The geographical condition of Indonesia which consist of five large islands and thousands of small islands, triggers agglomeration and disparity issue. Agglomeration can be seen with the emergence of cities as centers of economic activity. The disparity can be
seen from the indicator of the amount of PAD in the APBD in each province. Disparity in Regional Economics can be measured by inter-provincial GRDP indicators. The disparity issue is also due to the availability of resources and infrastructure facilities. The disparity issue is a challenge for the effectiveness of the implementation of regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization in Indonesia."

This research comes to analyze the influence of human capital toward economic growth of Indonesian province, regional growth disparities, and the development of provinces size in Indonesia in 1994-2007. By using the fixed effect method and panel data of Indonesian province in Indonesia in 1994-2007, writer found that human capital contributes to economic growth of Indonesian provinces, but it is relatively small contribution compared to stock of capital and labor force as the other component of economic growth. Moreover, there is a regional growth disparities phenomenon in Indonesia due to the different level of output growth, output per worker growth, output per capita growth, and human capital growth. Besides those findings, there are five important factors to determine the human capital level based on Barro and Lee (1996). The first four factors, those are initial human capital, GDP per capita, the degree of economic openness, and government expenditure on education, influence positively the level of human capital. The last factor, on the other hand, gini coefficient influences negatively the level of human capital, which means that the equality of income distribution will increase the level of human capital. Last but not least, writer found that human capital also influences positively the development of provinces size in Indonesia."

ekonomi di tingkat regional.;This research examines the probability of spatial spillover effect of road infrastructure to regional economic growth in the West Java province by using data panel over 2007 to 2012 at regency’s level. This study uses Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as indicator of economic growth. Good road condition
and road density are utilized to explain road infrastructure. In addition, controlling variables use the labor force and private capital stock. This study tests the hypothesis that sufficient road infrastructure brings positive effect on economic development not only within region, but also on surrounding regions. The spatial correlation test by using Global’s Moran I index results on the existence of spatial dependence among regencies on the West Java Province. The main results
conclude that the positive spillover of road infrastructure on regional economic growth occurs in these periods at regional level; This research examines the probability of spatial spillover effect of road
