"ABSTRAK Smart building merupakan bangunan yang berteknologi tinggi . Dalam sebuah smart building terdapatbeberapa sistem-sistem yang saling terintegrasi satu sama lain. Salah satu sistem tersebut adalahBuilding Automation System yang merupakan basis dari semua smart building. Terdapat banyak sekalijenis dan komponen BAS, penggunaannya tergantung kepada kebutuhan dari pengguna bangunan itusendiri, sehingga harga serta spesifikasinya pun berbeda untuk setiap produk. Oleh karena itudiperlukan suatu skema perhitungan untuk mendapatkan economic value, serta produk yang terbaiksesuai dengan parameter yang penting dalam BAS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perbandingan nilaiekonomi produk sistem sekuriti dan sistem alaram pada bangunan konvensional dan bangunan pintarmelalui skema perhitungan Life Cycle Cost Analysis, untuk kemudian dipilih produk mana yangterbaik dalam proyek smart building.

ABSTRACT Smart building is a building that has a high technological system. In a smartbuilding, there are several systems that are integrated with each other mutually.One of those system is Building automation system which is basically theplatform of smart building itself. There are many types and variations of buildingautomation system, its use depends on the needs of the user of the building itself,so the price and specifications will be different for each product. Therefore weneed a calculation scheme to obtain economic value, as well as the products thatwill be best suited with the important parameter in building automation system.Results from this study is the economic value of building automation sytemproducts through the Life Cycle Cost Analysis, for which the best were selectedusing a paired comparison analysis and decision matrix with the parameters ofcost, user needs, simplicity, integration, and availability."

"Human Resources (HR) is one of the potential sources for building non-military defense forces for Indonesia. However, the condition of Indonesian human resources has many challenges amid the existing pluralistic conditions of society. One of them is by creating a community that is united in national pluralism. The research method used in this study is literature study and observation of previous research. The result is an analysis on the use of local wisdom in managing renewable energy towards energy independence to support national defense forces, through the application of the basic principles of community participation which include: (1) The community mobilizes and facilitates other communities to provide energy independently and contribute to the growth of people's economy in support of national defense; (2) Management of renewable energy through community participation is expected to not only be a normative suggestion, but must be strengthened with regulations that regulate the active involvement of the community in supporting the achievement of 23% renewable energy mix program by 2025."
