"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana kampanye kesehatan Know Your Lemons telah berhasil dibuat dan juga benar-benar dapat membuat perubahan di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan menjadi kampanye unik ndash;yang terutama menggunakan platform Internet untuk mengedukasi khalayak umum ndash;kampanye tersebut berhasil menjadi kampanye yang dikenal secara global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tak lain adalah untuk menguraikan dan membahas faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi di balik keberhasilan Know your Lemons. Termasuk teori terapan serta strategi yang digunakan dalam eksekusinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang disusun berdasarkan strategi komunikasi kampanye kesehatan Know Your Lemons baik online maupun offline. Dengan secara sistematis menganalisis konten platform kampanye ini, dapat dipelajari bagaimana cara kampanye ini menggunakan berbagai platformnya untuk meraih perhatian khalayak umum sambil juga mempertahankan eksistensi serta viralnya kampanye yang telah berlangsung selama lebih dari 10 tahun ini.

ABSTRACT
The research is about how Know Your Lemon Campaign has been successfully created and actually creates change among the society. By becoming a unique campaign ndash which mainly uses the Internet platform to educate its audience ndash the campaign has successfully become a globally well known campaign. The aim of this research is to elaborate and discuss the contributing factors behind the success of Know Your Lemons Campaign. Including its applied theory and the strategies. The research is a qualitative research based on Know Your Lemons campaign both online and offline platforms. By systematically analyzing the campaign rsquo s platform content, it is determined how this campaign uses its various platform in obtaining its audience rsquo s attention while also maintain the campaign rsquo s virality for more than 10 years. "

"Prinsip Mengenal Nasabah (Know Your Customer Principles) atau yang biasa disebut KYC merupakan prinsip yang diterapkan Bank untuk mengetahui identitas nasabah, memantau kegiatan transaksi nasabah termasuk pelaporan transaksi yang mencurigakan. Prinsip ini tidak hanya berguna untuk mendeteksi transaksi keuangan yang kemungkinan merupakan tindak pidana pencucian uang tetapi juga melindungi bank dari berbagai risiko dalam berhubungan dengan nasabah atau counter-party. Pada UU No.8 Tahun 2010, Prinsip Mengenal Nasabah ini berubah menjadi prinsip mengenali pengguna jasa yang dikenal sebagai Customer Due Diligence (CDD) dan Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). CDD dan EDD dilakukan tidak hanya kepada calon nasabah tetapi juga kepada nasabah lama. Apabila dalam melakukan identifikasi terdapat transaksi yang mencurigakan dan tidak sesuai profil nasabah maka bank wajib untuk menyampaikan Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Mencurigakan (LTKM) atau Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Tunai (LTKT) kepada pihak yang berwenang yaitu Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK).

Know Your Customer Principles or commonly known as KYC applied by the Bank is to know the identity of customers, monitored the activity of the customer's transaction, including suspicious transaction report. This principle is not only useful for detecting financial transactions which may have been laundering money but also protects the banks from the risks in dealing with customers or counter-party. Based on UU No. 8 Tahun 2010, Know Your Customer Principles, was transformed into the principle of recognizing the service user, known as Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). CDD and EDD were done not only to new customers but also to existing customers. When Bank identify his customer and find a suspicious transaction and inappropriate with the customer's profile, banks are required to submit it as Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) or Cash Transaction Report (CTR) to the competent authorities, Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK)."
