"ABSTRAKThe purpose of this study is to examine the information system (IS) success of the accounting software based on the user perception. The model used to examine the IS success is the modified IS success model of Seddon (1997). The model employed in this study is applied on data collected through 204 questionnaires distributed to the users of accounting software who work at the variety of companies in Indonesia. In examining the model, we employ the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the use of LISREL 8. 72 softare. The results of the study show that system qualitysignificantly affects the perceived usefulness and the user satisfaction. Furthermore,the results show that informqtion quality significantly ajjects the perceived usefulnessand user satisfaction. On the other hand, the study finds that user satisfaction doesnot affect the system use."

"Tesis ini merupakan studi kasus tentang analisis dan dokumentasi sistem informasi kas dengan Unified Modeling Language di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurun waktu Februari-November 2015. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMKAS UI memang dibutuhkan organisasi, SIMKAS UI membantu pengendalian internal organisasi, sistem yang baik memerlukan dokumentasi sistem, UML merupakan salah satu alat untuk mendokumentasikan sistem, SIMKAS UI memiliki design interface yang mudah digunakan.Saran dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan help desk (administrator) SIMKAS UI agar pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, integrasi data base dengan sistem SIPKA dan Oracle, dan diperlukannya penelitian lanjutan untuk melengkapi dokumentasi sistem.

This thesis is a case study about analysis and documentation cash information systems with Unified Modeling Language at the University of Indonesia. The study was conducted during the period from February to November 2015. This research is a qualitative descriptive design. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and literature study.

The results show that UI is needed SIMKAS, SIMKAS UI helps internal control organization, a good system requires documentation system, the UML is one tool for documenting system, SIMKAS UI has an easy to use interface design.

Suggestions from this study is the addition of a help desk (administrator) SIMKAS UI that services become faster, the integration of data base with Sipka and Oracle systems, and the need for further research to complete the documentation system."

"Skripsi ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi dalam perusahaan melalui penggunaan instrumen COBIT 5.0 sebagai panduan dengan analisis proses TI. Perusahaan yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah PT KAI yang telah mengalami perubahan dalam pengelolaan teknologi informasinya dan telah menerapkan COBIT 4.1 sebelumnya., Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang melalui proses observasi dan studi literatur didapatkan hasil 2,45 yang menunjukkan bahwa PT KAI sudah mencapai tahap Defined Process pada COBIT 5.0.

This paper tries to describe the application of information technology governance in the company through the use of COBIT 5.0 as a guide with the analysis of IT processes. The Company that become the object of research is PT Kereta Api Indonesia, which has undergone a change in the information technology management and have implemented COBIT 4.1 previously. After analyzing with observation and literature study, the result is 2.45 which means that PT KAI has reached the Defined Process level in COBIT 5.0."

"ABSTRAKLaporan magang membahas analisis sistem informasi akuntansi yang digunakan PTAman Sentosa untuk membuat laporan keuangan, yaitu Tugu Insurance Solution:Accounting pada Financial Accounting Department. Laporan magang ini bersifatdeskriptif dengan menggunakan model analisis FAST dan metode PIECES dalammengidentifikasi masalah. Hasil analisis dituangkan dalam bentuk analisis masalah,analisis peluang, analisis tujuan perbaikan sistem, rancangan proses menggunakanData Flow Diagram, desain database dengan ERD, dan tampilan pada userinterface. ABSTRACTThe internship report analyse accounting information system used by PT AmanSentosa for reporting system called Tugu Insurance Solution: Accounting atFinancial Accounting Department. The report is descriptive by using FASTanalysis model for analysing and PIECES method to identify problems. The resultis presented as problem analysis, opportunity analysis, and system improvementobjective; process design in the form of Data Flow Diagram; database design usingERD; and user interface design. The report result shows that there is a need forsystem improvement and for offline processing so that the effort for preparing andproducing financial report can be reduced and become more efficient. Theresearcher hope that the analysis result can provide suggestion for futureimprovement so that the process of preparing and producing financial statementscan be more effective and efficient."

"Laporan magang ini membahas tentang pembentukan sistem approval routing dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pengendalian internal PT X. PT X sendiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) terbesar di Indonesia, bahkan di dunia. Dalam pembentukan sistem approval routing, terdapat berbagai tahapan hingga sistem yang dihasilkan dapat membantu entitas dalam mengotomatisasi proses bisnisnya. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran sistem ini membantu perusahaan meningkatkan pengendalian internalnya. Namun, masih ada beberapa kekurangan dari sisi manajemen proyek, mengingat proyek pembangunan sistem approval routing yang masih belum selesai.

his report discusses the establishment of an approval routing system in order to improve the quality of PT X's internal control. PT X itself is one of the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCP) company in Indonesia, even in the world. In establishing the approval routing system, there are various stages so that the resulting system can assist entities in automating their business processes. After analysis, it can be concluded that the presence of this system helps the company in improving it's internal control. However, there are still many shortcomings in terms of project management, given the project consruction of approval system is still unfinished.
