"Pada Skripsi ini akan dibahas tentang masalah perkreditan, terutama terkait kredit bermasalah pasca bencana alam. Dalam skripsi ini terdapat batasan ilmiah dalam objek pembahasan skripsi yang dikaji, yakni peristiwa Gempa dan Tsunami di Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) ? Kabupaten Nias (Sumatera Utara) akhir tahun 2004 dan awal tahun 2005 serta serta Gempa yang terjadi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta-Sekitarnya pada tahun 2006. Kedua bencana alam tersebut merupakan kejadian bencana alam yang berskala nasional sehingga berdampak buruk terhadap multisektor. Dampak buruk tersebut, mulai dari tingginya angka korban jiwa, kerusakan infrastruktur, hingga lumpuhnya sendi-sendi kehidupan, terutama kegiatan atau aktivitas ekonomi dan bisnis. Serangkaian dampak buruk tersebut pun menyebabkan dunia perbankan, terutama aspek perkeditan terkena pula imbas negatif. Dalam situasi dan kondisi tersebut maka, nasabah debitur perbankan pun mengalami kesulitan, atau bahkan kegagalan dalam membayar utang (kewajibanya) terhadap pihak bank.
Dalam skripsi ini menitikberatkan pada perlakuan khusus dalam upaya penanganan kredit bermasalah bagi nasabah debitur perbankan pasca bencana alam. Bentuk perlakuan khusus tersebut terdiri atas upaya penyelamatan kredit bank melalui Regulasi Bank Indonesia, seperti penilaian kualitas aktiva, restrukturiasasi kredit, dan pemberian fasilitas kredit/dana lain baru. Selanjutnya, dalam beberapa hal tertentu, yakni terjadinya portofolio kredit macet yang tidak dapat terselamatkan pasca bencana alam, maka diupayakan melalui penyelesaian kredit bermasalah (program penghapusan kredit macet) sesuai ketentuan yang relevan. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitan yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian tersebut mengacu pada hukum positif atau norma hukum tertulis.

This research explains about credit matters issue, concerned at non performing loan in post- natural disaster. The focus of this research is in the case of earth quake and tsunami in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD)? Nias regency (North Sumatra) at the end of 2004 and early 2005 and earth quake that happened in and around Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta at 2006. Both of those natural disasters were one of national scale natural disasters that caused bad impact on multi-sector. The bad impact comes from high number of victims, infrastructure damage, until paralyzed of social order, especially in economic and business activities. Accumulation of the bad impacts caused local banking area issue, especially in credit matters aspect as core of business in bank. In this situation and condition, banking debtor customers is also suffering trouble, or even default in bank payment.
This research is focus on special treatments in handling credit problems for banking debtor customers in post-natural disaster. The special treatments consist of effort in saving bank credit through Bank Indonesia regulations such as assessment of assets quality, credit restructuring, and other new credit/fund facilities given. In some cases, there is happened bad-debt portfolio which could not be saved in post-natural disaster; therefore, this non performing loan can be done through write-off program along with other relevant regulations. This research is using juridicial-normative method that refer to positive law or written norms law.

"ABSTRACT
In todays era all sectors are greatly influenced by technology, starting from the manufacturing sector to the health and banking sector. The development of technology creates efficiency that benefits the society. For example in the banking sector, new products have been invented as a result, such as Bit coin, Internet Banking, Financial Technology and digital banking. . Digital banking has made customers more independent and therefore there are challenges on how to regulate banking in particular with regard to the prudential principle and customer due diligence CDD and how to implement it in digital banking. By using research method of literature study with secondary data and descriptive typhologhy, based on the this research has made a conclusion on the materials with regard to the relevant regulations in relation to the prudential principles in customer due diligence in digital banking as well as provide the report on the implementation in digital banking product.

ABSTRAK
Era saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh Teknologi, mulai dari sektor pabrik hingga sektor kesehatan dan perbankan. berkembangnya teknologi ini menghasilkan efisiensi yang membawa banyak manfaat di masyarakat. Seperti pada sektor perbankan, produk-produk baru mulai bermunculan,seperti; Bit coin, Internet Banking, Finansial Teknologi dan perbankan digital. Di perbankan digital nasabah melakukan aktivitas secara mandiri disini Tantangan baru timbul pada peraturan-peraturan perbankan terutama dalam prinsip kehati-hatian dan uji tuntas pelanggan dan implementasinya dalam perbankan digital. Dengan menggunakan metode penilitian diantaranya studi kepustakaan dengan mencari data sekunder yang terdiri dari sumber primer dan sekunder dan dimana kesimpulan penelitian ini telah menyimpulkan materi-materi tentang peraturan yang berlaku terkait dengan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam uji tuntas nasabah CDD serta penerapan peraturannya di produk perbankan digital."

"The implementation of Know Your Customer Principle for banking institution causes some problems. It is caused that the implementation of Know Your Principle will opposite with some principles between customer and banking institution. The result of the research shows that the positive consequence of implementation of KYC is that the banking institution can avoid the banking institution from criminal act. The negative consequence is that the implementation of KYC principle is opposite with confidential relation between customer banking and banking institution."
