"In the last two decades, deforestation - especially tropical rain forest - becomes the main issue due to the future of mankind. In Indonesia, deforestation increased from 300,000 ha/year in 1970s to 600,000 ha/year in 1980s. Some people argue that shifting cultivation plays important role in this deforestation. Yet, there is methodological constraint to obtain the best figure of deforestation caused by shifting cultivators, namely too exaggerated and unacceptable. Hence, the authors suggest some aspects that can be taken into consideration in calculating contribution of shifting cultivation to deforestation in Indonesia such as population dynamic, technological change, introducing cash crop, presence of migrant cultivator, and transmigration program."

"Pentingnya kualitas untuk mempertahankan retensi pelanggan dalam persaingan industri yang ketat, maka diperlukan perbaikan kualitas secara berkesinambungan dengan mereduksi variasi output dalam proses. Peningkatan kualitas dengan metode Six Sigma sangat tepat diterapkan untuk mereduksi variasi output/jumlah reject masih tinggi, yang menimbulkan biaya paling besar, seperti yang terjadi dalam pembuatan komponen Hub FE 334/347 (R) pada proses machining di PT. BMC.
Dengan konsep Six Sigma melalui pendekatan define, measure, analyze, improvement, control (DMAIC), diperoleh CTQs yang menjadi opportunity penyebab cacat komponen Hub FE ada 4 karakteristik kualitas opportunity yaitu: keropos, permukaan tidak rata, cacat ulir dan posisi Hub tidak simetri (position), nilai kapabilitas sigmanya 3,65287 dengan. DPMO 15.664,6 ini berarti perusahaan masih jauh untuk menjadi perusahaan kelas dunia yang mencapai nilai kapabilitas sigma 5-6 sigma. Nilai yieldnya 93,73%, ini berarti ada 7 komponen Hub FE berpeluang cacat setiap diproduksi 100 komponen.
Perbaikan kapabilitas sigma pada proses machining dapat dilakukan melalui close loop DMAIC pada waktu yang tepat dan cara yang tepat dengan peningkatan dokumentasi laporan masalah dan penerapan peta kontrol (SPC), untuk diambil tindakan perbaikan yang diperlukan.

The important of quality to maintain of customer retention in the tight industrial competition required quality continuous improvement by reduced output variation in the process. Quality improvement using Six Sigma method is the right way to be applied for reducing high output variation or number of defects, which is making the highest cost as like in made of Hub FE 334/347 (R) component on machining process in PT. BMC.
Using define, measure, analyze, improvement and control (DMAIC) approach in Six Sigma concept could be known the opportunity of CTQs was caused of defects for Hub FE component. There are 4 characteristics of quality was identified consists are porous, flatness surface, thread of screw defect and unsymmetrical Hub position. The sigma capability value is 3.65287 and the DPMO value is 15,664.6. They means the company is still far from the world-class company criteria, which should be, achieve is 5-6 sigma in the value capability. The yield value is 93.73%, it means the company has 7 Hub FE component opportunities defect for every 100 components produced.
The sigma capability improvement on machining process could be done through close loop DMAIC in the right time and the right way was made needed for improve by increasing of documentation problem report and applying of SPC.

"Pada penelitian ini, degradasi 100 ppm Blue KN-R dilakukan menggunakan ozonasi, kavitasi hidrodinamika, dan kombinasi keduanya dalam waktu 60 menit. Ketiga konfigurasi metode dioptimasi pada beberapa parameter seperti laju alir, pH awal, dan dosis ozon untuk mendapatkan degradasi maksimuum Blue KN-R. Proses ozonasi menghasilkan laju dekolorisasi sebesar 70,16 pada pH 11 dan 156,48 mg/jam dosis ozon, sementara proses kavitasi hidrodinamika menghasilkan laju dekolorisasi sebesar 1,79 pada pH 4. Dekolorisasi tertinggi dihasilkan oleh kombinasi ozonasi dan kavitasi hidrodinamika sebesar 79,39 pada pH 11 dan 156,48mg/jam dosis ozon. Penurunan TOC yang dihasilkan oleh metode ozonasi, kavitasi hidrodinamika, dan kombinasi keduanya adalah sebesar 14,81 ; 1,85 ; dan 19,9. Dengan menggunakan kondisi optimum, degradasi Blue KN-R dilakukan selama 120 menit dan menghasilkan dekolorisasi sebesar 92,63 dan penurunan TOC sebesar 24,54. Hasil dekolorisasi dan mineralisasi yang sinergis disebabkan oleh efek mekanis dan kimiawi dari kavitasi hirodinamika dalam meningkatkan kelarutan ozon dan produksi radikal hidroksil. Degradasi limbah batik dilakukan pada kondisi operasi optimum selama 120 menit. Hasil degradasi warna, COD, BOD, dan TSS adalah sebesar 69,82 ; 68,72 ; 66,54 ; dan 79,84.

In the present work, degradation of 100 ppm Blue KN R has been investigated using ozonation, hydrodynamic cavitation, and their combination for 60 min. Three configuration methods were optimized in terms of different operating parameters such as flowrate, initial pH, and ozone dosage to get the maximum degradation of Blue KN R. It has been found that the decolorization rate at pH 11 and 156.48 mg h of ozone by ozonation was 70.16, while the decolorization rate at pH 4 by hydrodynamic cavitation was 1.79. The highest decolorization by their combination was observed at pH 11 and 156.48 mg h of ozone with 79.39 decolorization rate. The percentage of TOC removal by ozonation, hydrodynamic cavitation, and their combination has been investigated resulting 14.81, 1.85, and 19.9, respectively. Following the optimization of hybrid method, degradation of Blue KN R was conducted for 120 min resulted 92.63 decolorization rate and 24.52 of TOC removal. The synergetic decolorization and mineralization rate is due to the mechanical and chemical effect of hydrodynamic cavitation to enhance ozone solubility and hydroxyl radicals production. Degradation of batik effluent has been investigated by optimum operational condition for 120 min. The color, COD, BOD, and TSS removal were 69.82, 68.72, 66.54, and 79.84, respectively."

"Sistem pengajaran di SDIT yang menekankan pada proses pembelajaran, pentingnya pembimbingan dari guru, dan adanya integrasi antara pendidikan umum dengan pendidikan agama Islam membuat peneliti ingin meninjau proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di SDIT. Salah satu teori yang mampu memfasilitasi hal tersebut adalah teori milik Vygotsky. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mencari tahu gambaran dari penerapan teori Vygotsky pada pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar guru-siswa di kelas SDIT khususnya pada konsep scaffolding, technical tools dan proses internalisasi yang terjadi pada siswa.
Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menfokuskan pada studi deskriptif dari hasil observasi di tiga mata pelajaran yaitu Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dan Matematika. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah satu kelas yang terdiri dari 30 siswa serta 3 orang guru mata ajar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kontingensi dalam pemberian scaffolding oleh guru kepada siswa serta adanya dominasi penggunaan cara explaining dan intensi cognitive structuring dalam pemberian scaffolding. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa informasi dari interaksi guru-siswa di kelas diinternalisasi oleh siswa ke dalam struktur pemikirannya. Technical tools yang digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran diantaranya whiteboard, spidol papan tulis, kertas berisi soal latihan, dan buku cetak pelajaran.

The education system in SDIT, that focusing on the study process, the importance of guiding from teacher, and the integration between general education and Islamic religious education, have made the researcher wanted to observe the study process that is taking place in SDIT. One theory that capable to facilitate the research is Vygotsky's theory. The focus of this research is to find out the idea from the use of Vygotsky's theory towards the implementation of learning activities between teacher and student in SDIT classes, especially on the concept of scaffolding, technical tools, and internalization process that occurs towards students.
This study used qualitative approach that focused on the descriptive study from the result of observations in three subjects: Indonesian Literature, Civic Education, and Mathematics. The participant of this research are one class that consists of thirty students along with three course instructors. The result shows that not only there exists a contingency in the practice of scaffolding by the teacher to the student, but also the dominant use of explaining and the intentions of cognitive structuring in the provision of scaffolding.
The result also prove that information given from the teacher interaction with student in the classroom is internalized by the student into the structure of his/her thinking. Technical tools that are used to facilitate the learning are including, whiteboard, markers, in class exercise handouts, and textbooks.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang multiple victimization perempuan korban KDRT yang menjalani proses hukum (pidana dan perceraian). Penelitian dilakukan dengan melihat bagaimana viktimisasi terjadi di tiga ranah kehidupan perempuan, yaitu viktimisasi ranah domestik, ranah hukum, dan ranah sosial masyarakat (pasca keseluruhan proses hukum) dengan menggunakan teori feminis hukum yang menjelaskan bahwa gender berpengaruh terhadap ketidakadilan hukum yang dialami perempuan, dan feminis radikal yang menjelaskan bahwa opresi terhadap perempuan terjadi di hampir keseluruhan hidup perempuan. Dua orang perempuan korban KDRT yang menjalani proses hukum menjadi subjek penelitian yang pengalamannya digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana multiple victimization pada perempuan korban KDRT yang menjalani proses hukum adalah sebuah bentuk opresi terhadap perempuan.

This thesis studying about multiple victimization on women who become a victim on domestic violence who through on law process (criminal law and divorce). Research conducted by looking how victimization occurred in three domain of women life, domestic sphere, the legal sphere, and social aspect of the community (after the whole process of law). Using the feminist legal theories that explain about how gender affect the legal injustices experienced by women, and radical feminists where explain that the oppression of women occurs almost the entire life of women. Two women as a victim of domestic violence who undergo the legal process is the subject of research whose experiences are used to analyze this research. Critical approach is used to see how multiple victimization of women victim of domestic violence who through the legal process is a form of oppression of women.
