"Kaset saat ini bukan hanya sekedar keberadaan wujud fisik yang juga memberi kekontrasan pada era digital, tetapi juga melibatkan orang-orang yang bermain didalamnya. Hal tersebut pula yang membuat saya mendatangi salah satu penggandaan kaset yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini di pinggiran kota Jakarta, pemiliknya merupakan mantan pembajak kaset bernama Pak Amar. Melalui penggandaan kaset miliknya tersebut memberi sebuah gambaran yang akan menjadi pembahasan pada tulisan ini: melalui wawancara mendalam dan partisipasi terlibat, saya mendapati bahwa kaset menjadi sesuatu yang lebih dari gulungan pita maupun artefak nostalgia, kaset dalam hal ini memiliki wujud kepentingan yang lebih luas selain untuk didengarkan maupun dibeli, kepentingan yang selalu dipertahankan dan mempertahankan hubungan sosial, serta kepentingan terhadap lingkungan kota yang selalu dinamis. Kota menjadi konteks penting pada tulisan ini karena berbagai dinamikanya selalu mendorong warganya untuk terus mengikuti ritmenya. Lingkungan sosial kota dalam hal ini memberikan seperangkat informasi, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman yang digunakan Pak Amar untuk menentukan strategi adaptasinya guna mempertahankan hidupnya di kota melalui penggandaan kaset miliknya.

The existence of cassettes today are not merely physical and gives contrast to the digital era, but also involves the people who play behind. It is also what makes me go to one of the cassette duplication that is still ongoing in the suburbs of Jakarta, the owner was a cassette hijacker named Pak Amar. Through his cassette duplication gives an illustration that will be discussed in this paper through depth interview and participant observation, I found cassette turns into something more than the ribbon rolls or nostalgic artifacts, the cassettes in this case have wider significants besides to be listened or purchased, such as maintains social relationships, as well as contribute to the city 39 s dynamic environment. The city becomes an important context in this paper because its dynamics always encourage its inhabitants to keep follow the rhythm. The city 39 s social environment provides a set of information, knowledge and experience used by cassette rsquo s user to determine adaptive strategy to sustain cassette in the city."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan aktivitas fisik pada wanita pasca menopause dengan obesitas sentral. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan selama bulan Februari sampai Juni 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner di Kelurahan Limo dengan jumlah responden 130 orang. Dukungan sosial OR = 5,121; 95 CI 2,133 - 12,295 merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan aktivitas fisik pada wanita pasca menopause dengan obesitas sentral, setelah dikontrol oleh pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Kelompok arisan atau pengajian yang telah ada di wilayah Kelurahan Limo dapat menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial masyarakat terhadap aktivitas fisik. Promosi kesehatan terkait pencegahan penyakit tidak menular dan aktivitas fisik dapat disisipkan dalam acara tersebut, melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab oleh kader kesehatan. Selanjutnya mereka dapat mulai menginisiasi pembentukan kelompok senam lokal yang lebih terjangkau bagi masyarakat.

ABSTRACTThis thesis aimed to determine the most related factor to physical activity in postmenopausal women with central obesity. This research was a quantitative research with cross sectional design conducted during February to June 2017. Data collection was done by using questionnaire at Limo Urban Village on 130 respondents. Social support OR 5,121 95 CI 2,133 12,295 is the most dominant factor associated with physical activity in postmenopausal women with central obesity, after controlled by education and employment. The existing social gathering or recitation groups at Limo Urban Village area could be a platform to improve community social support toward physical activity. Health promotion of non communicable disease and physical activity can be inserted through those events, through lecture and discussion by health cadre. Then they can start to initiate the formation of more affordable local sports group for the community."
