"Ilmu Komunikasi Iklan, Promosi, Sponsorship dalam Genggaman Industri Rokok di Indonesia Studi Ekonomi Politik tentang Intervensi Kepentingan Industri Rokok dalam Perumusan dan Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menunjukkan adanya intervensi dari industri rokok terhadap proses perumusan regulasi pengendalian tembakau, yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 sehingga mempengaruhi hasil akhir dari peraturan pemerintah ini hingga implementasi regulasi.Untuk menelaah permasalahan ini, konsep strukturasi dalam pendekatan ekonomi politik digunakan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data. Wawancara dilakukan kepada regulator media cetak, penyiaran, dan daring serta Ketua Badan Khusus Pengendalian Tembakau Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia IAKMI. Selain itu, studi dokumen juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses perumusan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 dan intervensi dari berbagai pihak selama proses perumusan berlangsung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di dalam perumusan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012, intervensi industri rokok terasa sangat kuat tidak hanya melalui dukungan dari beberapa kementerian dan front groups, namun juga melalui berbagai aksi dan pembentukan opini di berbagai media. Rangkaian proses perumusan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 juga memakan waktu yang cukup Panjang, yaitu empat tahun. Ini jelas melebihi ketentuan di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 yang menjadi acuan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012.Di dalam implementasi regulasi pengendalian tembakau di media, berbagai pelanggaran terjadi terhadap regulasi pengendalian tembakau khususnya terkait dengan iklan, promosi, dan sponsorship rokok. Regulasi yang telah dibuat untuk mengatur hal ini seakan hanya menjadi sebuah peraturan tertulis tanpa ada dampak yang signifikan. Tidak hanya regulasi yang kemudian menjadi lemah untuk diimplementasikan, regulator media pada akhirnya tidak memiliki kekuasaan dalam melaksakan fungsinya untuk mengawasi dan memberi sanksi atas pelanggaran yang terjadi terkait iklan, promosi, dan sponsorship rokok.

Ilmu Komunikasi Advertising, Promotion, Sponsorship in the Grip of Tobacco Industry in Indonesia Political Economy Studies about Intervention of Tobacco Industry 39 s Interest in Legislation and Implementation of Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 This research tries to show the existence of cigarette industry intervention to formulation process of tobacco control regulation, that is Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 that affect the final result of this government regulation. Not only in the formulation of regulations, the intervention also occurs in the implementation of regulations.To examine these issues, structuration concept on the political economy approach have been used to this research. This research used interview technique and documentation study. Interviews were conducted to regulators of media and the Chairman of Badan Khusus Pengendalian Tembakau Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia IAKMI . In addition, document studies were also conducted to find out how the process of formulation of Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 and intervention from various parties during the formulation process takes place.This study shows that in the formulation of Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012, cigarette industry intervention is very strong not only through the support of some ministries and front groups but also through various actions and opinion formation in various media. The series of process of formulating Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 also takes a long time, which is four years. This clearly exceeds the provisions in Undang Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 which became the reference Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012.In the implementation of the tobacco control regulations in the media, various violations occurred against tobacco control regulations in particular related to cigarette advertising, promotion, and sponsorship. The regulations that have been made to regulate this seem to be just a written rule without any significant impact. Not only the regulation which then becomes weak to be implemented, media regulators ultimately have no power in performing their functions to oversee and sanction violations of cigarette advertising, promotion, and sponsorship."

"Ekonomi kreatif ditetapkan pemerintah sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia di masa mendatang. Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 Tentang Ekonomi Kreatif, perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual memiliki peran penting di dalamnya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh hak kekayaan intelektual terhadap kinerja ekonomi kreatif yang diukur dengan total pendapatan dan keputusan ekspor pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Ordinary Least Square OLS. Data yang digunakan adalah data cross section yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik BPS tahun 2016. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemilikan HKI oleh pelaku ekonomi kreatif berdampak positif secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan keputusan ekspor pelaku ekonomi kreatif.

Creative economy has been assigned as the backbone of Indonesian economy in the future. Based on Article 24 of the 2019 Law of Creative Economy, the protection of Intellectual Property Rights upholds an important role in creative economy. This research aims to observe the impact of intellectual property rights to the performance of creative economy as measured by the total income and export decision of creative economy actors, using the Ordinary Least Square OLS analytical method. It uses the cross-section data sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik BPS Central Bureau of Statistics in 2016. This research concludes that the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights by economy actors has yielded significantly positive impact to the total income and export decision of creative economy actors."

"Private transfer have important role in economic landscape. Unlike in developed countries, many people in developing countries must depend on financial transfer from their children as main of old-age support. Therefore, transfer from children replaces the function of social security institution that insure elderly to enjoy smoothing consumption over his or her remain lifetime. Therefore, parents finance human capital investment to their children and, in return, children repay their loan by providing support (in form monetary transfer) for their parents. This article aimsto examine the role of level education of children, intensity of contact and geographic proximity on intergenerational transfer, especially income transfer from children, using data from Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS). By controlling for any characteristics of children (i.e., age, gender and marital status) and characteristics of parent (activity, parent's education and health status), the results show that education of children has significant and systematic effect on child-to-parent income transfer, i.e: the higher education level, the higher amount of transfer. Additionally, both money transfer and commodity base transfer have significant relationship with parent's regularly activity. To some extent, these findings are consistent with idea that children area the important source of old-age support security, especially in developing countries."
