"Knowledge management (KM) atau pengelolaan pengetahuan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi. Melalui hal tersebut, organisasi dapat menciptakan dan memelihara competitive advantage. Penerapan KM dapat menumbulkan dampak yang positif bagi organisasi. Beberapa dampak KM yang dapat diidentifiksi adalah: dampak pada orang, kegiatan usaha organisasi, produk,dan performa organisasi. Dengan sistem informasi yang didesain secara istimewa untuk mengelola pengetahuan, suatu perbaikan bisa dibuat di dalam aktivitas pengelolaan pengetahuan. Pendekatan ini dapat menyebabkan timbulnya dampak KM yang lebih besar di kegiatan usaha organisasi. Sebagai hasil, sistem KM, sebagai alat yang mengotomatkan aktivitas pengelolaan pengetahuan, dikebangkan dan dipakai oleh organisasi.
Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa beberapa pelaksanaan sistem KM gagal mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan organisasi tidak dapat memperoleh keuntungan dari pelaksanaan KM. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat mempertahankan keuntungan dari KM sistem, diperlukan suatu penilai terhadapnya kinerja sistem KM dan dampaknya pada kegiatan usaha organisasi. Berhubungan dengan hal tersebut, skripsi dibuat untuk mengukur kinerja sistem KM dan dampaknya pada kegiatan usaha organisasi dengan menggunakan model tertentu dalam lingkup yang spesifik.
Skripsi ini memuat studi mengenai banyak sedikitnya performa sistem KM dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan usaha organisasi. Studi ini menggunakan Bank X sebagai bahan studi kasus. Metode analisa yang dipakai di dalam studi adalah structural equation modelling (SEM). Melalui analisa, dampak dari kinerja sistem KM terhadap kegiatan usaha organisasi dapat diukur. Dalam hal ini, pengukuran sistem KM terdiri dari pengukuran kerterkaitan, kualitas dan ketersediaan sistem. Sedangakn keefektifan, efisiensi, dan keinnovatifan dipakai sebagai alat ukur untuk kinerja kegiatan usaha organisasi.

Knowledge management (KM) is essential for organisation to create and sustain its competitive advantage. The implementation of KM can create extensive impacts for organisation. Several KM impacts that can be identified are: impact on people, organisational process, product, and organisational performance. With a properly designed information system, that is specially constructed to manage knowledge, some improvement can be made inside the knowledge management activities. This approach is able to generate a larger KM impact in the organisation. As result, KM system, as tool that automates knowledge management activities, has been developed and used by organisation.
Previous researches show that some of the implementations of KM system fail to meet the expected objective. Consequently, organisation cannot gain benefits from its KM system. Therefore, to be able to sustain benefits from KM system, organisation needs to conduct assessment against its KM system. In relation to that this paper tries to measure the impact of KM system performance on organisational process performance with a custom model in specific domain.
This paper describes a study to the extent of knowledge management system performance is able to influence organisational process performance. The study uses Bank X as case study. The analysis method used in the study is structural equation modelling (SEM) which provides more complete result for this matter. Through the analysis, the influence of knowledge management system performance on organisational process performance can be identified. In the specified case, the measurement of KM system concludes of system relevancy, quality and availability. Where effectiveness, efficiency, and innovativeness are used as measurement variables by the organisational process performance."

"Dynamic capability merupakan salah satu pendorong kemampuan perusahaan melalui performa inovasi sebagai prediktor penting bagi keberlanjutan organisasi, tetapi penelitian yang menghubungkan strategic flexibility dan organizational creativity sebagai anteseden performa inovasi organisasi masih terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan innovation performance dengan knowledge management, strategic flexibility, serta organizational creativity pada UKM khususnya di Provinsi Bali dalam innovation performance saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 431 manajer UKM. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu partial least square – structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM yang memanfaatkan pengetahuan pada standar kinerja, perencanaan strategi bisnis yang baik, serta memiliki ide yang cukup berbagai akan menghasilkan produk yang dapat memberikan kontribusi besar bagi industri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Namun, manajer perlu melakukan diskusi antar karyawan berkaitan dengan pekerjaan mereka, membuat strategi dalam menghadapi pesaing bisnis, serta menerapkan kreativitas mereka untuk dapat bersaing dengan merek terkemuka di industri.

Dynamic capability is one of the drivers of company capabilities through innovation performance as a significant predictor of organizational sustainability. However, research linking strategic flexibility and organizational creativity as antecedents of organizational innovation performance is still limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between innovation performance and knowledge management, strategic flexibility, and organizational creativity in SMEs, especially in the Province of Bali in innovation performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires distributed to 431 UKM managers. The data processing technique used in this study is partial least square–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that SMEs that utilize knowledge of performance standards, good business strategy planning, and diverse ideas will produce products that can make a major contribution to the industry in meeting customer needs. However, managers need to hold discussions among employees regarding their work, make strategies in dealing with business competitors and apply their creativity to compete with the leading brands in the industry."

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survey yang dilakukan terhadap 325 karyawan struktural PT PLN. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (causal step) dan uji sobel
menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dari mediasi antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi melalui inovasi penting. Proses manajemen pengetahuan variabel juga mempengaruhi inovasi dan kinerja organisasi secara signifikan. Juga, inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of process knowledge management towards organizational performance with innovation as a
mediating variable. The variable knowledge management process is measured by the dimensions of the knowledge creation process, the knowledge transfer process, and the knowledge planting process. Furthermore, the innovation variable is measured from two dimensions, namely technical innovation and administrative innovation. Organizational performance variables are measured through 9 indicators. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from secondary data and a survey conducted on 325 structural employees of PT PLN. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (causal step) and sobel test examine the direct effect and indirect effect of the mediation between variables. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management affects organizational performance through important innovations. The variable knowledge management process also influences innovation and organizational performance significantly. Also, innovation has a significant effect on organizational performance."
