"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Pusat dan memberikan saran-saran perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptifkualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan LHP BPK disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan SPIP di KPU Pusat belum efektif. Unsur SPIP sesuai PP 60/2008 yang belum efektif dan perlu diperbaiki adalah Penilaian Risiko dan Pemantauan. Sedangkan unsur yang telah memadai dan perlu terus ditingkatkan adalah Lingkungan Pengendalian dan Kegiatan Pengendalian, serta Informasi dan Komunikasi. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki penerapan SPIP di KPU Pusat adalah Sosialisasi SPIP, penerapan analisa risiko dan peningkatan sistem pemantauan.
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Government Internal Control System SPIP in KPU using descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and LHP BPK, SPIP implementation in the KPU are not effective. SPIP element in PP 60 2008, that are not effective and need improvement are Risk Assessment and Monitoring. Elements that already effective but need improvement are Control Environment, Control Activities, and Information Communication. Socialization, risk analysis and improvement of monitoring system need to be done by KPU to improve SPIP implementation."

"Penelitian ini mengidentifkasi bagaimana implementasi Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) dapat mendukung pelaksanaan e-government di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Depok menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Arsip (SiArip). Bidang Pembinaan dan Layanan Pemanfaatan Jasa Kearsipan menerapkan ERMS dalam SiArip dengan melaksanakan kegiatan alih media yang mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Depok merupakan wujud dalam mendukung kegiatan e-government di lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Depok dan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERMS dalam SiArip ditinjau dari komponen dasar ERMS yang dalam penerapannya masih belum terlaksana dengan maksimal akan tetapi SiArip sudah memenuhi komponen dasar dalam mempercepat pencarian dan temu kembali arsip dan mendukung pengelolaan arsip elektronik ditinjau dari dimensi layanan e-government yang berjalan dengan baik.
This Research identifies how the implementation of the electronic record management system can support e- government in Regional Archives and Library of Depok City using the application Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Arsip (SiArip). The Sector of Archiving Services and Services Utilization Implements ERMS in SiArip by carrying out media transfer activities that refer to Government Regulation Number 28 of 2012. This Study uses a qualitative method through a case study approach. The research data collection techniques were obtained through observations, interviews, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that the electronic archive management activities carried out by the Regional Archives and Library of Depok City is a form of supporting e- government activities within the Depok City Government and indicate that the implementation of ERMS in SiArip is viewed from the basic components of ERMS which in its application has not been implemented optimally but SiArip has fulfilled the basic components in accelerating the search and retrieval of archives and supports the management of electronic records in terms of the dimensions of e-government services that are running well."

"Abstract. This research discusses how far job satisfaction is achieved, the factors that influence job satisfaction, and what needs to be done in order to increase the job satisfaction of Government Employees working at the Bogor Regency Secretariat. The objective of this research is to analyze the level of job satisfaction and the factors that influence job satisfaction, plus recommend what can be done to increase job satisfaction of Government Employees working at the Bogor Regency Secretariat. A criteria range analysis (analisis rentang kriteria) method was used to determine the level of job satisfaction of Government Employees. Results revealed that Government Employees were at a satisfied scale. The results from this research were obtained by using a factor analysis method to analyze the factors of job satisfaction of Government Employees. Eleven dominant factors were the reasons why Government Employees were satisfied with their jobs. These factors include: 1. Salary; 2. Benefits and facilities; 3. Relationship between superiors and subordinates; 4. Relationship among coworkers; 5. Development; 6. Opportunity; 7. Safety at work; 8. Education; 9. Policies within the organization; 10. Conflict resolution; and 11. Career achievements. The results of this research can be used as a suggestion for organization managements to improve the job satisfaction of Government Employees. The management can focus their attention on improving employee job satisfaction by referring to the eleven dominant factors in order to become more efficient and effective in making policies and be able to focus on the improving these job satisfaction factors.
Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisia tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan factor-factor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, serta merekomendasikan upaya-upaya bagi peningkatan kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur pada Sekretariat Kabupaten Bogor. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur digunakan metode analisis rentang kriteria. Hasilnya menunjukkan kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur berada pada rentang skala puas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan factor analisis untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur, berupa sebelas factor dominan yang menjadi sumber kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur yaitu 1. Gaji; 2. Tunjangan dan fasilitas; 3. Hubungan atasan dengan bawahan; 4. Hubungan antar rekan kerja; 5. Pengembangan; 6. Kesempatan; 7. Keselamatan kerja; 8. Pendidikan; 9. Kebijakan organisasi; 10. Penyelesaian konflik; dan 11. Prestasi kerja. Hasil penelitian tersebut berimplikasi terhadap upaya-upaya manajemen organisasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja SDM Aparatur."
