"Pada masa sekarang ini di daerah perkantoran di Jakarta banyak bermunculan usaha jasa penitipan anak. Hal ini muncul karena peran ibu yang sudah bergeser, yaitu juga menjadi pencari nafkah dalam keluarga. Agar anak tidak terlantar, para orang tua yang bekerja kemudian menitipkan anak mereka di tempat penitipan anak yang ada di dekat kantor mereka. Namun demikian, masih banyak orang tua yang lebih suka menitipkan anak kepada keluarga dan/atau kepada pengasuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran pemasaran relasional dan teori perilaku terencana dalam membangun minat orang tua untuk berperilaku menitipkan anak di tempat penitipan anak, khususnya yang berada di daerah perkantoran.

Nowadays, child care services emerge near the business areas in Jakarta. The reason for that phenomenon is the shifting of mother?s role, from stay at home caretaker to family breadwinner. In order to ensure that their child would not be neglected, working parents sought the service of day care center near their office area. Despite the trend, there are still a lot of parents that choose to leave the children in the care of family members and/or personal nanny than to use the day care service. The object of this study is to identified the role of relationship marketing and the theory of planned behavior in building consumer interest in day care services located in the business areas."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan pola interaksi dapatmeningkatkan kompetensi pengasuh dalam mengembangkan kosakata anak padausia 18-30 bulan. Usia 18-30 bulan adalah masa terbaik untuk memperkenalkanbanyak kosakata. Pengasuh adalah salah satu orang terdekat anak yang sangatpotensial dalam menstimulasi kosakata anak pada saat ibu bekerja. Melaluipenerapan pola interaksi yang tepat, diharapkan bahwa kosakata anak dapat lebihberkembang. Pola interaksi merupakan cara praktis untuk meningkatkanperkembangan kosakata anak. Desain penelitian ini adalah before and afterdesign. Intervensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program pelatihanpola interaksi. Alat ukur yang disusun berdasarkan pola interaksi Otto 2010. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antaraprogram sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p <0,05). Hal itu menunjukkan bahwapelatihan pola interaksi efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengasuh dalammenstimulasi perkembangan kosakata anak usia 18 sampai 30 bulan.

AbstractThis research is aimed to find out whether training of interaction pattern canincrease caregiver?s competences in developing child?s vocabulary at the age of18-30 months. The age of 18-30 months is a best period of to introduce manyvocabularies. Caregiver is a one of people closest to the child who is verypotential in stimulating child?s vocabulary at the time mother goes out to work.Through the application of appropriate interaction patern, it is expected thatchilds vocabulary can be better develop. The interaction pattern is a practicalway to increase the child?s vocabulary development. The design of this research isbefore and after design. The intervention which has been applied in this researchis the training program of interaction pattern. The data is gathered throughbehavioral check list which is desgined based on interaction pattern Otto 2010.The result shows that there is a significant different between pre and postintervention program (p<0.05). It indicates that the training of interaction patternis effective to increase caregiver?s competence of developing child?s vocabularyat the age of 18 to 30 months."
