"Pelaksanaan menajemen pelayanan dan manajemen asuhan keperawatan jiwa terus berkembang dan mengalami perubahan. Bentuk penataan system dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan adalah melalui pengembangan model praktik keperawatan jiwa (MPKP Jiwa). MPKP Jiwa menggunakan 4 pilar pelayanan professional, diantaranya pendekatan keperawatan, kompensasi dan penghargaan, hubungan professional, pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan implementasi kegiatan MPKP Jiwa oleh perawat pelaksana dengan hasil asuhan keperawatan pada klien deficit perawatan diri di ruang MPKP Jiwa. Desain penelitian dengan cross sectional, teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan data divalidasi melalui wawancara. Responden terdiri dari perawat, pasien, keluarga dan wawancara dengan Top Manager. Analisis data dengan pearson correlation. Hasil penelitian: ada hubungan antara implementasi MPKP jiwa dengan tanda dan gejala klien DPD (p<0,05), ada hubungan antara implementasi MPKP jiwa dengan kemampuan klien melakukan perawatan diri (p<0,05) Saran: Rumah sakit perlu menjaga keberlangsungan pelaksanaan program MPKP secara berkelanjutan agar asuhan keperawatan meningkat.

The implementation of management of care and mental nursing care is improved and changed.The kind of system management of care in mental health nursing is mental health professional nursing model practice. Mental Nursing care is using 4 basic of professional service such as nursing solution, compentation and award, proffesionality relationship, and giving nursing care. The aim of this study was to know the implementation of the model of professional mental nursing by mental nurses and perception of the implementation of the model of professional mental nursing to client with less of self care. This study used a crosss sectional design, using a questionare and validation of data by interview. The results of this study showed there was correlation between implementation of mental nursing care and sign of less self care client (p<0,05), there was correlation between implementation of mental nursing care and abilty self care of patient (p<0,05). Rekomendasi : Hospital is used to keep the practice of mental nursing care to improving nursing care."
