"Pembangkitan komentar dari data terstruktur adalah tugas yang menantang dalam bidang pembangkitan bahasa alami dengan berbagai potensi aplikasi dalam bidang olahraga dan esports. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya sering berfokus pada penyesuaian model datake-teks khusus, namun eksperimen awal penulis menemukan bahwa pretrained language model menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik dalam pembangkitan komentar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pretrained language model dapat diadaptasi untuk menghasilkan performa yang lebih baik pada permasalahan pembangkitan komentar menggunakan data replay Counter-Strike. Penulis menemukan bahwa penyesuaian pretrained language model dapat meningkatkan kualitas semantik dan alami dari pembangkitan komentar. Namun, penulis juga menemukan bahwa peningkatan kualitas semantik dan alami ini didampingi dengan penurunan pada kualitas leksikal akibat tantangan intrinsik yang ada dalam pembangkitan komentar.

Generating commentary from structured data poses a significant challenge in natural language generation, with extensive applications in sports and esports domains. Previous research has predominantly centered on tailoring specialized data-to-text models for this task. However, our preliminary investigation indicates that pretrained language models exhibit superior performance in commentary generation. This study focuses on further adapting pretrained language models to enhance their suitability for esports commentary generation, specifically utilizing Counter-Strike replay data. Our findings reveal that through this adaptation, pretrained language models can augment the semantic quality and naturalness of generated commentary. Nevertheless, we observed a trade-off, as the improvement in semantic quality and naturalness was accompanied by a decline in lexical quality, owing to the inherent complexities involved in commentary generation."

"Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proses pelaksanaan lelang adalah tentang kepastian hukum bagi pembeli lelang atas objek lelang yang telah dimenangkannya untuk melakukan balik nama kepemilikan. Adanya risalah lelang dari hasil pelaksanaan lelang yang dikeluarkan KPKNL tetapi oleh Kantor Pertanahan ditolak untuk proses balik nama dengan alasan adanya gugatan di Pengadilan, tetapi tidak adanya penyitaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Pengadilan. Objek lelang yang telah dibeli tersebut seharusnya sertifikatnya bisa langsung dibalik nama atas nama pembeli lelang tersebut dengan dasar Risalah Lelang.

The problem that frequently occurs in the implementation of an auction is about the legal certainty that should be owned by the Preferred Bidder on the auction rsquo s object regarding the title transfer.In this case, it turns out that the element of legal certainty that should be owned by the Preferred Bidder can not simply be obtained directly by the publication of the Minutes Of The Auction. From the description above, this thesis will focus on how the force of law contained in the Minutes Of The Auction. In this thesis, the Author is using the typology of research prescriptive of juridical normative which is a research method to approach from the point of view of the laws and its implementation of the valid regulation in the community. The writing is done in three stages which is the literature research using the secondary data in the form of Regulations, literature and other related materials. As well as using the interviewing methods for obtaining primary data and then analyzed by juridical qualitative. From the research, it was found that there are disconnections between related government agencies, which are between KPKNL, the Land Office and the Court. The Minutes Of The Auction issued by the KPKNL, but Land Office declined for the title transfer due to the reasons of the lawsuit in court, whereas by the absence of foreclosure carried out by the Court of the auction rsquo s Object that has been purchased can be immediately transfered the title on behalf of Preferred Bidder in the auction on the basis of the Minutes of the Auction, for Minutes of the Auction is the basic to transfer rights from the auction seller to the auction rsquo s buyer and since that time the auction buyer who has been designated as the Preferred Bidder may automatically obtain the absolute legal protection. Thus, the Minutes Of The Auction as the form of the principle of legal certainty in Indonesia."
