"Penerapan teknologi informasi sudah menjadi hal yang jamak dilakukan oleh berbagai perusahaan. Begitu juga dengan PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang asuransi. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan lebih detil proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan nasabah asuransi, yaitu proses bisnis pembuatan polis dan pengajuan klaim asuransi. Penerapan teknologi informasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan terhadap kompetitor. Untuk memaksimalkan penerapan teknologi informasi yang dilakukan, perusahaan membutuhkan rencana penerapan teknologi informasi yang salah satunya melalui rancangan arsitektur enterprise. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada masalah penumpukkan pertanyaan yang tidak teratasi dengan baik di Biro Humas. Masalah tersebut timbul karena proses pemonitoran polis dan klaim asuransi belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut diakibatkan belum adanya arsitektur enterprise yang mampu mendukung pemonitoran polis dan klaim asuransi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas tentang rancangan arsitektur enterprise untuk layanan pemonitoran polis dan klaim asuransi yang ada di Jasindo. Perancangan infrastruktur tersebut dilakukan secara bertahap mengacu pada kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengikuti TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) sampai dengan fase opportunities and solutions. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi perancangan infrastruktur untuk layanan monitoring klaim dan polis asuransi yang ada di Jasindo.

The implementation of information technology has conducted by various companies in this era. PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) as a company engaged in the field of insurance is also use information technology. In this study described in detail the business processes related to insurance customers, namely the business process of making policy and filing insurance claims. The application of information technology is expected to enhance the company's competitiveness against competitors. To maximize the implementation of information technology, the company requires the application of information technology plan is one of them through the design of Enterprise Architecture. This study focuses on the problem of accumulation of questions that are not well resolved in the Bureau of Public Relations. The problem arises because the process of policy monitoring and insurance claims have not been going well. This is due to the lack of Enterprise Architecture that can support policy monitoring and insurance claims. Therefore, this research will be discussed about the design of infrastructure for information technology services and insurance claims monitoring policy that is in Jasindo. The design is done in stages infrastructure refers to the framework of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Steps being taken in this study follows the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) to the opportunities and solutions phase. This study is expected to provide a solution for the design of infrastructure monitoring services and insurance claims is in Jasindo."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dan memberikan rekomendasi tingkat kapabilitas proses tata kelola Teknologi Informasi TI di STIE XYZ. Kebutuhan TI telah berkembang dengan pesat hampir di tiap lingkungan organisasi, baik yang bersifat komersial maupun non-profit. Penelitian ini menilai tingkat kapabilitas terhadap seluruh proses yang ada di STIE XYZ menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, secara keseluruhan tingkat kapabilitas proses tata kelola di STIE XYZ berada pada tingkat 1 Performed yang berarti bahwa proses pengelolaan TI pada STIE XYZ sudah berjalan dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan tetapi sebagian besar proses di STIE XYZ belum memiliki dokumentasi dan proses standar yang dipersyaratkan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI, STIE XYZ perlu melakukan perbaikan dengan memfokuskan pada inisiasi proses yang belum dilaksanakan dan melengkapi dokumentasi serta prosedur untuk proses yang telah berjalan.

The purpose of this research is to assess and give recommendation about Information Technology IT Governance Process Capability Level at STIE XYZ. IT needs has been growing rapidly in almost every type of organization, both commerial and non profit. This research is assess the process capability level of the whole process in STIE XYZ according to COBIT 5 framework. Based on the measurement, the overall result of governance process capability at STIE XYZ is at level 1 Performed which means that the IT governance procces at STIE XYZ already running and achieve the desired goals but STIE XYZ yet have documentation and standards process as required. In order to increase the process capability level, STIE XYZ need to makes improvements by focusing on the initiation of a process that does not exist and completing documentation and procedures for processes that are already running."

"Transformasi digital merupakan salah satu visi PT XYZ, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang keuangan non-bank untuk dapat mendukung proses bisnisnya. Dalam mencapai visi transformasi digital tersebut, infrastruktur teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu komponen yang harus dimiliki secara matang dan baik. Selain teknologi terkini yang diterapkan dalam infrastruktur teknologi informasi, tata kelola pada infrastruktur juga diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan transformasi digital dalam implementasi infrastruktur. Berdasarkan pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI tahun 2019 PT XYZ hanya mencapai tingkat 2.1 sedangkan ekspektasi mencapai tingkat 3 menggunakan COBIT 5. Sehingga dalam karya akhir ini akan dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola infrastruktur TI yang telah dijalankan saat ini di PT XYZ serta memberikan rekomendasi dalam rangka perbaikan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kapabilitas. Pengkuran tingkat kapabilitas menggunakan Process Assessment Model (PAM). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tersebut akan dianalisis rekomendasi perbaikan yang harus dilakukan PT XYZ berdasarkan pemetaan proses pada COBIT 5.

Digital transformation is one of PT XYZ's visions as non-bank finance sector company to be able to support its business processes. In achieving the digital transformation vision, information technology infrastructure is one of the components that must be carefully and properly owned. Besides the latest technology that applied in information technology infrastructure, infrastructure governance is also needed to ensure digital transformation in infrastructure implementation. Based on the measurement of the level of IT governance capability in 2019, PT XYZ only at level 2.1 while expectation is level 3 using COBIT 5. So that in this final work will measure the level of IT infrastructure governance capability that has been implemented at PT XYZ and provide recommendations for improvement to increase the level of capability. Capability level measurement using Process Assessment Model (PAM). Based on measurement result, the improvements will be analyzed based on the mapping process on COBIT 5."
