The rapidly deepening bilateral India-China relationship are viewed in rapidly bilateral trade value in last two decades. Many agreements in joint delcarations between India-China encourages increasing trade value of both countries. However, India trade deficit more and more greater makes some questions, what is the India?s interest toward China. Nowdays, economic interest is not the purpose of India, but non economic interest. This issue backgrounds make researcher has two big answers for this issue, first, India peace interest with China, second, The Importance of India to join with China in International system.

"This book presents a challenge to the discipline of international relations (IR) to rethink itself, in the light of both its own modern origins, and the two centuries of world history that have shaped it. By tracking the development of thinking about IR, and the practice of world politics, this book shows how they relate to each other across five time periods from nineteenth-century colonialism, through two world wars, the Cold War and decolonization, to twenty-first-century globalization. It gives equal weight to both the neglected voices and histories of the Global South, and the traditionally dominant perspectives of the West, showing how they have moved from nearly complete separation to the beginnings of significant integration. The authors argue that IR needs to continue this globalizing movement if it is to cope with the rapidly emerging post-Western world order, with its more diffuse distribution of wealth, power and cultural authority."

Art is not a newly discovered topic in international relations. In practice, art is often used by state and non-state actors in their political agenda. However, academically– art is still very minimally discussed, due to the dominance of studies by traditional approaches in international relations. In regards to that, this paper aims to conduct a literature review on how far art is involved and discussed both in practice and in the studies of international relations from the period of world war I until the contemporary period (1914-2021). The author categorizes the arguments using taxonomy method which includes i) motionless 2D visual arts in the period of great wars, ii) motionless 2D visual arts in the period of contemporary and, iii) state actor and non-state identification. Through the literature review conducted, the author found that: first, art has a significant role in international relations, both in practice and academically. Second, state remains the main actor in regards of art in international relations field, but non-state actors also have a few roles that need to be considered. Third, whatever types of art used for analysis will be useful for the development of international relations studies. In that regards, the author derives 4 syntheses on the significance of art in international relations. First, art literature in IR tends to be limited to emphasizing that art has the potential to be further discussed. Second, the process of discussing art in IR is still dominated by positivist approach. Third, art has a tendency to be interpreted differently. Fourth, there are challenges and advantages of using art in IR analysis. "
