilaporkan kepada lembaga terkait. Oleh karena itu, program kampanye Mitra Perempuan WCC "Clara's Love Project: Menemukan Arti Cinta" diciptakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan umum akan bentuk-bentuk kekerasan kepada remaja perempuan sebagai usaha preventif terhadap kasus kekerasan yang lebih serius.

Cases of violence against women do not only happen to adult women in domestic field, but also lately has been happening frequently to teenage in their pre-wedding relationship or famously called by dating. Cases of violence in dating stage can be perceived like an ice-berg phenomenon, in which not all acts of violence are reported to the authorities. Therefor, Mitra Perempuan WCC "Clara's Love Project: Finding The Meaning of Love" was established to prevent teenager from serious cases of violence with an educative approach."
