"This report discusses the migration to Lhokseumawe, Kabupaten Aceh Utara (regency of North Aceh), a small town which has become the site of a huge Liquified Natural Gas Project. The focus is on the factors which facilitate the decision to migrate, reasons for migration, characteristics of migrants and social interaction after reaching their destination. The decision to migrate appeared who are better educated, younger, unmarried or had moved prrviously; also for members of certain ethnic and occupational groups. The main reason given for migration was to seek work, but lack of interest in region of origin, family reasons and personal reasons were also significant. The migrants tend to be young adults of higher education, who come from urban areas or other industrial projects, where construction activity has declined. The migrants tend to form groups based on regional or ethnic origin, partly because of friction with the local population and competition among the migrants them selves."

"Area Motor adalah toko suku cadang mobil di daerah Lubuk Begalung, kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Memasuki usianya yang ke dua puluh lima tahun, Area Motor menghadapi situasi kompetisi yang semakin ketat dengan bertambahnya pesaing baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran bagi Area Motor yang berdasarkan konsep relationship marketing. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa implementasi relationship marketing di Area Motor adalah dengan cara mengelola pelanggan tetap melalui strategi customer retention.

West Sumatra. On its umping twenty-fifth year business, it is facing a tighter competition as more new shops oin the competition. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design the marketing strategy for Area Motor on the basic of relationship marketing concept. The results reveal that Area Motor supposedly applies relationship marketing by maintaining existing customer through customer retention strategy."

"Human activities in urban land will modify the original landforms by cut and fill, and compaction of the land surface. Due to human activities, geomorphological process will be more active and might be able to deteriorate the physical environment in urban area. This research is aimed to study the geomorphological characteristics in relation to the land degradation of Yogyakarta’s urban area. Observation is used in this research. Sample areas for field observation and measurement re based on landform unit and urban land use. Descriptive-qualitative analysis will be used to correlate the landform unit characteristics and land cover of urban area. The result of this study shows that the land degradation of Yogyakarta urban area is caused by erosion of land surface in the settlement areas, erosion on road segments, deposition on the road segments and drainage channels, inundation on the roads and mass movement of the river banks."

"Penyediaan akses listrik bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di desa terisolir yang tergolong dalam kategori daerah 3T mengalami hambatan karena tantangan infrastruktur. Padahal, akses energi menjadi salah satu penggerak utama untuk mengembangkan peluang ekonomi dan meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat. Salah satu desa yang berada di daerah 3T adalah Desa Mahaleta di Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya. Hanya 9,4% masyarakatnya dapat menikmati fasilitas listrik yang terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh sistem energi terbarukan hybrid terintegrasi (IHRES) berbasis energi surya dan angin yang layak secara ekonomi serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan listrik sektor residensial, komersial, dan pengembangan sektor produktif berupa penyimpanan dingin dan pengeringan untuk hasil laut. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan tekno-ekonomi. Perancangan sistem energi hybrid terbarukan dengan optimisasi menggunakan perangkat lunak HOMER Pro dan perhitungan desain sistem kegiatan produktif menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Analisis keekonomian dilakukan dengan metode cash flow. Didapatkan hasil desain sistem energi berupa 271,62 kW panel surya, 80 kW turbin angin, dan 132 baterai. Skema pendanaan sistem energi hybrid layak jika mendapatkan hibah yang signifikan dan insentif fiskal dengan tarif listrik Rp 1.172/kWh. Skema pendanaan kegiatan produktif seluruhnya layak secara ekonomi dengan tarif penyimpanan dingin Rp 507/kg dan tarif pengeringan Rp 1.182/kg. Integrasi sistem energi dengan sistem kegiatan produktif dapat meningkatkan kelayakan ekonomi sistem.

The provision of electricity access for citizens living in isolated villages in 3T regions is experiencing obstacles due to infrastructure challenges. In fact, access to energy is one of the main drivers for developing economic opportunities and increasing community productivity. One of the villages located in the 3T region is Mahaleta Village in Southwest Maluku Regency. Only 9.4% of the people have access to limited electricity. The purpose of this research is to obtain an integrated hybrid renewable energy system (IHRES) based on solar and wind energy that is economically feasible and able to meet the electricity demand of the residential, commercial and productive sectors in the form of cold storage and drying for marine commodities. The analysis uses a techno-economic approach method. The renewable hybrid energy system is designed by optimization using HOMER Pro software, and productive activity system design calculations are done in Microsoft Excel. The cash flow method is used for economic analysis. System energy design results in 271.62 kW solar PV, 80 kW wind turbines, and 132 batteries. Financing schemes for hybrid energy system are feasible when given a significant grant and fiscal incentives with electricity tariff of Rp 1,172/kWh. Schemes for productive activities are all economically feasible with Rp 507/kg cold storage cost and Rp 1,182/kg drying cost. Integrating the energy system with productive activity systems may improve the economic feasibility of the system."

"Berlayar menggunakan kapal sudah semakin jarang dilakukan masyarakat abad ini untuk menempuh perjalanan luar kota, pulau, maupun negara. Namun tersebut sangat sering dilakukan di masa lalu, terlebih Indonesia adalah negara maritim. Hal ini terjadi pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, ketika dibuat sebagai pusat pelayaran dan perdagangan Batavia sejak 1877. Hal ini membuat kawasan Tanjung Priok yang semula berupa rawa terus berkembang, dan semakin ramai dipadati. Pelabuhan juga memiliki fasilitas Stasiun sebagai penunjang transportasi publik. Lama-kelamaan, pelabuhan mulai mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpang.Kondisi area sekitar pelabuhan pun menjadi terbengkalai dan rawan akan kriminalitas. Dari perubahan tersebut, akan dicari tahu bagaimana pembangunan tak terkendali memadati kawasan sekitar sehingga menyisakan ruang-ruang terbengkalai. Melalui fenomena urban blight yang dihadapi tanjung priok sebagai kawasan pelabuhan, penulisan skripsi ini akan membahas bagaimana perubahan struktur urban pada kawasan pelabuhan menjadikannya kawasan terbengkalai.Walaupun keadaan sekitar kian terpuruk, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok masih aktif melayani pelayaran penumpang dan barang. Bahkan, Pelabuhan terus mengalami perkembangan dalam bongkar muat barang dan peti kemas. Hal ini juga akan dipertanyakan dan dikaitkan dengan keadaan Tanjung Priok yang saat ini terbengkalai

To travel by ships is rarely done by people nowadays. But that way was very obvious in the past, especially Indonesia has been a maritime country. This happened at the Port of Tanjung Priok, when it was created as a shipping and trade center of Batavia since 1877. This made the Tanjung Priok area which was originally swamp, continue to grow, and increasingly crowded by the immigrant. The port also has station to support public transport facility to the city. Eventually, the port began to experience a decline in the number of passengers.

The condition of the area around the port becomes neglected and prone to crimes. From these changes, I will find out how uncontrolled development was making the area densed fastly that it leaves abandoned spaces. Through urban blight faced by Tanjung Priok as a port area, this thesis will discuss how changes in urban structure of the port area make it a derelict area.

Even though the situation is getting worse outside, Tanjung Priok Port is still actively serving the shipping of passengers and goods. In fact, the port continues to experience the developments in the loading and unloading of goods and containers. This will also be questioned and related to the current condition of Tanjung Priok.
