"Banyaknya beban non-linear pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik telah membuat arus dan tegangan sistem menjadi terdistorsi dengan persentase kandungan THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) yang sangat tinggi. Umumnya sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang terdistorsi tersebut didominasi oleh harmonisa orde ganjit frekuensi rendah, yakni arus harmonisa orde ke tiga lima, tujuh, dan sembilan, yang magnitud arus harmonisanya berbanding terbalik dengan orde harmonisanya. Tingginya persentase kandungan harmonisa atau THD pada sistem tenaga listrik dapat menyebabkan timbulnya beberapa persoalan harmonisa yang serius pada sistem tersebut dan lingkungannya, seperti terjadi resonansi pada sistem yang merusak kapasitor kompensasi factor daya, membuat factor daya sistem menjadi lebih buruk, menimbulkan interferensi terhadap sistem telekomunikasi, meningkatkan rugi - rugi sistem, menimbulkan berbagai macam kerusakan pada peralatan listrik yang sensitive, yang kesemuanya merupakan gangguan - gangguan yang menurunkan mutu sumber daya listrik atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah Power Quality. Berbagai metode untuk meminimalisasi hannonisa pada sistem tenaga listrik telah banyak dipresentasikan. Namun, dalam prakteknya masih mempunyai banyak kcicmahan. Pemakaian Auto-transfonnator penggeser fasa type T1000 dan POWER STAR T2000 diharapkan dapat mengurangi harmonisa, khususnya harmonisa ke-tiga, ke-lima, ke-tujuh dan ke-sembilan, serta dampak yang timbul dari harmonisa tersebut."

"ABSTRAK
Drag reducing polymer DRP merupakan salah satu jenis drag reducer yang banyak digunakan pada industri-industri sebagai aditif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi aliran fluida dalam pipa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis parameter yang berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi DRP, yaitu melalui penurunan model persamaan, serta untuk melihat fenomena yang terjadi pada aliran fluida melalui simulasi CFD. Data yang digunakan berasal dari eksperimen oleh Vancko 1997 untuk aliran satu fasa. Sementara untuk aliran annular dua fasa digunakan data eksperimen Vancko 1997, Al-Sarkhi dan Hanratty 2001 a,b, dan Fernandez et al. 2004. Masing-masing parameter berupa konsentrasi DRP, kecepatan fluida, dan besar diameter pipa dianalisis berdasarkan persamaan model yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model persamaan aliran satu fasa dengana nilai = 4,0 menghasilkan error hingga 18. Sementara persamaan aliran annular yang diajukan hanya sesuai untuk kondisi distribusi film cairan uniform dan simetris menghasilakn error sekitar 20, untuk pipa dengan diameter yang lebih kecil. Untuk simulasi CFD terdapat perubahan profil kecepatan fluida menjadi lebih parabolik, menunjukan bertambahnya rata-rata kecepatan keluaran fluida hingga 0.43 sebagai efek penggunaan DRP.

ABSTRACT
Drag reducing polymer DRP is one of drag reducers types that is widely used in industry as an additive to improve fluid flow efficiency in pipes. This study is conducted to analyze the parameters that influence the efficiency of DRP through developing equation model, and to see the phenomenon that occurs in fluid flow through CFD simulation. The data used are obtained from experiments by Vancko 1997 for a single phase flow. As for two phase annular flow, the experimental data of Vancko 1997, Al Sarkhi and Hanratty 2001 a,b, and Fernandez et al. 2004 are used. Each parameter such DRP concentration, fluid velocity, and pipe diameter were analyzed based on the proposed model equations. The results showed the proposed equation model of single phase flow with 4,0 gives an error up to 18. While the proposed annular flow equation is only suitable for flow under condition such fluid film distribution is uniform and symmetrical with the error around 20 , i.e. for smaller diameter pipes. The CFD simulation results shows a change in the fluid velocity profile becoming more parabolic, indicating an increase in the mean output fluid velocity up to 0.43, as the effect of DRP. "

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan RFID ( Radio Frequency Identification) di Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia untuk mengurangi kejahatan pada perpustakaan dengan proses treat the risk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah penggunaan RFID sesuai dalam proses treat the risk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan RFID pada perpustakaan nasional masih belum sesuai dengan proses treat the risk. RFID pada Perpustakaan Nasional ternyata masih memiliki kelemahan. Dalam beberapa hal, penggunaan Strip magnetic dan barcode masih lebih baik dibandingkan RFID.

This research is focused the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) in National Library of Indonesia to reduce crime with the process of treat the risk. This study is aimed to see whether use of RFID appropriate in the process of treat the risk. This study is a qualitative research with the type of descriptive research. The data in this study obtained from in-depth interviews to informants, observation and literature study. The results in this study explains that the use of RFID in the national library is still not in accordance with the process of treat the risk. RFID at the National Library it still has weaknesses. In some cases, the use of strip magnetic and barcode are still better than RFID."

"Rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi dan instalasi distributed generation DG dengan tujuan mengurangi rugi-rugi daya aktif saluran dan memperbaiki profil tegangan sistem IEEE 33 bus telah disimulasikan pada skripsi ini. Rekonfigurasi jaringan diselesaikan dengan algoritma Binary Particle Swarm Optimization pada MATLAB dan penentuan lokasi dan kapasitas DG diselesaikan dengan analisis aliran daya pada ETAP. Rugi-rugi daya aktif setelah rekonfigurasi berkurang sebesar 33,357 dari sebelumnya 208,4 kW menjadi 138,9 kW dan tegangan minimum sistem meningkat dari 0,9107 pu menjadi 0,9423 pu. Penginstalasian DG pada lokasi yang tepat dan besar kapasitas yang tepat dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi daya aktif saluran dan memperbaiki tegangan sistem.
Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, lokasi terbaik pemasangan satu DG adalah pada bus 30 dengan kapasitas DG sebesar 1250 kW. Lokasi terbaik pemasangan dua DG adalah pada bus 30 dengan kapasitas DG sebesar 1250 kW dan pada bus 8 dengan kapasitas DG sebesar 900 kW. Lokasi terbaik pemasangan tiga DG adalah pada bus 30 dengan kapasitas DG sebesar 1250 kW, bus 8 dengan kapasitas DG sebesar 900 kW, dan bus 24 dengan kapasitas sebesar 950 kW. Setelah sistem direkonfigurasi dan diinstalasi tiga DG diperoleh rugi-rugi daya aktif terendah yaitu 20,7 kW dan tegangan minimum terbaik yaitu 0,9820 pu.

Distribution network reconfiguration and distributed generation DG installation for reducing power losses and improving voltage profile on IEEE 33 bus system have been simulated in this thesis. Network reconfiguration simulated using Binary Particle Swarm Optimization algoritm in MATLAB and placement and sizing DG simulated using power flow analysis in ETAP. After reconfiguration, power losses decreased by 33,357 from 208,4 kW to 138,9 kW and minimum system voltage increased from 0,9107 pu to 0,9423 pu. DG installation at the right place and right capacity can reduce power losses and improve system voltage.
Based on simulation, the best location for installing one DG is at bus 30 with capacity of 1250 kW. The best location for installing two DG is at bus 30 with capacity of 1250 kW and at bus 8 with capacity of 900 kW. The best location for installing three DG is at bus 30 with capacity of 1250 kW, at bus 8 with capacity of 900 kW, and at bus 24 with capacity of 950 kW. After configuring the system and installing DG with number of DG is three at the system, the lowest power losses obtained is 20.7 kW and the best minimum voltage obtained is 0.9820 pu.
