Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ, yaituProgram Pengelolaan Limbah Non ndash; B3 Melalui Ekonomi Kreatif oleh Anak Jalanandengan menggunakan tahapan metode social return on investment. Penelitian inidilakukan di wilayah pelaksanaan program yang berlokasi di Tanjung Priok, JakartaUtara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif MixedMethod . Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan totalresponden sebanyak 46 orang.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio SROI positif sebesar 1:8.37, dan stakeholdersdengan impact yang paling besar adalah Yayasan Kumala pada tahun 2013.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the impact evaluation of one of Corporate SocialResponsibility Program PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ, the Non B3 WasteManagement Program through the Creative Economy by Street Children using thestages of social return on investment method. This research was conducted in theimplementation area of the program located in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.This study uses a combined method of quantitative and qualitative Mixed Method .Method of data retrieval is done by interview and total respondent counted 46 people.The results of this study show a positive SROI ratio of 1 8.37, and stakeholders withthe greatest impact is the Kumala Foundation in 2013. "

"Pada artikel ini, saya menguji hubungan antara institutional ownership dan tingakatan corporate social performance untuk beberapa negara berkembang di Asia Tenggara. Berdasarkan beberapa artikel yang telah diuji sebelumnya, bagaimana institutional ownership mempengaruhi tingkatan corporate social performance diukur bedasarkan data yang tersedia di Asset4 database dan beberapa indikator yang berbeda untuk mengukur variabel dependen, corporate social performance, dan menguji variabel independen berdasarkan spesifikasi dari setiap indikator dari data yang didapatkan dari ORBIS database. Artikel ini menyumbangkan hasil mengenai hubungan antara institutional ownership kepada corporate social performance. Hubungan tersebut dianalisa lebih dalam dengan membandingkan mengenai beberapa tipe penanam modal institusi yang berbeda dan dipidahkan kedalam dua kategori, yaitu pressure-sensitive atau pressure-insensitive juga lokasi geografis dari setiap investor. Artikel ini memberikan hasil bahwa banyaknya jumlah penanam modal internasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif kepada corporate social performance. Penanam modal internasional yang bersifat Pressure-sensitive tidak memiiki efek corporate social performance.

In this article, I examine the relationship between institutional ownership and the level of corporate social performance for several emerging countries in Southeast Asia. Basing upon several articles, how institutional ownership affects the level of corporate social performance is measured by using data from the Asset4 database and several other indicators to measure the dependent variable, corporate social performance, and examining the independent variable based on specifications of each indicator of the data obtained from ORBIS database. The article provides conclusions pertaining to the significant relationship of institutional ownership towards corporate social performance. This relationship is analyzed even further for different types of institutional investors based on two categories, whether they are pressure-sensitive or pressure- insensitive and their geographic locations. Further findings conclude that that a larger proportion of foreign institutional investors are positively correlated with corporate social performance. Moreover, pressure-sensitive institutional investors will have no impact to corporate social performance."

"Ketika konsumen menjadi lebih sadar tentang pilihan belanja mereka, permintaan untuk Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) meningkat. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi CSR adalah melalui kinerja sosial perusahaan atau Corporate Social Performance (CSP), dimana implementasi yang berhasil dapat meningkatkan dukungan publik dan pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi implementasi CSP, salah satunya adalah kultur nasional. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji dengan dimensi individualisme dan jarak kekuasaan kultur bangsa. Literatur sebelumnya memiliki bukti yang tidak meyakinkan dan bertentangan tentang masalah ini. Karena penelitian ini tidak membuahkan hasil yang signifikan, perdebatan mengenai apakah budaya nasional mempengaruhi CSP masih berlanjut.

As consumers become more conscious about their spending choices, the demand for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increased. One way to evaluate CSR is through its Corporate Social Performance (CSP), where a successful implementation can boost public support and consequently, financial performance. There are multiple factors that can influence the implementation of CSP, one of which is national culture. In this research, individualism and power distance dimension of national culture will be investigated. Previous literature have inconclusive and conflicting evidence regarding this matter. As this research yields insignificant results, the debate regarding whether national culture affects CSP still persists."
